FBI: NSA Intruders Were Just Two Cross-Dressing Crooks Who Took Wrong Turn….

Nothing to see here, move along, move along folks. The driver Ricky Shawantza Hall (27), and passenger Kevin Fleming (20), had spent night in a motel with another guy – then stole his truck, had some cocaine and a gun, took a wrong turn and panicked at the Fort Meade NSA guard shack.

(Via The Hill) New details about the pair of men who crashed outside the gates of the National Security Agency’s headquarters and sparked a shooting on Monday morning indicate that the incident was more a tragic mistake than a threat to national security.

Both men were “dressed as females” when they approached Fort Meade, Md., the FBI’s Baltimore office said on Tuesday, however their attire was “not in an attempt to disguise themselves from authorities.”

Agency guards opened fire on the vehicle to force it to stop, killing the driver. The FBI on Tuesday identified that man as 27-year-old Ricky Shawatza Hall. The bureau declined to identify the passenger, who is being treated at a local hospital.

“There is no information being released at this time regarding motive, however FBI Baltimore does not believe this is related to terrorism,” the agency said.

The details appear to match reporting by The Washington Post and The New York Times on Tuesday morning, which indicated the pair of men were the victims of a wrong turn. (read more)

      Ok, how’s about this then:

2 transvestites walk into a bar,
      No, wait,

2 transvestites drive up to to the NSA gate, freak out, pull a gun, ram a security vehicle and take a few rounds to the torso.

Gatekeeper says “we don’t see your type around here all that often, except of course when The First Lady-boy is in town”.

Surviving tranny says “and with greetings like that you won’t see many more !”

Hands up don’t shoot! Where is Obama, Holder and Sharpton – isn’t it time to protest at the NSA government building due to the government employed guard’s shooting of these unarmed men?

  6. TheLastDemocrat says:

it seems likely that they were high, ended up taking a wrong turn, and then when given instructions and were approached, they feared getting caught with drugs, a stolen vehicle, and [ ] breath. So, they tried to flee. I would not be surprised if either or both had records and knew getting caught would bring jail time. An obviously futile flee attempt appeals to scoundrels every now and then.

    • ytz4mee says:

Um, no word on the owner of the stolen vehicle and his connection to NSA, if any.

To suddenly show up at the NSA in a stolen vehicle is ….. unusual. It stretches the bounds of credibility to have the press try and convince me that two cross dressing black dudes in a stolen vehicle with guns and drugs, high or not, end up “by coincidence” at the gate of a high-security military installation? Tell me how many times crack addicts in a stolen vehicle decide, hey, let’s get directions from armed peeps on a military base. I’m not sure these two ever saw authority figures as “friendlies”.

      That is all.

Been there, done that! The exit off 295 that they made is a common mistake many make when exiting BW Parkway (most likely to get to Rt 32). Very subtle signage, once you’ve made the exit, you’re pretty much SOL. Guards come out with guns drawn to ID the many who make this mistake daily. I can only imaging their shock on coming upon the guards, all crossed dressed, drugs and gun in tow.

This is the kind of thing that makes the true tinfoil folks go crazy. I actually saw someone on reddit claim that NSA probably put the wigs and women’s clothes on them to discredit them…

Granted, this is a VERY weird story but I don’t think it was anything more than what they are saying. It could possibly still be a dry run meant to test defenses and reactions but I think that’s even stretching it.

Kinda similar to this “News” story

      Pennsylvania Troopers Do Care

I get irritated when people come down on our law enforcement officers, saying that they don’t care about or respect others. Well, here is a story that clearly shows not all cops are in that category.

This story involves Troopers of the Pennsylvania State Police who reported finding a man’s body last Saturday in the early evening in the Susquehanna River near Millersburg. The dead man’s name would not be released until his family had been notified.

The victim apparently drowned due to excessive beer consumption while visiting “someone” in a local bar . He was wearing black fishnet stockings, 4 inch spiked heels, a red garter belt, a pink G-string, purple lipstick, dazzle dust on his eyelids, 1/2 inch false eyelashes and an Obama T-shirt.

The Troopers removed the Obama T-shirt to spare his family any unnecessary embarrassment.

See there, Pennsylvania State Troopers really do care !!

Completely sidestepping the sickeningly salacious details (no, I really don’t want to know, thanks), who exactly (eggsackly?) is the older guy who kept the company of these 2 Darwin award winners? Adult sleepovers generally involve Adam & Eve, NOT Adam, Steve and some creepy old guy.

What relation, if any, does he have to NSA? That has not been established at all.

Is the guy a public employee? It would be useful for parents to know if this guy is employed by the local skoo board, yes?

Is the older guy in any way in a position of public trust or hold a clearance?

Now, will the deceased dirtbag be buried in his favorite little chiffon number, the one with the 5″ stack stripper pumps?

Well I’m glad that the mainstream press, led by the WaPo and NY Slimes finally got their stories straight. The Journolist bulletin board must have been churning last night as they all tried to consolidate the message. Sometimes during the campaign we would have a pool on how they were going to try and spin the un-spinnable.

No charges pending? No bail hearing? At a minimum, the passenger was in a stolen vehicle, and I am making the assumption (I could be wrong) that the passenger was also involved when the vehicle was stolen from the motel parking lot, so he was part and party to the whole thing. You can’t spin this as a “joy ride gone horribly, horribly, wrong”.

