Objectib Ebidense – Michael Brown’s parents react to release of Ferguson police calls…

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Attorneys for Michael Brown’s parents are reacting to police  radio calls from the day their son was shot and killed by Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson. The police dispatch recordings were obtained by St. Louis Post-Dispatch. The new  recordings have not changed the family’s opinion about how the Ferguson police department responded that fateful day.

Mike Brown Jr’s parents returned to St. Louis Friday night. Before they or their lawyers were aware the St. Louis Post Dispatch  released Ferguson police radio calls and surveillance video of Officer Darren Wilson who fired the fatal shots.  The family’s attorney noted, “From the video released today it would appear the initial descriptions of his (Officer Wilson’s) injuries were exaggerated.”

The Post-Dispatch sought Ferguson police calls from August 9th under Missouri’s Sunshine law.  You can hear descriptions of a suspect wanted for a stealing at the Ferguson Market on West Florissant. Within a few minutes the search for two suspects is focused on Canfield drive where Wilson arrived first.

fat albert 2“We have reported on a source basis that he didn’t immediately recognize these guys as the suspects everybody was looking for when he first  encountered them.  It was after Mike Brown walked by with the Swisher Sweet cigars in his hand that he puts two and two together and that`s when he makes that radio call.” said Post Dispatch Reporter Robert Patrick.

Five minutes after Officer Wilson’s initial call we hear an unidentified officer say this, “Get us several more units over here.  There`s gonna be a problem.”

The Brown family attorneys reacted saying, “The audio clearly demonstrates that the initial interaction with the officer and Brown had nothing to do with the incident at the convenience store.”  (read more)

Did we really expect anything different from these clowns? They are trying to spin this so hard in order to keep interest and money flowing that it just isn’t working anymore. The country is starting to turn on these groups and it will only get worse.

No matter what the parents or Parks say that the officer didn’t know about the robbery at the first encounter with Brown, Brown knew and was fearful he had been identified which made him aggressive towards Wilson. As far as them belittling the injuries they did that to in the Zimmerman case.

I think if I read this

“The audio clearly demonstrates that the initial interaction with the officer and Brown had nothing to do with the incident at the convenience store.”

one more time I may need to staple my eyes shut. It has been said again and again that Officer Wilson initially told the two mutts to scram from the middle of the street, that is the “initial interaction” then something within seconds of the “initial interaction” clicked for Wilson and he made the “incident at the convince store” connection. It changes nothing. And I am also tired of reading “incident at the convince store.” It was a strong armed robbery and assault.

Whether or not Officer Wilson knew about the incident at the convenience store does not matter as far as the initial incident goes. The fact that the two miscreants were walking down the middle of the road entirely justifies Officer Wilson’s initial stop. Any question about whether or not Wilson knew about the robbery literally does not matter.

Let’s engage in a thought experiment and pretend that Brown never committed the robbery. What initially drew Officer Wilson’s attention was Brown walking down the middle of the street [his illegal conduct]. That illegal conduct, even absent the fact of the robbery justifies Officer Wilson’s detention of Brown. At some point, Brown assaulted Wilson, and Wilson sustained serious and perhaps life threatening injuries. I haven’t seen anything that indicates Wilson’s state of mind at the time of the shooting, but we can infer intent from Brown’s actions. At the point in the encounter before Wilson exited the vehicle, but after the assault, Brown had enough time to get away. If you break it down to the most basic level, there are two reasons for a criminal to fight a police officer; either to escape from the custody of that police officer or to inflict injury on the police officer. Brown had already largely succeeded from escaping from the custody of the police officer. In fact, had Brown chosen, he likely could have made a clean escape. Instead, he chose to turn back toward the police officer. If you’re a police officer who has sustained serious injuries as a result of an assault, what are you supposed to think if the perpetrator turns back toward you?

Of course, no one will pose my thought experiment to the family. They also don’t want evidence of his past released. Based on his strong-arm robbery of the store and the actions of his family, I have no doubt that Brown has a criminal record. I’d hazard a guess that it would show an increasingly violent pattern of criminal behavior because people don’t just decide to commit robbery.

I wouldn’t waste much time wondering about the Brown parents’ thought processes. They are scamming, moronic lowlifes not worthy of anyone’s contemplation.

Fact: when Wilson heard about the robbery at the liquor store, he backed up his rig to respond to a call for help from the victims at that location. Why he interacted with two druggie doofuses in the middle of the street earlier isn’t a consideration. If the dipstick with the red hair wants to whine about police procedures, fine. Anyone with a brain knows that her faux concerns are complete BS meant for making money off of the dead.

They just want all this legal BS to be over with so they can cash in on the lotto ticket that was their obese, hostile,headed-to-the- penn offspring.

Sort of reminds one of Antique Road Show. Something has gone noticed in their home for eighteen years and then suddenly they’re told its worth millions.

Trayvon’s parents were like that. Only their suddenly valuable possession had been shuffled from home to home for so long that there was a kerfuffle on who owned it most.

