Awake, Responsive and Answering Questions….

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev 2BOSTON – Law enforcement sources tell ABC News that the Boston Marathon bombings suspect is awake and has been responding sporadically in writing to questions.

Officials say they have been asking about other cell members and other unexploded bombs. Details on any answers given have not been released.

A senior law enforcement official also told ABC News that FBI negotiators tried for roughly 20 to 25 minutes to convince suspect number two, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, to give himself up. Officials say there was a verbal exchange between them and the suspect, and then the 19-year-old eventually fell out of the boat.

Dzhokhar sustained a gunshot wound to the neck, raising questions over whether he will ever be able to talk again. Officials are trying to determine if the wound to the neck was self-inflicted.

Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis says the suspect remains in critical but stable condition, noting that he is not in a condition to be interrogated. Until that happens, police will not know definitively about other threats.

Davis said charges will be coming out in the near future for suspect. ABC News’ Pierre Thomas reports that when they do come out, the terror charges are likely to include a “weapon of mass destruction” charge which carries a penalty of death charge.

Whether he is “talking” at all… let alone giving them any info on other people…. it makes sense to say that he is.. just to SPOOK any other confederates out there.

The goal now is to spin this as a “success” and a “win” for the Feds, rather than answer questions to the public about what a massive public safety and national security failure this was.

In a sane world, the feds would tell Massachusetts – “since you don’t believe in the death penalty, we won’t ask for the death penalty in this case.”

Instead, the feds will give Massachusetts cover for their stupid anti-death penalty views by executing the guy on federal charges. Then nobody in Massachusetts will ever have to be confronted with questions about their own incompetence.

I think you missed my point. Massachusetts abolished the death penalty in 1984. Therefore he can’t be put to death by the state of Massachusetts. So, the feds should tell the state “too bad, so sad” and choose not to seek the death penalty. As it stands, though, Holder and Obama will give the stupid voters of Massachusetts a pass for their anti-death penalty views by going ahead and seeking to execute this guy. The result – the voters get their pound of flesh without having to subject themselves to a hard conversation about why they don’t have the death penalty in their state.

I think the Feds will use the death penalty as a bargaining chip to get him to either talk or shut up – whichever one suits them best. There are too many loose ends here for them, remember the FBI’s involvement in the first WTC bombing? Had Mass have tried him he’d have lasted about 15 minutes in, let’s say, Souza-Baranowski – at first chance he’d have been whacked. With him in Fed hands his talking, if any, will be easier to control. Way, way too many loose ends.

Running over his brother while he had been safely handcuffed already by police, ought to go over well with the parents. He’s an angel, you know. Methinks Tamarle didn’t have a chance to get away after he placed the first bomb. He had sustained a shrapnel injury. The hidden terrorists lurking set the bomb off. Dohk got away because his bomb was second. Those two were the idiot jihads used by Wahhabi leaders, stroking Tamarle’s ego. This ought to teach future jihadists living in America a thing or two about the contrast between American heros coming to the assistance of victims and muslim leaders killing their own. The real danger is Islam’s political and insidious strategy of converting Caucasians to revenge on their own people for “supposed crimes” inflicted on muslims. You see it happening already with Obama, Michelle, Tom Brokaw, these two non-Arab muslim goofs and the conversion of caucasian American wives. Had Tamarle lived, who knows what kind of freak his baby girl would have become when 19.

I’ve not tried it myself, but I imagine it’s very difficult to keep up classwork and research when one is simultaneously preparing bombs for murdering peeps in large numbers; tracking the marathon schedules, checking out the sites for placing the bombs, acquiring all the pressure cookers, etc. And then to add to the stress, the guilt of knowing you’re doing all of this without a gun permit. I can’t imagine the level of multi-tasking skill required or the damage that was done to his self-image as a result of those failing grades.

It’s a perfect illustration of how very, very effective deception is; how skillfully evil can be woven into every day life, in broad daylight–and the Americans around you just sort of go with the flow. That is precisely how deception works, which is why everyone from Beelzebub down to the progs use it as a primary way of getting things done.

The FBI just arrested an 18 year old in Chicago who thought he was joining AlQ. I don’t believe that they just let the older brother slip through the cracks after interviewing him in 2011. Then failed at sucide by cop by running out of ammo, and the younger one failed to swallow a bullet correctly. Just about anything that could go wrong did go wrong for these two. They probably never imagined a man who had his legs blown off would identify them, and they would hijack a car from someone smart enough to leave his cell phone in the car so the police could track them. You don’t want to use the A-team doing grunt work like placing Bomb A at Point B so use expendable stooges where and when you can. If they had bombs left and managed to blow up a few more things, well then it’s all good and fine. As long as they got one big one in that works too. They couldn’t shoot straight at the fire fight, bragged to the guy they car jacked that they were the bombers, didn’t fight the infidels to the death…these guys are starting to smell like saps that some bigger fish recruited for a job. It’s not about proximity to medical care, it’s about the psychological effect, smacking the enemy where he feels the most secure and the after effects of having done so. Cambridge Rindge & Latin school is a prestigious public prep which is such high demand that admission is by lottery. It is well known for being part of the academic pipeline to the Ivies. It certainly is highly unusual and suspect for him to gain admission when it is clear he was not an academically strong student. “Something was afoot”.

I agree that many people erroneously jumped to the conclusion that he had matriculated to Dartmouth, when it was U Mass Dartmouth, but to state that UMD has “no academic standards whatsoever” is overstating it. It’s not a HBCU where only a pulse is required for admission.

You cannot get into Russia without a visa – check the embassy’s website – and the name on the visa has to match the name on the passport or you ain’t gettin’ into Russia. So that begs the question of how did he get past the CIS in Moscow customs? The CIS doesn’t forgive or forget and they had to have him in their database yet somehow he not only gets past them but wanders around in Russia totally out of sight of the CIS. Now we are also supposed to believe the CIS let him in without catching him, allowed him to wander around without adult supervision for 6 months and let him slide right out without a second glance. Had I never had to go through the Russian ‘immigration’ port in Moscow I might have believed they were that clumsy but this crap makes James Bond look real.

Gimme a break – and how about US Customs – as the subject of an FBI investigation and an applicant for US citizenship, whose application was held up because of said investigation, you’re trying to tell me that they had no notes on him in the TECS database? Saudi Students in U.S. Up More Than 500% Since Sept. 11, 2001

The number of Saudi Arabian students in the United States has increased by more than 500 percent since Sept. 11, 2001–when Hani Hanjour, a Saudi national who came here on a student visa flew American Airlines Flight 77 into the Pentagon, killing 189 people.

According to the Institute of International Education–whose numbers on foreign students in the United States are used in official reports published by the U.S. Department of Education–there were 5,579 Saudi nationals enrolled in U.S. institutions of higher education in the 2001-2002 school year. The Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks took place near the beginning of that school year.

In the 2011-2012 school year, the most recent year for which data are available, there were 34,139 Saudi nationals enrolled in institutions of higher education in the United States.

The 34,139 Saudi Arabian students in the United States for the 2011-2012 school year was more than the total of 30,256 undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in the University of Connecticut this school year.

Still wondering about the naked guy just read an article where Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s aunt says that is Tamerlan in the video from early in the morning just after the shootout. Where is he now.
