Bloomington Minnesota Authorities File Charges Against The “FTP”/Black Lives Matter Crowd – Mall of America Protests…

Prepare for the liberal outrage, screams of racism, and onslaught from the liberal media against law enforcement.

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (KMSP) –  UPDATECharges: Officers infiltrated Black Lives Matter meeting, were spit on by MOA protesters

Mall of America-Protest

Despite efforts to persuade Bloomington officials in favor of a different course, criminal charges have been filed against Black Lives Matter protesters who shut down part of the Mall of America (MOA) last month.

A press release distributed by the city of Bloomington says that 10 protesters “have been formally charged by the Bloomington City Attorney’s Office with crimes related to the demonstration to include Unlawful Assembly, Public Nuisance and Disorderly Conduct.” A total of 25 were arrested, and the release doesn’t rule out that more charges could be forthcoming.

Before announcing the charges, the release notes that the Mall of America “has had a longstanding policy in place that does not allow protests or demonstrations on their site” and adds, “The Black Lives Matter group was informed that it did not have permission to gather and demonstrate” in the MOA.  (more)

In addition to the biggest fines possible, make ’em go on a week’s worth of Ride-Alongs, showing them what a cop’s beat is like in the most high-crime areas available?

(Is there any way to keep ’em from posting on any social media for 6 months to a year? Somehow, I feel that might hit this crowd where they live. Be fun to allow cops to scream in THEIR faces for hours too). Thanks, Bob E–you came up w/ a cool game!

I do this very thing if at all possible. I also avoid the movie theatre unless it is a “white” movie. I hate paying $50 to see a movie and miss half of it because some idiot won’t be quiet.

I haven’t seen a movie in a theatre outside of select film festivals and private screenings in years.

Got a 12′ screen in my house and a 4K projector. I just wait for the movie to be available and the experience at home is better than that in a theatre, and a lot safer, too.

The way I see it, Hollywood hates me and has no qualms about stealing my money in exchange for sub-par entertainment. Idiots like Liam Neeson make these violent movies, and then complain about America having too many guns. The Left-coast elites hate up out here in fly-over country.

So… in protest, I watch their movies for FREE. Most of them nowadays are so bad, I can’t or won’t finish watching them. Thank goodness for TNT and Net Flicks, too!!

The city built a light rail line from the north of Minneapolis all the way down to the south, primarily (though not officially) to bring customers to the Mall, customers unable to transport themselves, aka vibrant yoots. During the ’80s and ’90s I lived about a ten minute drive from the Mall, ,and I made a point of never going near the place.

      • Rurik, you hit the nail on the head. I used to live in Apple Valley. When it first opened, we’d go up to California Cafe and maybe catch a comedy show at Knuckleheads or a movie, and we started to notice how the vibe of the Mall changed.

Then there was a shooting at Camp Snoopy inside the Mall. I can’t remember what year that was. I had used to like to go to Nordstroms and Nordstroms Rack inside the mall for shopping and other specialty stores.

When they started bussing thugs from downtown out to the Mall we quit going there. Apparently many others did the same.

What was the MOTIVE behind providing these clowns transportation out there? I never understood that part.

Of course you should remember that the MOA was a project of the Ghermazian Brothers, Armenian real estate developers from Canada. Since this is a name that would not be remembered by many Americans after all this time, I suspect this poster may well be one of them. Evidently their firm still feels very protective about their investment. I think I recall a bit of local controversy at the time the project was approved, though I never heard of any actionable evidence ever surfacing.

These protestors are so stooopid that they believe the First Amendment right of free speech covers their right to gather and protest any time, anywhere, and create as much mayhem as they want while they’re doing it!! We can thank the CRS educators/instigators who went to Ferguson and schooled these low info haters for that erroneous belief. And we can also thank the BGI butt-kissing media for further solidifying that belief. Someone needs to tell these childish activists that LAWS MATTER and maybe Bloomington, Minnesota is a good place to start. Equal treatment under the law, not special treatment that suggests these protestors are exempt because of how they “feel.”
PS. If ISIS flags are still showing up at any of these protests, the FBI should be investigating!

As a past retail store owner in a Mall, I can tell you this BS from protesters would not have gone over well with the merchants or the people who work for and are paid by them. These are not little one man quick stop store owners.
It is bad enough the crap store owners have to put up with, but this nonsense takes the cake.
It is about time that someone hold these fools accountable for their actions and the damages they have caused many by their peaceful demonstrations in pursuit of justice for black thug life.
I mean really who do they think they are and what gives them the right to interfere with law abiding folks trying to make a living.
They are over the top and need a good shot of reality repercussion to come their way.

I don’t understand how anyone can think they have a ‘right’ to protest on any PRIVATE property and disrupt the work that goes on there. They have rights to free speech, but also rights to the consequences should they proceed to gather publicly on private property after being instructed not to enter the facility.

I am sick of blacks playing the victim role. I am sick of welfare handouts when jobs are available. I am sick of the racist blacks who burn and plunder. I am sick of Obama making excuses for unlawful black behavior and really angry he sent government officials to attend criminal Brown’s funeral.

It’s not just blacks. The same behavior is found in the marginal white and asian populations. Anyone who has worked overseas with NGOs can tell you about the attraction of getting something for nothing to lots of different groups, which then quickly morphs from intial gratitude to a sense of entitlement. There will always be groups of people, who given the opportunity to be rewarded for sloth, will do so. The difference with the black underclass, wherever in the world they are found, is the compulsion towards senseless violence.

