Ismaaiyl Abdullah Brinsley was the 28 year old radical supporter of the FTP movement who assassinated two New York Police officers.  Bassem Masri is a Palestinian antagonist and principal member of the Ferguson “F*ck the Police (FTP) movement – currently in New York.  Jessica Lane Chambers was a 19-year-old girl murdered in Courtland Mississippi.

In a bizarre twist to a complex dynamic they could well be connected.
♦ One of the overlooked aspects of Ismaaiyl Brinsley the New York police murderer was what was found in his pockets after he killed himself on a New York subway platform following the cold blooded murder of the officers.  He was carrying dozens of $100 bills.
How does an unemployed essentially homeless, “transient” character like Brinsley gain such significant amounts of cash.   “Where did he get his money, who does he hang out with?   [he] doesn’t seem to have been employed,” Police Commishioner Bill Bratton asked curiously when appearing on CBS’s show This Morning.
♦ Similarly Bassem Masri, a professional agitator from the Saint Louis area, has no job – but can spend months leading angry, often extremely vulgar, tirades against various Police Departments; and still have money to fly, travel, pay his expenses, eat, etc.  It was not long ago when Masri put $15,000 cash up for his own bond in Saint Louis -after his arrest for spitting on a police officer- and hired a private attorney.
Where does he get his money?
When we first began looking into the Jessica Chambers murder, something didn’t seem right.   Within 72 hours it was brutally obvious something was very odd about Courtland Mississippi early December.
chambers
19-year-old Jessica was attacked on Saturday evening December 6th – she was burned alive.  Jessica died a few hours later at 2:23am on Sunday December 7th.
By Monday morning December 8th, the media had reported the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) was taking over the case because Jessica’s father worked for the Panola County sheriff’s department, and then, something else – the U.S. Marshals’ office was “assisting the investigation”.
Initially, everyone noted the odd addition of U.S. Marshals, but moved on to other matters to try and understand what led to such a horrific death.
By the time we reached Day #6 and Day #7 we had discovered some really unbelievable aspects about Panola County, Courtland Mississippi, the Sheriff’s office of Dennis Darby, District Attorney John Champion, gas station owner Ali Alsanai, and a myriad of gang/criminal aspects that would fill every character of a John Grisham novel.
The way the investigation was being handled also didn’t make any sense. The lack of urgency and a general appearance of indifference was striking. The manner of investigation as reported was bizarre.
Again, something, well, actually, a lot of something, was odd.
After we pointed out some of those issues in the Day #7 update  two things happened.  First, the story went viral, millions read the research.  Secondly, the media announced the FBI had joined the investigation.
So now on December 16th the MBI, Federal Marshals and FBI were all combined for the investigation of one Mississippi murder. Sounded good,… go team.
However, a week passes, again nothing changed – all prior issues remained.
Here’s where it gets weird.
It would be too much to consider coincidental for us to have outlined significant questions about a Yemeni gas station owner, Ali Alsanai, in an innocuous little Mississippi town; then to have the FBI announce involvement in the Chambers case; then a week later to have the FBI to broadcast a public alert about a known al-Qaeda terror threat, originating in Yemen, surrounding this same innocuous town and a Memphis bridge.

Of all the places in the U.S. the FBI could be focusing in on terror threats, they just happen to announce a Yemeni threat against a bridge in this area?
Seriously?
Which takes us back to the question we held earlier but dismissed as we moved forward quickly:  What was/is the U.S. Marshal’s office doing investigating a Mississippi murder of a 19-year-old girl?
Federal Marshal’s only get involved when either a federal official is engaged, or a federal threat – against a federal official, or entity, is engaged. While the Marshals’ work from within the Dept Of Justice (DOJ) they are generally only assigned to cases involving the federal judiciary and a few other very narrow responsibilities:

1.  Judicial Security (JSD) Division generally only get involved if there are threats on judges, courthouses, court personnel or juries.

2.  Witness Protection Program (WitSec)- Placement, security, and/or dealing with ongoing issues of possible WitSec malfeasance.

