Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby Claims “hacks”, and Begins Shutting Down Social Media After Megyn Kelly Sunlight and Our Research Exposes Her Bias…

A scathing expose’ by Megyn Kelly today, outlining much of our research on activist Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby, leads to Team Mosby claiming a “twitter hacking” and blocking visibility of Mosby’s earlier prejudicial video statements.

First the Megyn Kelly segment (first 7 minutes):

The video used in the segment was first shared here on May 4th, and highlights a speech Mosby gave at a Multicultural Prayer Movement.  The research thread was part one of a three part series outlining ‘Why Mosby Should Be Recused’Part II and III HERE

As soon as the Kelly File segment aired, that video was shut down and has now been made private.  However, Chuck Ross at the Daily Caller had already picked up the speech outline several weeks ago and copied the Mosby segment.  (available here)

In addition, the Controversial Social Media postings originally brought to our attention by Froggie and again shared by the Daily Caller earlier today were claimed to be “hacked”.

The Anthony Weiner defense:

It is clear from all prior research, and from the specific advocacy of Marilyn Mosby, that a foundation exists to both remove her from prosecutorial authority and move the venue of the six officers charged by her in the death of Freddie Gray.

The combination of the defense motions to change venue against the backdrop of these research discoveries obviously has Mosby’s Baltimore team taking drastic steps to avoid sunlight and retain their standing.

Here again is the Mosby speech as delivered two days prior to announcing charges against the Baltimore police officers.  Thanks to Chuck Ross for copying her segment prior to it being shut down:

Credit for all this effort, in what could be game changing consequences, belongs to all of you, along with Chuck Ross (Daily Caller), Froggie, and a patriotic lady on Twitter named StacEightTweets.

Never think that you don’t make a difference !

You do.

She is no longer doing her job as the TOP COP of Baltimore. She is no longer representing “We The People” of Baltimore, but instead, representing freddie gray. I bet the citizens of baltimore are happy about paying for an attorney to represent Mr. Gray solely, while she is turning her back on the cops she is supposed to be supporting.

She is a now just a community organizer, and no longer a public servant of the peoplee. What she is doing is fine, if she was not getting paid by those poor taxpayers. If she wants to continue doing this, she needs toquit and join the ACLU or set up her own practice and work pro bono helping these black THUGS get away with breaking the law and harming baltimore citizens. She thinks she is obama in a skirt. She obviously has political aspirations, but for now, she is NOT a politician, she is a STATE ATTORNEY, and she is NOT doing her job. She needs to be fired.

The second one happens to be a tweet she also favored that day along with the two in the original post. She had no problem Tweeting on her private Twitter (MarilynMosbyEsq) on May 23rd that her Baltimore SAO Twitter account was hacked. But didn’t ever mention her private one being hacked 17 days prior

She will not survive this onslaught. She is in way beyond her ability, her experience & her IQ.

A crash & burn would be a merciful ending…..But her arrogance will force her “go down swinging”.

Look for Judicial admonisment with possibly a disbarment…..Her “bright” career is all but over.

The nail in the coffin will be either dismissal of the charges or, if they proceed, an acquittal on all counts. These charges, even the minor ones, certainly will never survive an appeal if she is able to get those past a jury.

Either way….IMO…she is toast for letting her ego overpower her limited ability. The rulings on the motions will be most telling of her prosecutorial standing and her actions to date.

My guess…she is out and repremanded for not recusing herself when she had the opportunity. No Judge that this is put to will embarrass themself with a denial of motion. It is just too blatant.

She needs to read up on MRPC 3.8. She obviously glossed over that one in “Law School” & has no idea how she falls under those rules as a “prosecutor”.

I doubt it. Political considerations would never allow for unethical black lawyers (especially black female lawyers) to be censured or disbarred. Look what Crump has done, manufacturing evidence that is plain to see and easy to prove, and yet, no one cares to go down that road. In fact, even George Zimmerman’s lawyers declined to go down that rabbit hole. The only way these people will be shut down is when enough of citizens rise up and demand a return to the rule of law. But I am not holding my breath, especially with whites, as most would rather hide then face the dreaded “R” word.

        I doubt it.

        I truly do not.
Big difference between Crump, who never presented a trial case & a SA who is expected to do so on a regular basis. That’s her job.

Her actions to date are so egregious I doubt if Judges sitting in her Circuit will want to deal with her on an ongoing basis, perhaps even on a case by case basis.

You just know she has opened a “Pandora’s Box” for future defense attorneys regarding how she conducts her office. She stated it herself. She put her own office in a liability position by conducting her “own independent investigation”., & by basically ignoring the BPD investigation.

There is clear rationale for seperation of investigation & prosecution. She chose to do both & alianated her own PD in the process.

