DUH. You guys already know this, but apparently the media had to hire a team of private investigators and investigative journalists to figure it out. The most significant document missing is the one we first noticed absent on the very first night. Dorian Johnson’s joint State and FBI interview conducted on August 13th.
In our researched opinion this is directly because there was a deal made with Dorian for his “story”. (I outlined the deal on November 25th)  It is entirely possible, actually more than possible, most likely, the recorded FBI interview/statement of Dorian Johnson is wildly divergent from both his media interviews and his grand jury testimony.
Dorian johnson giving statementWe strongly feel the FBI knew Dorian was making up a story, then when given structural immunity, he admitted to making up a story on August 13th.
The State/FBI officials then allowed him to give BS testimony -that mostly matched his BS media interviews- to the grand jury because the feds/state were willing to provide him a cover story for his own protection from community backlash.
Bottom line, the Feds needed the accurate truth because by August 13th they had enough of a physical and forensic outline to substantiate the three interviews of Darren Wilson. Wilson was interviewed on Saturday 8/9 (local), Sunday 8/10 (local and state), and for more than three hours on Tuesday 8/12 (state and federal FBI).
By the time the same Feds sat down with Dorian (next day after Wilson) as seen in this picture at the attorney’s office, they knew only three actual, well, actually “claimed” eye-witness statements were in conflict with Wilson:  Dorian Johnson, Tiffany Mitchell and Piaget Crenshaw. The feds knew the physical evidence DID NOT match the claims of Dorian, Tiffany and Piaget.
They mostly needed to know why those claims didn’t match.

From the fed’s (“we already know the truth”) reference to Johnson, which they also told his attorney Freeman Bosley Jr, (who admitted as such to the CNN – but CNN didn’t know enough to catch the reference) the FBI and State officials found out Dorian was making up the entire narrative.
Now watch this old video, taken two days after the FBI interview, and you’ll see it:

Hopefully you watched that ↑ video – because, in hindsight now, it should be giving you an “ah-ha” moment.

To hide both their (DOJ/FBI) knowledge thereof, and the admission of Dorian, the recording and transcript was withheld from the public, yet was read by the Grand Jury.  The grand jury is bound to secrecy.
In essence the Grand Jury knew Johnson was making it up, that’s why their questions were seemingly from information out of left field. It wasn’t left field to them because they knew the content of the FBI 8/13 statement, it was only left-field to YOU.
If the 8/13 Dorian Johnson interview was EVER released the public might ask why the Feds let the case continue.
The DOJ/FBI were essentially covering for the politicians decision to let the grand jury play out just to placate the various parties who held interest, AND to further the agenda of the politicians (see Holder/Obama August 18th ↓).

Here is the mainstream media trying to figure it out. Enjoy:
robert mcculloch 2ST. LOUIS — In spite of St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch’s promises to make all witness testimony in the Michael Brown shooting case public so he could show the process was fair and impartial, McCulloch’s office now acknowledges that it kept some records secret at the behest of federal authorities who are still investigating the incident.
The acknowledgment came after a review by KSDK-TV found several key documents were missing from the thousands of pages released by McCulloch’s office on Nov. 24, shortly after the prosecutor announced that the grand jury had decided not to indict Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson for killing the unarmed teen.
McCulloch’s executive assistant, Ed Magee, said the office released everything it still had when the case was closed, but had “turned over and relinquished control” of some FBI’s interviews conducted in connection with the shooting.
Dorian Johnson interview withheld A team of investigative reporters from around the country reviewed the transcripts released by McCulloch’s office, which included law enforcement interviews with 24 witnesses. Most conspicuous in its absence was the joint federal-county interview with the witness who had been closest to the deadly confrontation, Michael Brown’s friend Dorian Johnson.
Transcripts of the grand jury proceedings indicate that interview was conducted on Aug. 13, four days after the shooting, and lasted more than two hours. Transcripts of that interview were provided to grand jurors, who then listened to a recording of it in its entirety, the records show.
But, while McCulloch’s office provided the public with recordings of six different television interviews Johnson conducted with local and national media, there is no record of what Johnson told law enforcement before his grand jury testimony. Neither the audio recording nor the transcript of Johnson’s FBI interview was included in the materials released.
McCulloch repeatedly said that following witness testimony over time, to see if they changed their stories, was a critical part of measuring a witness’ veracity. During his press conference Nov. 24, he listed several specific times when witnesses whose stories suggested Wilson had not been justified in using deadly force, altered their testimony after being challenged or after learning the results of autopsies.
McCulloch encouraged the media and the public to review the records he released with that in mind. (keep reading<– you should, it’s funny!

{snip}  Good luck ever getting that August 13th DOJ/FBI interview pried from the hands of the feds.  It would embarrass everyone.
Remember, these are ALL DEMOCRATS.
The Prosecutor Robert McCulloch is a Dem.  The Mayor, Slay, is a Dem.  Governor Nixon is a Dem.  AG Eric Holder and President Obama et al.  They can’t let it be known that they knew this was all for show and political benefit.

Here’s my summary from over two weeks ago:
dorian prediction
The irony is, the “street” is wise to the ruse.  Hence, Dorian Johnson in hiding.
The “street justice leadership” know, you know, and the MSM is running around bumping into walls trying to figure it all out.  Maybe if they hire more “teams of investigative reporters from around the country” they’ll figure it out.
Yeah, me neither.
