Officer Darren Wilson Version of Mike Brown Shooting…

The strategic and authorized retreat goes from a slow backing away to a fast trot.

All of the “leaks” are federally approved releases. Just like the New York Times federal story leak (release) a few days ago, this local leak is carefully timed to release the internal community pressure.

The DOJ-CRS “peacekeepers” are the approvers for the releases of information. The DOJ – Community Relations Service (Grande Lum) is setting up the community for the “no-bill” grand jury decision and simultaneously trying to avoid riots.

wilson vehicle 4.1The Wilson Version (Saint Louis) […] After he finished with a call for a sick baby, Wilson said, he spotted Brown and his friend, Dorian Johnson, walking down the middle of Canfield Drive, with traffic passing on both sides.

Wilson asked or ordered the men to move to the sidewalk, said the source, who did not want to be identified because a St. Louis County grand jury and the Department of Justice are still investigating.

Johnson pointed out the pair’s destination, over and behind Wilson’s marked police Chevrolet Tahoe SUV, and kept walking.

Brown walked by holding cigarillos in his hand, and cursed Wilson, the source said.

Michael Brown store robbery

Wilson told investigators that after Brown passed by, Wilson realized that one of the men’s clothing matched a recent radio alert about a suspect in a robbery at a nearby market where cigarillos had been taken. Wilson radioed for assistance and backed up his SUV to Brown and Johnson.

The source said Wilson told investigators he had placed the SUV in park. When Wilson tried to get out of the SUV, Brown slammed its door shut and punched Wilson in the left side of the face through the open window, the source said.

Wilson, trapped in the front seat, couldn’t use his pepper spray in the confined space because it would incapacitate him as well. His baton was at the back of his utility belt, where he was essentially sitting on it. He did not have a Taser. So he drew his gun.

Brown grabbed the pistol using his right hand, with his elbow against Wilson. Wilson described Brown as incredibly strong, the source said.

During the struggle, Brown handed the cigarillos to Johnson, then swung his left hand and hit Wilson on the right side of the face. Wilson said he almost lost consciousness, the source said. Brown then began to use his left hand in the struggle for the gun, and turned the pistol until the barrel was against Wilson’s hip.

Wilson positioned his finger to try to prevent Brown from reaching the trigger. When Wilson pulled himself back toward the passenger side of the SUV, Brown’s grip loosened enough for Wilson to try to pull the trigger, the source said.

But the gun didn’t fire. Wilson said he believed that Brown’s hand may have been on the hammer, preventing it from moving, the source said.

The second time Wilson pulled the trigger, the gun did fire. Wilson told investigators he thought the bullet had struck Brown in the hand, the source said. Broken window glass was everywhere, and blood was on the door, the gun and Wilson’s hands. At the time, Wilson said, he wasn’t sure whose blood it was.

The struggle continued, and Wilson attempted to pull the trigger twice more. The source said Wilson thought Brown’s hand may have interfered again. Wilson was able to fire a second shot, and Brown ran.

Wilson used his radio to report that shots had been fired and ask for additional cars, but during the struggle, his radio had been switched from the Ferguson channel, the source said.

shoot 1.1

Wilson said he had gotten out of the SUV and chased Brown.

The source said Wilson did not recall yelling or saying anything then, but Brown had stopped and turned.

Wilson said Brown had not had his hands up; his left hand was slightly out, fingers pointing down. His right hand was grasping his shirt. Then, Wilson told investigators, Brown began running toward him.

shoot 1.3

Wilson said he had yelled for Brown to stop, then fired, the source said. Brown flinched as if he was hit, and Wilson said he had stopped shooting. Brown continued running toward him, and Wilson said he had fired several more shots. The source said that Wilson had recalled that Brown’s head was down when the last shot hit him there.

When Brown fell to the ground, his forward momentum caused his feet to fly up, Wilson said.

Wilson then made another radio call, for an ambulance.

Darren wilson grainy 3

Later, Wilson drove himself to the police station and was taken to the hospital by other officers. Wilson said he had bruises on the left and right sides of his face and scratches on his neck, the source said. He had no broken bones.

THE AUTOPSY NARRATIVE – Brown’s autopsy documents include a summary from St. Louis County Detective Patrick J. Hokamp’s preliminary investigation. His account was similar to Wilson’s.

