When asked to explain my belief that Obama’s presidency was a construction created from approximately 10 years of pre-thought exquisitely planned detail, many people are puzzled by my reasoning.
The names of Emanuel, Plouffe, Axelrod, Jarrett and Holder are the visible names, but not the most consequential – nor the subjects worth researching. While most people reference the aforementioned when thinking about how a Junior Senator becomes Chief Executive; and indeed there is some factual reasoning toward that end, the executive office itself was not the majority maneuver.

If you peel back the layers to the Milli Vanilli roadshow – what you will notice is the strategy of putting specific ideologies into the legal affairs offices of all the “non-political” constructs. The Pentagon office of legal counsel, for example, can handcuff the activity of the Pentagon with legal opinion in opposition to the traditional goals of the organization (See Jeh Johnson).
Likewise the CIA office of legal counsel, can have a similar impact on actual outcomes and steer policy. If you want to find out what’s more consequential than the proverbial executive ‘pen and phone’, get to understand the legal counsel who can stop any activity they desire just by writing adverse legal opinion. The legal opinion does not need to meet the criteria of professional review to block activity – indeed most of the time it would be shredded by exterior legal analysis – their goal is not legal standing per se’, the goal is policy influence.
Ms. Starzak is one example of one such position, one person committed to a cause. Her personal activity shows not only what she believes in, but also how her beliefs can dramatically impact policy implementation with legal influence. It is within the army of such like-minded ideologues now found throughout the construct of federal government, that you identify President Barack Obama’s tenure was not planned in 2006 – it was more likely road-mapped out in 1998/99.
The origin for the severity of the Obama presidency can be found in the hatred spurred within the defeat of Al Gore. A specifically directed hatred that fueled almost a decade of planning, that ultimately delivered Barack Obama as frontman for the entire scheme.
Starzak_ciasplit-550x309WASHINGTON DC – The Obama administration’s nominee for a senior legal position at the Pentagon is one of the congressional staffers accused by Republicans and intelligence officials of stealing classified documents from the Central Intelligence Agency, Fox News has learned — and the controversy could imperil her shot at a major career promotion.
Sources on Capitol Hill and in the intelligence community say Alissa Starzak, a majority staffer on the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) who has been nominated for the position of general counsel to the U.S. Army, is one of two SSCI employees accused by the panel’s Republicans, and by career intelligence officers, of having “stolen” the so-called Panetta Review: a classified study of the agency’s treatment of detainees prepared by former CIA Director Leon Panetta.
Starzak is a former assistant general counsel for CIA and, more recently, a deputy general counsel at the Defense Department for legislative affairs. She was nominated for the Army’s general counsel position in July of this year. With an eye on the clock, as the Senate prepares to revert to Republican control early next year, the Armed Services Committee approved Starzak’s nomination — without a recorded vote — on Dec. 9. But the nomination expired a week later, and must now be re-submitted to the committee, with Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., as its likely chairman, in the next session of Congress.
A spokesperson for McCain said he is traveling and could not be reached for comment on whether he would support Starzak’s nomination going forward.  (read more)