If these Judges do not nip this one in the bud, they are looking at potential future pre-trial motions with nearly every case she proceeds with. Any & every futire move by her will be looked at, analyzed, & motioned agains, warranted ir not. . She created her own MO & track record on a high profile case & failed miserably. (she could earn the nick name – it was a Marilyn Miserably case….LOL)

Why? Because she is not intellegent or experienced enough to recognize her own short comings. The mere filing of these motions, replete with prime facia damning evidence, has to be an eye opener for any sitting Judge to deal with.

Do they provide a CYA for her at the expense of their own professional standing? Do they do a CYA for her & get their ruling appealled & reversed?

No Judge desires that low standard of professionalism IMO. Judges dislike having their rulings reversed. It is a kiss of death for their tenure.

She is going to be stopped “dead in her tracks” or the Curcuit will be dealing with her on a regular basis & they well know that by now. She is a “loose cannon”.

Loose cannons require maintenance or they blow up in your face……..

She won’t be disbarred. She’s black, and this is Maryland. Nothing will happen to her professionally. The case may be moved, and she may be booted off, but rest assured somebody equally as odious will replace her and work hand-in-glove with her cohorts going forward. That’s the most that will be done about her grossly biased and politically transparent exertion of her newly-found ‘black power’ and authority.

She views herself as a rising crusader for black ‘social justice’ and intends to dine out on it for years to come. It’s as though she is her own personal sleeper cell in which she, ordained as the new Xena, Warrior Princess, has been activated to go forth and destroy in the name of the downtrodden Black Man.

Xena be down with the struggle (rolleyes) as long as she believes it is furthering her own political aspirations.

Nah, she has friends in high places.

She served on the Peer Review Committee of the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission… the very administrative body that would be tasked with handling the matter of disciplining Mosby’s conduct.

Any complaint filed against her in the current matter would probably be administratively dismissed like the one from last October that William ‘Billy” Murphy helped her with 😉

“Any complaint filed against her in the current matter would probably be administratively dismissed”

Of course, that is a possibility. But the motions by the B6, if successful, specifically make claim to violation of MRPC 3.8. That in and of itself, is grounds for any or all of the B6 attorneys to file a complaint with the Grievance Committee and force a hearing.

That would be ethics verses conflict of interest. So, depending on the ruling & of course, the wording of the ruling, if the grounds were serious enough to remove her from the case for an ethics violation, and that were specified in the ruling, verses a removal for a conflict of interest, then a Grievance hearing might be unavoidable

A win of the B6 motion could set grounds for an ethics violation. An administrative dismissal, with minimal impact, would be legally at odds with a successful motion to have her recused based on an ethics violation if ruled so by a Judge.

          (a) Procedures should be established by appropriate legislation to the end that the governor or other elected state official is empowered by law to suspend and supersede a local prosecutor upon making a public finding, after reasonable notice and hearing, that the prosecutor is incapable of fulfilling the duties of office.

          (b) The governor or other elected official should be empowered by law to substitute special counsel in the place of the local prosecutor in a particular case, or category of cases, upon making a public finding that this is required for the protection of the public interest.

I was just looking through the 2015 disciplinary actions taken against attorneys by the Maryland Bar’s Attorney Grievance Committee and it looks like you’re right, vegas…

Their AGC does seem inclined to discipline attorneys who have been admonished by the courts.

And I gotta say I’m impressed with the wide variety of misconduct Maryland’s AGC investigates… in my state, the disciplinary committee rarely disciplines an attorney for anything other than trust account violations.

Though the cynic in me would still love to see the actual complaint that was filed against Mosby last year to see if it was truly frivolous as claimed.

“Their AGC does seem inclined to discipline attorneys who have been admonished by the courts.”

Yep…That’s pretty much what I found. And, like I said above, it will depend on the wording of the ruling as to whether she violated ethics or she merely has displayed conflict of interest.

If a change of venue is ruled, then the ethics violation has a strong chance of being introduced in the ruling with the rationale being a biased public caused by her inflammatory statements.

That would be a more logical outcome & legal reason for a change of venue. And, if so worded, that would be sufficient for a Grievence Investigation, which past history has shown them likely to proceed with.

            Again, JMO.

If it really had been hacked, she’d be offering electronic proof of that, or at least be stating that it’s being examined by IT professionals.

But as it stands right now, this would be hard for the defense to get into court if Mosby’s team objects to it because it’s hearsay evidence unless the defense subpoenas Twitter’s electronic records and hire their own professional to authenticate them. That would involve a lot of time and money and probably would only be undertaken after the defense determined that it was absolutely necessary. But they might. However, its value as proof to those following this or those, the public at large, the media, and as convincing fodder to those who are on the fence about Mosby’s actions is golden. 🙂

    http://baltimore.cbslocal.com/2015/05/23/city-states-attorney-office-twitter-account-hacked/

Ms. Mosby used her “safe” unhacked account to let people know of the problem with her business account.