The autopsy report, obtained by the Post-Dispatch, also says that Brown had THC, the mind-altering ingredient of marijuana, in his blood and urine. The report says a “leafy green substance” was submitted as evidence, and a person with knowledge of the investigation said the substance was marijuana. The source also said that Brown’s blood and DNA had been found inside the SUV and on Wilson’s gun.

WITNESSES DISAGREE – Most of the witnesses who have spoken publicly saw only a portion of the incident.

[Dorian] Johnson, 22, has said that Wilson used a profanity when he told them to get on the sidewalk, and nearly sideswiped them as he backed up. Wilson opened the door but it bounced off the men, Johnson has said, and Wilson then grabbed Brown by the throat and, later, grabbed him by the arm and tried to pull him into the car. Johnson said that Wilson’s gun had been out and that he had shot Brown once before Brown, who was bleeding, ran away.

Dorian Johnson hands up

Johnson said that Wilson had chased Brown and shot him once before Brown turned around. Johnson said that Wilson had fatally shot Brown as Brown was getting to the ground with his hands in the air.

Several other witnesses have said that Wilson fired at Brown’s fleeing form, perhaps causing Brown to turn when he was some distance from the SUV.

From there, the accounts differ. Their versions have included that Brown stood still, or walked, staggered, stumbled or fell toward Wilson. Some witnesses said Brown’s hands were up; others said they were not. One witness said Wilson was backing away as he fired at Brown.  (link)

I think the Holder forces saw that, no matter how they twisted this, the forensics would turn any story to mush, and expose Dorian and many of the other witnesses as bald-faced liars. To push it further would risk turning Darren Wilson into a bigger hero than he already was. Time to back off and salvage what parts of the #Ferguson myth they had already scored with the useful idiots.

I’d still like some facts exposed from Michael Brown’s juvenile record.

This guy didn’t just wakeup the morning of August-9th and all of a sudden become as stupid and aggressive as he is now shown to be from his actions – the video strong-arm robbery at the convenience store. Then minutes later walking down the middle of a busy street at high-noon and, his disrespecting and then attacking Officer Wilson.

This thug obviously had some serious mental deficiencies that certainly manifested long before August-9th!

You may be right about the DoJ knowing that there will be no indictment but never let a crisis go to waste is obama’s motto. Now they will use the non-indictment as a tool to rile up blacks all across the country to help the get-out-the-vote movement. “Vote for the white Dem to keep the racist Republicans out of the Senate”. It’s a hard sell but holder will do anything to help his corrupt buddy.

However, in light of the fact that O and H flooded ferguson with their minions to supervise every tiny little detail of this investigation, it will make it much more difficult for them to claim that the investigation into Wilson was a sham.

With respect – it is not “over”, until a “No Bill” is officially issued, and the violent THUGS burn down the town. Wilson’s life has been destroyed by these THUG-LIES, and the Dept. of Justice is complicit in perpetuating them (to gain the THUG-VOTE). It is possible that Wilson might be killed by the Black Panthers – at some point. This is not “over”, and Wilson should sue the DOJ, for being complicit in believing, the word of a THIEF and liar, over an officer of the law. Wilson committed no crime – but the DOJ did.

The St. Louis medical examiner, Dr. Michael Graham, who is not part of the official investigation,
reviewed the autopsy report for the newspaper. He said Tuesday it “does support that there was a significant altercation at the car.”

The report on a supplemental microscopic exam of tissue from the thumb wound showed
foreign matter “consistent with products that are discharged from the barrel of a firearm.”
Dr. Judy Melinek, a forensic pathologist in San Francisco, said the autopsy “supports the fact
that this guy is reaching for the gun, if he has gunpowder particulate material in the wound.”
She added, “If he has his hand near the gun when it goes off, he’s going for the officer’s gun.”

Melinek also said the autopsy does not support witnesses who have claimed Brown was shot
while running away from Wilson, or with his hands up.

A sixth shot that hit the forearm traveled from the back of the arm to the inner arm, which
means Brown’s palms could not have been facing Wilson, as some witnesses have said,
Melinek said. That trajectory shows Brown likely was not taking a standard surrender
position with arms above the shoulders and palms out when he was hit, she said.