I always thought it was reprehensible and insane that people had babies only in order to get a government check. Now it seems that those same kids are being ignored (or prodded) into criminality. Crime contributes tax free cash into the household and if the thug is stopped by cop or homeowner it could mean a pay day beyond measure.

Raising a clutch of little criminals is a win win proposition, huh?

His usefulness had expired. There is no welfare credit for a male over 18. In addition the black female loses credit if there is an identifiable father for the child credits. The black female can simply find many fathers to sire the new group of child credits. This leaves the illiterate black male out in the cold fending for himself. The incentive is ridiculous and leads directly to the outcome we see in Fergudishu.

I can see one of Wilson’s eye is either extremely swollen or it could be bandaged up in the return trip. Photo taken and dripping blood is then wiped off before going to hospital typically. Wilson’s shirt would have been removed and saved for evidence.

If he had no blood, no swelling, no bruising, no visible damage, it matters not. His credibility, weighed against that of Dorian Johnson’s & others (who acknowledge a scuffle at the SUV) stands. I can think of no valid reason that there would be a scuffle at the car, Mike’s blood in the car and so forth, if Wilson’s account were not true.

The parents and their lawyers and the DOJ/Holder and the Sharpton crowd are trying their darnedest to distract from the fact that Mike Brown was full of enough marijuana to cause hallucinations and paranoia. The negative effects of marijuana smoked in cigars along with tobacco are enhanced and the likelihood of unpredictable, violent, aggressive criminal behaviors increased.

I just have to laugh every time I see Brown in that graduation gown with the stole. His Momma loved him so much she forgot to iron the stole and gown. I wouldn’t let my kid walk across a stage to accept his diploma looking like he slept in the gown and stole. Maybe it is just me but appearances count in the real world. Sort of like those pants of his with his boxers hanging out of them.

Trayvon, at age sixteen, didn’t even have a bedroom in anyone’s house as far as I remember. When kids are loved and cared about– even if their parents are as poor as church mice– it is apparent whether the child is eight months old or eighteen years old.

As with Trayvon there is a dearth of photographs– no series of baby and growing up photos among people who have a hundred selfies on record?

There is an old saying: If you were arrested for being a Christian would there be enough evidence to convict you? We should say that about parents too. Prove that you actively loved and parented this child to try to prevent him from robbing stores, gang banging, running a meth lab in a trailer park, or scamming other millionaires’ kids out of money.

Before you poke out your hand for damages, prove you ever gave a damn.

Blacks lives don’t matter to blacks, especially among the $abryna/Fruit and McSpadden varieties. It don’t matter until their dead, and even then, it’s the $$$ calling. Suddenly, the mamas and papas appear out of nowhere when they’ve been absent 95% of the time when the offspring was alive and struggling from lack of mattering for 17 to 18 years.

          pspinach,
This is an interesting point you bring up.. all the signage of “black lives matter” are conspicuously absent when one is deleted by a kindred spirit. The DoJ and FBI stats indicate about 8:1 ratio of black on black v white on black murder, so the logical conclusion is that black lives only take on meaning when killed by a Caucasian? Is that the unspoken message that the BGI is propagating?

This paper from Columbia University, den of Conservatism that it is,
          http://www.columbia.edu/~rs328/Homicide.pdf
lays out the facts but draws some nutty conclusions. The numbers speak for themselves, even in this sanitized, massaged narrative. The conclusion not mentioned is clear- the biggest threat to black people is…. black people (gasp, how impolitic!). The ratio of anti-cop/anti-white riots in America to nonexistent black on black riots is… instructive in this light.

Is there only apparent value in redemption at the hands of Caucasians, where there may be some concession or cash to be derived from the person/entity? Is the death of Black men at the hands of Caucasian Cops the new “Christ figure” myth making? Is the ongoing process of riot, unrest & legal melodrama all part of a new, secular stations of the Cross? Is Mike Brown the new center of a secular “passion play”?

There was St. Skittles, now we have a St. Swisher of Sweets. The artificial structural parallels are there, by design. Think of the Obama “halo” pics and the concept is complete.

To further the concept, consider that the early Christian faith often took existing observances and symbols and made them over in a manner that suited the Church. Christmas trees, Christ born on the 25th of Dec (or 6th of Jan, as you like). Rebirth in Spring at Easter. These events track pretty close to winter and spring solstices. I am sure that the more erudite here can construct a list much more detailed, but the theme carries through.

As With Zimmerman, what did they expect. Did they expect Wilson to just let Brown beat him into unconsciousness, or even until Brown go his gun and shot him..
What keeps bugging me over and over again in all the headlines and media reports is the word “Unarmed”. Who the H3LL told Wilson that Brown was unarmed..I very much doubt that Brown said “look I’m unarmed thats why I’m beating crap out of you”.
This unarmed crap is so crazy….For some reason the public feels that if a criminal is unarmed, the criminal can do what ever they want, even attack an officer of the law. This rule seems to be more true for blacks.
FYI=As I have said before over 1/3 of Law Enforcement murdered in the line of duty are murdered by unarmed criminals.