If there’s one thing video games taught me, it’s that stealing someone’s vehicle is known as “Grand Theft, Auto”. The games are good subversively conservative fun, but in reality, that charge is a felony. So is pulling a gun on a cop in reality. In the game? The cops will kill you for doing that. Just like it should be.

      • taqiyyologist says:

That’s pretty much why libs hate that game series.

It is subversive conservatism, through and through, on a genius level. From the radio stations to the script.

        • taqiyyologist says:

The series has ALWAYS been a satire of current American “culture” (as it has been made to be by various nefarious means), and from a distinctly conservative angle.

Most people don’t know this, who have never played them.

They just believe their TV people.

  13. Yes, but those two boys, er, victims, just made a ‘tragic mistake.’ Didn’t they? And yes, I, too, would like to know more about The Third Man.

  14. cktaymd says:

Ricky Hall is in the Maryland judiciary system – found guilty of assault and robbery in 2008 and again in 2013 – he was supposedly on probation and had several “aliases”.

  15. cktaymd says:

There is a 20 year old Kevin Lamont Fleming from Baltimore who has an extended traffic record – one involved eluding the police while driving – he was just released from jail ono 3/25/15. I’m not sure if it is the same Kevin Fleming, but had enough “experience” to be a “bad boy”.

    For the gentler Treepers:

This generation has been raised with technology. They use “hook up” apps to arrange sexual activity. It’s very common, even in the military. These guys may very well have been on the way to a pre-arranged meeting with a fine service member or NSA staff member. Maybe they took the wrong exit, maybe they didn’t. I don’t think we’ll ever know. If there was someone on post who made a date, they will never tell us. That data will be as deleted as Mrs. Clinton’s emails.

It is not illegal do go “in drag”. Poor taste, but not illegal.
It is, however, illegal as Hades to:
-Open carry a handgun in a car in Marylandistan.
-They also betta have a license for that handgun as well… which is HIGHLY unlikely for these 2 paragons of urban virtue. http://www.opencarry.org/?page_id=135
    -Transport/possess controlled substances.

That, and maybe sympathy cards should be sent to the Coroner for having to do a “cavity search” of the decedent. The cops who took in the passenger probably had to do the same for the non deceased perp. Definitely appetite suppressing. Perhaps Czar can comment and provide some colorful narrative as to how it goes when a perp of that magnitude gets “processed”.

It is interesting that Al Sharpton is not right on this, or da Crumpster. Who else could wax poetic about “throw down ebbidense” like those 2 fools?

It is worth noting that the behavioral distance between those 2 degenerate, sexually confused felons and the Pretendident is quite narrow.
They get tagged with drugs, Pretendident writes about his drug use (choom, blow).
They obviously had some “unusual” interpersonal interaction, Pretendident frequented “mans country”.
They rammed a security guard, the Pretendident has drones for that.
Both the captured, tranny/crossdresser/whatever and the pretendident both can wear orange.

NSA Gate Crashers – Looks Like They Were a Couple of Obama’s Sons – Maybe Just Made A Wrong Turn…

FBI Identify Deceased Suspect In NSA Shooting….

The FBI says the driver of the SUV, 27-year-old Ricky Hall, was shot and killed. Hall’s been arrested in the past for robbery, assault and theft.

The passenger was also shot. A US law enforcement source tells CBS News he was 20-year-old Kevin Fleming of Baltimore. Court records show Fleming’s been arrested before, as well—including for assault.

Investigators say the two suspects stole the SUV from the Terrace Motel in Elkridge just an hour after checking into the place with the owner of that vehicle.

    • auscitizenmom says:

“Friends say Hall had recently gotten out of prison and was trying to get back on her feet.” So, “she” started by getting high, and stealing a car and a gun. Yep, “she” certainly was trying hard. 🙄

  21. TheLastDemocrat says:

I was new to Baltimore. I planned to come up from Glen Burnie and take the Brisco 395 exit to downtown and pick up someone on Charles Street.

    I missed the exit.

This sets you on a course for the toll road.

I was new to Baltimore because I was down on my luck and was just starting a new job.

I did not have cash for the tunnel.

Sure, there is a process for that.

    I was in a pickup.

Maryland at the time had a different pattern of plates for trucks than cars.

    My pickup had car plates.

I had gotten my car and truck registered at the same time.

At Mondawmin DMV. In that locale.

The clerk gave me serially ordered car plates, not thinking the second vehicle was a truck.

I got brought into the building and interrogated.

This all checked out so I was allowed to leave.

Conclusion: in Maryland, someone could end up driving not only to the wrong place, but a wrong place that adds seriousness to the mistake.

    No tinfoil hat necessary.

Thank God I was sober. And did not have my side-arm.

Looks like they crashed the gate at Connector Rd (just east of the “national cryptologic museum” on bing maps, aerial view shows it under construction).

Dirty Little Secret – find yourself at a security gate, tell them you (obviously) took the wrong turn and they will stop traffic to turn you around just like every other cross-dressing crack head that makes a wrong turn (or retiree wanting to shop at the BX and commissary but forgot their ID yet again…).

  24. archer52 says:

This is not as unusual as you might think. There is a big underground segment of our prostitute society that is black men dressed in drag. And they rip off Johns all the time!

The first time I ran into them was on patrol with another officer. Two of them (and they can work in pairs) ran from us when they saw our unit coming down the street. They ran into a small wooded lot. The officer had me bark like a dog (this is a true story) while shouting over the PA system they had better come out or the dog was going to be let go.

They came out and I met the two for the first time. Men, dressed like women turning tricks, often for old white dudes.

Yep. Underbelly of a society you think you know.