If anything, the opposite will occur. Obama and Holder will now be forced acknowledge that the investigation of Darren Wilson was completely proper. They were there, right?

The Narrative Report of Investigation (1st page) is a bit unclear misleading. 3rd Par from the bottom it mentions 3 gunshot wounds to the head, one to the top of the head, right eye and right central forehead.

The Post-Mortem Exam details the entry wound to top of the head (Specified Injury #1), entry wound to forehead (#2) but the wound to the right eye doesn’t appear to be mentioned again.

My first impression with just the Narrative was – 3 wounds? But Crumpospy said only 2! I knew about scalp and eye… but forehead was new so I thought maybe it was a new wound. Instead, reading further it appears the eye is grouped in with forehead injury (I think).

So… I kinda understand some confusion. More reading would clarify things quite a bit, but since when have these guys allowed a pesky fact or several ruin a good conspiracy theory.

      They don’t understand a lot:
      – witnesses who change their story repeatedly may not be being truthful
      – witnesses who run to the media (and get lawyers) are supposed to be talking to the grand jury
      – black “witnesses” are not necessarily “unbiased” in their testimony
      – there are other witnesses whom they are not seeing in the media and their stories may be different than the media witnesses
      – in America, people are innocent until proven guilty
      – even cops are innocent until proven guilty
      – we have legal procedures in America, so that we don’t have chaos and vigilanteeism
      – we don’t lynch people, if it’s not good to do it to blacks, then it’s not good to do it to whites
      – having protests without all the evidence, committing crimes, keeping people up at night, wasting millions in taxpayer money to police and clean up after your shenanigans – these don’t make people sympathetic to you
      – black people have way more reason to fear other blacks than they do the police
      – it is no longer 1960
      – they’re creating a huge backlash building up

Isn’t this the irony of it all? You’re right. Lynching was and is always wrong, whether it’s by tree or by demanding the Rule of Law be subverted for contrived revenge masquerading as justice or for political gains.

During the post-Civil War lynching era (1882-1964) a total of 4,743 people were lynched, with 3,446 blacks and 1,297 whites. White Republicans were lynched for supporting the freemen. Blacks were hanged for being Republican more often than they were for perceived crimes against white people, which is the way it’s presented now. Black Rep. John R. Lynch (R-SC) said, “More colored than white men are thus persecuted simply because they constitute in larger numbers the opposition to the Democratic Party.”

So, let us reason together, Shaun and friends. Since black and white Republicans were hanged, specifically, for being supporters of the freemen and for being Republicans, which clearly demonstrates a political motive, in addition to any racist motives, who, within the sphere of political affiliation was responsible for the hangings? So now, who is responsible for using you and the black residents of Ferguson to continue a modern day version of lynching for their political gain? Hint: Rep. Lynch answered that question and since he was there, he might be a reliable source. (Yeah, the irony of the representative’s name is not lost on me.)

They – the protesters and handlers will not accept the facts.

Their mentality and IQ’s are at the same level as Mike Brown’s – assault the cop, get shot in the arm, turn and run. Then stop, turn around and charge the man pointing that gun that just shot you! This takes a complete retard or someone with a death wish of suicide by cop!

I’m for Darren Wilson all the way, brave man to fight this thug off and then immediately pursue him.

Wilson’s the kind of police officer I want in my town!

Very happy that Darren Wilson survived his encounter with these thugs. It sounds as though he could have been killed or badly injured if things had not gone as they did. My prayers will remain with him, his family, and all the officers that have had his back throughout this whole ordeal.

The Mythbusters take on it was very interesting. The results may be interpreted that the shooter would do best carrying with a round already chambered. It would also shave some incremental time off by using a Glock (integral safety in the trigger) so there is nothing else to manipulate.
Another item is that neither the cop or the thug really are expecting this sort of event, there certainly is no warm-up event for practice. And it assumes a static shooter who is un-injured.
Had Off. Wilson not shot the thug in the cranium, he may very well have ended up in the morgue as well.
No matter how this gets dissected, that would be a pretty rough day indeed.

