Apparently the comfy relationship between Jacksonville SAO head Angela Corey and the local civil rights activists, who proclaimed her magnanimity during the trial of George Zimmerman, are back to pre-Christian Fernandez levels.
This ‘some are more equal than others’ approach, is getting confusing.  However, we cannot, in good faith or conscience, allow Angela Corey to be drawn and quartered just yet. I’ll explain after the recent article.
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida Civil Rights Association has issued a letter to Gov. Rick Scott requesting for State Attorney Angela Corey be removed, and that a special prosecutor be appointed in the shooting death of Jordan Davis on November 23, 2012.
The two page letter to Governor Scott states that a new Special Prosecutor is needed to “suppress racial tension created in the failed prosecution by Corey and her staff that led to a not guilty verdict in the George Zimmerman murder trial of Trayvon Martin.” (link)

J. Willie David III, aka “J Willie” is attempting to steal our thunder.
This must not stand.
The last time J Willie stuck his nose under the tent was to proclaim his civil rights advocacy for  ousted stealth juror Jerry Counelius.   You may remember the nutcase, “E-7, who was dispatched for his proclamations against George Zimmerman while demanding he be allowed to sit on the jury.   The Jerry Counelius who eventually had to be given a trespass notice by the Sheriff’s Department because he kept returning to the courthouse after he was released from jury consideration.
J Willie wanted to represent Jerry because he felt his civil rights were violated.
J Willie previously helped remove Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee,  and proclaimed that George Zimmerman represented a threat to public safety.   J Willie also helped Natalie Jackson push for federal intervention against the unlicensed barber shops in Seminole County.   Not to stop the barber shops from conducting business, but rather to demand the black barber shops not be required to hold such pesky license’s as the rest of the hair and grooming industry.    Racist regulations.
Now that George Zimmerman has been acquitted by a jury of his peers,  J Willie David III wants to throw Angela Corey under the Grievance Industry Bus?
Not so fast J Willie, not so fast.
We’ve got dibs.
We will not stand by and watch Angela Corey be removed from her position merely because she is an insufferable dolt.   We’ve got much bigger plans for the Queen of Duval County;  And we expect returns on our FOIA investments.
You simply cannot take her down until we release the entire facts surrounding the mysterious August 2nd, 2012, trip by Rachel Jeantel (and guest) to Jacksonville.  You know, the one without any official records, transcript, recording, written statement or expressed purpose?  Yeah, that one.
The Jacksonville State Attorney’s business office has not yet had time to comply with the public records request around the purchase orders made to facilitate the transportation.  These things take a little time.
J Willie Tre’, you see, well, you cannot take her out just yet.
After all, TC O’Steen and Dale Gilbreath have barely had enough time to coordinate their stories.   It takes time for partners of their duration to dot their “I’s” and cross their “fingers”.   They aren’t as young and skippy as they once used to be.
Then we’ve got the whole tracking of Angela’s special investigator Randall “Scott” Hughes to factor into the equation.   The blocking tactics and the manner of his inter-office e-mail constructs take time to assemble into one comprehensive request fit for publication.
In addition, you just can’t fully absorb a 30 year history of Hughes association with Corey without a considerable amount of research into the complex interoffice and friendship dynamic.   Heck, just unraveling that pesky quid-pro-quo “David Data Base” use is time consuming all by itself.   (Whoops, was that supposed to have gone away – but there’s two little important aspects missing – we digress).
J Willie just needs to chill a little – we’ve got bigger plans.
You think just because Ms. Corey has her hands full with the Christian Fernandez backlash, the Julie Lyncker fiasco, the Jordan Davis shooting  or the Marissa Alexander insanity – it’s a good time to bring out the race bus?
No-way.
Please, J Willie³, get with Corrine, and keep it in the depot for a few more weeks until we fully summarize the fraud, corruption and malicious persecution, around the manipulation and intentional hiding of evidence in the Zimmerman trial.
Then you won’t have to waste your energy on another “optical only” Grievance PR Stunt.  There really are solid foundational reasons to deal with Angela Corey;  We’ll be able to display all of those valid reasons once we have time to get all the documentation together from records outlined within the custody of SAO employees TC, Dale, Bernie, Guy, Julie, Dan et al.
Seriously, Ben Kruidbos bites his tongue on the witness stand to avoid embarrassment for Bernie De La Rionda and Ms. Corey, and then Corey fires him because he represents a risk?
It doesn’t matter how long Ms. Peeks and Mr. Hughes have been in the service of Ms. Corey once the potential for “federal conspiracy charges” are outlined.   Where J Willie is wrong lies in the outlook that Civil Rights are Black ONLY rights.   Civil rights are not only black rights, they are rights afforded every person regardless of skin color.
Once all of these SAO  folks have time to retain their own independent legal representation (ie lawyer up) it might be time for you to approach your black civil rights demand for alternate prosecution.   However, by then you won’t be having to worry about Queen Corey.

You see, if you hang around a one-legged woman long enough, you’re going to end up limping.

Until then, focus, focus, focus…. you should have enough feeder material for a thorough review of the Christian Fernandez case, or the Marissa Alexander case.    What is the NAACP, or Daryl Parks and Ben Crump, or J Willie David³ doing to address these two Corey cases?
THOSE -right there- ARE  indeed cases which reflect a violation of civil rights, and both worthy of your immediate attention.