3.  Fugitive Tracking – Transportation, investigation, etc.

4.  Enforcement of the Adam Walsh Act – tracking and arresting sex offenders, child porn etc.

Federal Marshals carry something FBI officials don’t, quasi-constitutional authority.
Hence, a U.S. Marshal’s investigative and enforcement power originates from rules inside the Federal Judiciary, federal courts.
The county Sheriff is the highest constitutional law enforcement authority in almost any given region. The power of a County Sheriff is constitutionally structured and can only be removed by changing or adapting the constitutional construct of a given state (*note* in order to be a state within the Republic you must have a constitution in place, and a structure of constitutional authority therein).
The county sheriff is generally in charge of law enforcement, and can stand up to intrusion from federal FBI or any other law apparatus.  However, a Federal Marshal is like a super sheriff with legal authority upon arrival in a given county.
That’s also why they are rarely, if ever, used in local issues. The Federal Marshal (JSD Division) holds power granted by the federal courts, and ultimately the supreme court – they are distinctly different from FBI agents who find their authority sourced in the DOJ, through the executive branch, with the U.S. Attorney General  assigned by the President.
That understanding is important to grasp why it’s particularly odd for a U.S. Marshal to be on the ground investigating a murder.  The FBI might do it if requested, but a U.S. Marshal, never.  Well, never….
…unless, THAT U.S. MARSHAL WAS ALREADY THERE and attached to the case outcome as a part of a larger context.
Connecting the dots.
• We know there are current investigations ongoing into al-Qaeda operations, specifically regarding threats from Yemen. • We also know those recent Yemen aspect of the threats have increased. • We also know that for several years the domestic funding for terrorist organizations has been the subject of considerable federal investigation (See U.S. v Holyland Foundation as early, 2007, and historical example).

Miss. grad student headed terrorist group, prosecutor says

•  We also know that recently additional investigative scrutiny –and resource deployment– has been given to terrorist financial operations in the post-9/11 era.
•  Additionally, we are all keenly aware -that our U.S. government is aware- that social media is now being used by Islamic inspired offshoots to direct lone wolf attacks against U.S. interests and entities. •  This has been increasing in visibility since the social media inspired “Arab Spring”, or, perhaps more aptly named, “Islamist Spring”.
• We previously outlined how during the Ferguson riots and protests, as an example, the #OpFerguson movement was actually a Pakistani originating cyber enterprise intentionally provoking and directing, antagonism toward social anarchy.
• In addition, the national “FTP” protests hold within them  various constructs of radical Islamic groups combined with various U.S. social special interests. CAIR aligns in common goal with New Black Panthers => who align with Nation of Islam, who align with the various Occupy Groupings => and all embrace the general grievance advocacy of the Black Grievance Industry.

It is indeed bizarre, and yet seemingly more efficient and vastly more effective, for a terror network to finance social discord by using a network of social media to promote, agitate, spur and even finance internal U.S. chaos.
The irony is, the actual players busting the windows, and spitting on cops, and shutting down highways, and maybe even carrying out assassinations, might not know who’s feeding their anxiety.
Given the nature of all these dots, is it really a leap to consider that surrounding the Memphis region there was an ongoing investigation into activities associated with the possible support of, and use of, criminal financial enterprises?
Does the M&M First Stop Gas station, connect, in general terms, to a larger network of criminal enterprise; who, either knowingly or unknowingly, end up with various self-interested Vice-Lord and Gangster Disciple affiliates carrying out their objectives?

In the 1970’s/1980’s the guy who jacked the trailer of cigarettes in North Carolina most certainly didn’t connect his role to the larger Gotti Mafioso network in New York. However, just because he didn’t connect the upstream characters to his criminal activity, doesn’t mean they were not connected – because they were.
So in similar fashion do the 2014 criminal enterprises, drug manufacture/sales, burglary, robbery, theft etc., within the VL and GD constructs connect their activity to the international terror networks? I would argue they do not, but like the trailer of cigarettes that doesn’t mean the connection doesn’t exist.

So here’s the big whiteboard scenario which reconciles all of the known oddities:

What if a federal investigation was ongoing within the Mississippi, Tennessee, southern region where the investigative goal was to discover/understand the broad financial criminal networks for possible terrorist links.
What if part of that investigation (Adam Walsh Act) ran through Panola County Mississippi and happened across a young girl who weaved in and out of the affiliated network as a consequence of her associations; but she was not actually part of the criminal dynamic nor understanding of the larger picture around her.
What if someone came across this perfectly clueless profile for questioning, and just asked some simple ‘help me understand the social network’ type questions.  The questioner unconcerned about the actual activity, more focused on just seeking to understand the network. She would never know the bigger picture, or even comprehend he possibility of the bigger risks from answering the simple questions.
What if she answered those questions without giving it too much thought for consequence.
“Snitches get Stitches” + “they went too far”, because the national racial sentiment was boiling over on December 6th…. as a result of all the agitation.