I’m curious about this new tack that Officer Wilson must ‘justify’ every shot. The premise seems to be that Wilson may have been justified in shooting Brown part of the time but not all of the time. To some extent that would be true. A police officer cannot ‘execute’ a wounded criminal who no longer poses a threat. However, if Wilson’s initial use of lethal force is conceded then the burden of proof should shift to show at what point did Wilson fire when Brown was no longer a threat. I don’t think a prosecutor can do that in these circumstances since other than the dubious ‘hands up’ display at no time did Brown comply with Wilson’s orders.

Isn’t it obvious that Brown’s hands were “up” when he was charging Officer Wilson. When a person is in the midst of attacking another person naturally his hands would be in the up position.

Yes. Just like I heard some in the BGI say about St. Skittles “he didn’t have to kill him! I could have shot him in the leg”

For example (I just googled “zimmerman” and “shot him in the leg”)

Does not matter, he was not in enough danger to pull out his gun and kill that child, period. He could have shot him in the leg, or anywhere else, but not killed him. George Zimmerman made the most horrendous, stupid mistake of his life, by taking another’s, and he should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Even if he serves time in a prison, he is still alive, Trayvon is not.

So now the BGI is arguing that, yes, the first shot to St. Swisher Sweets may have been justified, but not subsequent shots? Outrageous!

I have already heard the point being made that Wilson must justify every shot.

So in other words, the pro-Brown people are now conceding that SOME of the shots from Wilson were justified, but not all of them, so therefore, Wilson is a murderer.

People who go down this road are very ignorant how the law works and also about how guns work.

First of all, Wilson is not obligated to justify ANYTHING. It is up to the state to provide some type of concrete evidence that Brown was already subdued but yet Wilson kept shooting him anyway. Fat chance.

Also, go back and listen to the audio recording of the shooting. Darren Wilson fired a few volleys and then stopped. Michael Brown started charging him, and then Wilson started firing again. All of that happened within a total of 7 seconds(including the pause). So the whole notion that Wilson thought about it for a while and then decided that he would go ahead and fire an extra shot or two in order to finish Brown off is preposterous.

In my opinion, the audio recording of the shooting vindicates Wilson all the more. It proves that he shot Brown and tried to give him a chance to stop, but Brown would not surrender. So Wilson had no choice but to resume firing. Again, all of this in a matter of mere seconds.

        Hi True,
This is what we need to know. This makes the final case of the Grand Jury.

“Wilson said Brown had not had his hands up; his left hand was slightly out, fingers pointing down. His right hand was grasping his shirt. Then, Wilson told investigators, Brown began running toward him.”

Wilson almost passed out from the first attack, and shot was fired. Wilson had EVERY REASON TO FEAR FOR HIS LIFE – AS THIS THUG DID NOT STOP – BUT RAN TOWARDS WILSON.

“Wilson said he had yelled for Brown to stop, then fired, the source said. Brown flinched as if he was hit, and Wilson said he had stopped shooting. Brown continued running toward him, and Wilson said he had fired several more shots. The source said that Wilson had recalled that Brown’s head was down when the last shot hit him there.”

INTERESTING: Wilson stopped shooting and paused. Shooting is very inaccurate when you were BASHED IN THE FACE, (try it some time). If you have been injured in the face by this THUG. Now he is again charging you – with the intent to kill you.

        End of story.

Remember how the Ferguson protestors aligned themselves with Hamas? They are a terrorist group, plain and simple. They do not care about the Truth. They care about destroying a Democratic government.

Obama, if he weren’t evil, would have used his race to get credibility with the Black community and spoken out about these domestic terrorists.

And instead of paying $500MM to rebuild Hamas (as the United States is doing with “aid,” we should spend $1MM and rebuild those burned-down Ferguson stores—in a non-Black neighborhood.

Note the recent Democratic Party flyer in Georgia advocating voting for Democrats to avoid a Fergiuson in their state. The selective releasing of elements of the grand jury findings when Missouri authorities decided to hold off until after the elections could be the Democrats having decided to tear the country apart with race riots to avoid losing the Senate.
Barack Obama has proved, time and again, he will engage in any tactic, no matter how low, how dirty, how despicable to win an election.

I can’t believe Wilson was using a hammer fired handgun. Can anyone confirm his service pistol/ballistics? That’s why I like striker fired handguns….no hammer to disrupt…..of course you could push the slide to the rear….but that would be a lot more difficult to do in a moving hand.