I never was a liberal, even in the usual youthful angst way of so many who later wise up.

I was raised in the South. In the 60’s and 70’s, I did not get actively involved in anything. However, I instinctively realized the wrong of forbidding a human being from a restaurant or a toilet. So I attempted for years to keep an eye on my conscience, since I, being a Southerner, would apparently automatically be considered a racist. However, I didn’t assume the mantle of white guilt either. I had had first-hand experience seeing some of the behaviors of certain black people, since I worked in a state unemployment office.

It didn’t take long to see the manipulation, abuse of tolerance and decency, and the agendas of various groups begin to surface. The resulting decades seem nothing more than vicious, retributive Reconstruction, which is almost totally gone from our history since its truth didn’t fit the agenda. Reconstruction on a national scale, directed at one race of people, and including the corruption, greed, and theft.

It sickens me to the core has this has been done and how stupid people were to go along with it. Now look where we are.

Years ago, I personally completed rejected the idea of the word “racist.” I could care less if anyone throws that word at me. Black or white, rich or poor, I despise and reject all of those who adhere to this garbage. They are scum to me, whether in ideology or protest or criminal activity. And if I could, I would segregate myself from all of them, no matter the color of their skin. Pigmentation doesn’t mean squat to me. It’s what’s under the skin that counts.

I guess Alabama has state laws that other states Especially MO need to have. The protest planned for Birmingham was small & the protesters were respectful for the most part. They were informed ahead of time about the state laws & what the penalties would be. The organizers sent out a press release stating they had reconsidered their actions due to state laws.
The release, in full, is below.

Thank you for being a part of #BlackLivesMatter Birmingham.

After speaking with officials from both Hoover and Birmingham, we have decided to postpone our events pending a legal demonstration permit.

According to State Laws, we can not cause a disruption in the flow of traffic on HWY 280 or we are subject to arrest and prosecution.

It has also been brought to our attention that we can be “trespassed” from the property in both locations. Officials in both locations will have cameras to take pictures and ban us from the property forever. This is not the outcome we want for participants.

We are working to coordinate a protest in front of each Police Department after the Holidays. Please stay tuned to the website for more details.

    Thank you!

Some of these “laws” are very present in other states and communities. The difference is whether the protesters know if the law will be ignored and they can get away with it.

Apparently, they figured out that AL LEO would not give them any leeway. If this message was sent and understood and backed up everywhere, their thuggish out-of-control behavior would quickly stop.

Powerlineblog.com noted that try as they might, they couldn’t ascertain the source of International A.N.S.W.E.R.’s funding. A.N.S.W.E.R. was linked to the TMOC, the group chanting “What do we want? Dead cops! When do we want it? Now!” a few days before the Ramos/Liu assassinations.
Soros also provided the seed money for Barack Obama’s campaign for the presidency. Soros was photographed seated on the bottom treads of a staircase by Barack Obama’s knee in the San Francisco residence that BO announced his campaign for the presidency. The announcement that Soros provided 33 million in funding or the Ferguson riots along with his initially funding the Obama presidency should make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Soros association with Obama has been lucrative indeed. At the beginning of his association with Obama in 2008 Soros was in the top 100 of the world’s wealthiest with 11 billion in the bank. Just recently, Soros was ranked in the top 20 of the world’s wealthiest with 19 bllion in the bank. Its not always what you know, but who you know.

The only way to stop these people is to FILE CHARGES!!! The “Black lives Matter” protested on black friday in Oakland, Ca. They chained themselves to the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) trains in both directions causing major CHAOS & delays for almost 2 hours. Arrests were made & 14 were charged, BART has also asked for $70,000 in restitution. Protesters aren’t happy, they seem to think their above the law. Tomorrow they have a big protest planned at a MAJOR BART station in SF ~> “Organizers of the protest are demanding that Alameda County prosecutors drop charges against 14 activists who were arrested in late November after some chained themselves to trains and halted service at West Oakland Station. They also demand that the BART police force dissolve itself, and that the transit agency provide cheaper fares for low-income riders.” Organizers are encouraging people to bring metal spoons to the protest, though they won’t say why. I just hope they don’t intend to throw them on the tracks.

When whites joined blacks during the civil rights movement (Selma, etc.) it meant something, and was done, I think, out of a real sense of injustice. Not only that, but whites, just as much as blacks, were literally risking their lives in doing so.

But THIS garbage?… not even remotely comparable. This here is all a FRAUD, and the majority of white involvement is a result of WHITE GUILT. Some scumbags out there (mainly Tim Wise) have gotten rich and famous using his own white guilt to convince others they should activate theirs. It is a VERY dangerous phenomenon.

I don’t think there’s a single shred of guilt inside any of the whites participating in these protests. Well, I’m sure there’s some that feel guilty, but I’d say the majority of them are simply trying to get attention. Kissing their black asses is just a way to make them feel better about themselves. In the grand scheme of things they couldn’t care less about black lives. They are participating just to feed their own ego. But again, yes, I agree that some of it has to do with white guilt, which is stupid. I can’t help what is in the past, and really, I don’t give a d@mn about it. Either way it’s pathetic. Everything about these protests are pathetic.