The account went offline for a few hours on May 23rd and when it came back it was locked as private. I note now, it’s public again. I have no idea how long Mosby kept it at private status but others did tweet how odd it was for a public figure to have a locked account.

No such allegation of having a 2nd twitter account hacked was known until after Kelly’s reached out for an explanation of those “liked” tweets today.

I would have thought most people at that stage before the charges, where focusing on Gray’s injuries, not why Gray was pursued, detained and arrested. Watch first 35 secs to see what I mean.

JIMHO, this is all planned. There is no stupidity by madam Mosby. Just follow the $$$ flow. Fairly simple. All of us have already been presented with a 20M bill for a massive 0b0z0s0nization incident in Baltimore. This case cannot be won, but it may be used and likely will be used in a different manner. After the cops are let walk either by the original trial court or the appeals court — the BGI will claim there is no respek for the black live(s) and that black man cannot get justice and that the system (Baltimore is 2/3 black and so is everything around — black leadership, majority-non-white police force and justice/law enforcement personnel in general, etc) is rayciss against the blacks. Massive rioting as a result and more money flowing in for “relief”. Simple, huh?

Unfortunately, there isn’t much that could be done, given the present status quo, to prevent the above from happening.

Good, m’dear–you sound better! LOL, “internet fame”. At risk of misquoting my hero, Greg Gutfeld, “Remember, Twitter is like the writing on the bathroom wall in high school–w/ mostly the same mental age”. Others, like you, use it as a tool to check for truth & accuracy.

All of us here know your track record, & it says nothing BUT integrity. “Stacie” can have her own reasons for what she is doing. We know yours! 🙂 Ribbit-it-UP!!

Your track record is such that nobody here would ever think that nor would it even enter anyone’s mind. You needn’t even say anything defensive. We get it completely. But those who participate in deconstructing the left’s false narratives, especially false racial narratives, to dupe the public in concert with their handmaidens in the media needs to be steeled for a potential assault on the truths they tell. The left is ruthless and relentless. All who seek and offer truth must always remember that the left will undertake any means to destroy what thwarts them in pursuit of the ends they seek.

Mosby and those like her have a racial agenda which trumps the welfare of the city.

The city itself is what Mosby and ALL of her kind use to achieve and sustain their goals. It isn’t even a matter of the city’s welfare. The city of people is a resource to them, nothing more. Think Soylent Green. 🙂 The city is ‘food’ to feed the growth of the black power grab. They’ve got “My People” cornered on urban plantations – ignorant and hungry, ready to do their master’s biddings. We’ve seen city after city lose its greatness to this process, rinse and repeat.

Stupid white Americans were conned by the black lullaby of ‘racial harmony’ being sung to erase the guilt foisted on them by public education, the media, and the entertainment industry that have hosted untruths about blacks for decades. They surrendered their votes willingly to erase the guilt they’ve been taught to carry, as though o-bama was Christ coming to wash away the sin of being born white.

When the large mass of lower socio-economic blacks rebel against their real masters, turn in their EBT cards, move out of sec. 8 housing, fight for a place in college on their merits like whites and Asians have to do, leave behind all the anger studies, become competent and competitive engineers, chemists, mathematicians, REAL doctors, ungrieved leaders of innovation and competitive industry, value two-parent families and remonstrations for bad behaviors, their cities will be worth saving. Then, and only then, does the “welfare of the city” become a living, breathing, independent organism. Of course, that would mean people like Mosby, o-bama, Sharpton, Holder, etc., would never get a toehold there in the first place instead of being welcomed with open arms. If anybody sees that happening anytime soon, wake me up.

Other cities have been calling for a boycott of the Universoul Circus over its treatment of animals… Atlanta has recently charged them with animal cruelty and abuse, and New York made them remove the animals from the show.

Mosby however is not only welcoming Universoul to her city with open arms, she’s the fracking ring master?!

Gotta love a SA who approves of rioting, looting, and animal cruelty… but throws the book at law enforcement.

Speaking of animal cruelty… her first day in office her first order of business was to drop charges against her friend’s client who choked a Shar Pei to death.

“The State’s Attorney’s Office didn’t give specific details about the decision but sent a statement to 11 News, saying that the charges were dropped “due to developments in the ongoing investigation.”

How dare they call for a boycott of an all-black circus (oxymoron) calling for ‘Peace’ and ‘change’, including the admonition that ‘the time is now’?? Just because a few measly enslaved animals are being mildly mistreated?
