CHICAGO – It was the middle of the lunch rush Saturday, and Mike Winston was working in the kitchen of his Tinley Park restaurant, the Ashford House, when a waitress screamed a fight had broken out in the dining room.

Police call the melee at the restaurant a targeted assault by a mob that Winston said wielded metal batons and hammers. Ten diners were hurt in the attack, and three of those were hospitalized.

Tinley Park police had five suspected assailants in custody, and Winston said 18 young men, all wearing hooded jackets and obscuring their faces with scarves and other coverings, stormed into the restaurant.

“They came running in the door single file,” said Winston, who owns Ashford House, 7959 W. 159th St., and the adjacent Winston’s Market.

Winston, and police, said the men knew who their targets were, and that the attack wasn’t a random act of violence. Winston said the mob “targeted” a group of 20 diners, all of whom were from out of state.

“Once they attacked the table, they went and started hitting random people,” Winston said.  Along with hammers, the men used what Winston described as “old-fashioned police batons” as well as metal batons.  “Four or five people got knocked over the head pretty good, enough to require stitches,” he said.

He chased after one of the attackers “and had him on the ground, then five guys got out of a car and started kicking the [crap] out of me,” Winston said.

Winston said he was kicked in the back of the head and suffered several bruises, but he was the only restaurant employee who was hurt.  “They did a whole lot of damage,” he said. “They flipped over tables, they broke half the dishes.”

Surveillance cameras inside the restaurant captured the attack, and footage was turned over to Tinley Park police, Winston said.  (article)

On Saturday, May 19th a group of 30 anti-fascists descended upon Ashford House restaurant in the Chicago suburb of Tinley Park where the 5th annual White Nationalist Economic Summit and Illinois White Nationalist Meet-and-Greet was taking place. The White Nationalists were targeted inside the restaurant and physically attacked, causing several injuries and completely shutting down their meeting. The anti-fascist group was privy to anonymous inside information. This fascist event had been in secret planning for six months. The attendees have attempted to cover up the true intent of the event with mainstream media reports initially reporting the white nationalist conference as a wedding party and then as an Irish heritage meeting. The event was advertised on www.stormfront.org, an established white nationalist fascist internet forum.

He has targeted Mossad Puddy, indicating that he intends to seek an arrest warrant against her on Monday.  Now that’s just causing all sorts of puzzlement.  As an FBI agent, shouldn’t he have the secret phone number that he can call on weekends to get paperwork going?  He must be part of one of those very special, super-secret branches.  Very puzzling.

2. He says that in five minutes he will publish names and address of mods.

3.  He says he would spit in Puddy’s face if he was standing in front of her.  Is that part of FBI SOP?  Considering the current condition of the DOJ, I suppose it could be.

4.  He says “which is why the 911 operator asked him if he was following trayvon….which zimm admitted…and he was immediately told not to follow. he ignored the operator and continued to follow trayvon…and if u need anything more than common sense to come to that realization….”  Junior is regurgitating.  How many times have we had to cover this?  How many times???  A few dozen? More??

5. He has claimed over and over that we have no wisdom.  Now wisdom is primarily a matter of knowing what to do and knowing when to do it.  Seems to me that the Tree has provided considerable evidence of solid wisdom over the very unpleasant weeks we have just come through.

6. He said in another comment that the mods here are “a piece of s*it”  and “f**king failures.” And more.

Apparently Jahvaris Fulton-Martin, Trayvon’s™ older brother, is telling the media the fight club videos containing Trayvon™ Martin refereeing the fights are not him.  This article from yesterday reflects the family position:

Early on we fully expected the “fight club” videos and all of Trayvon’s™ U-Tube account to be scrubbed by the hired media consultant Ryan Julison.   Obviouosly the risk of seeing Trayvon engaged in actual and intentional violent conduct was great because it did not support the false image of an innocent angelic child who “majored in cheerfulness“.

We were right, and they did.  But not before we captured screen shots to reflect the factual reality.    Here is a screen shot of Trayvon’s U-Tube account (which is not disputed)

You can go here and look at the new version of Trayvon’s U-Tube.    Meanwhile here is the video he was proud of between “anthony and curtis”.    Trayvon is the one in the white ball cap with the striped shirt.   You can hear Trayvon called by name, as well as clearly identify his right arm tattoo.

They can continue to track down and scrub these videos from the internet but unfortunately for them we have dispersed enough copies around to various sites that it will be an easy task to reload with each deletion.  Sorry Jahvaris and Scheme Team, but your methods of trying to hold on to a false guise are entirely too predictable.

Here is another one of their blatant lies caught in their screen shot story introduction.   Note they say the 7-11 footage was taken 11 minutes before Trayvon Martin was shot.    The CCTV evidence footage shows the purchase made at 6:24pm.    Trayvon was shot at 7:17pm according to the 911 call which recorded the gunshot.

“Many said we were rabble-rousers and outside agitators”.   ”We are here because injustice is here. We are going to stay on this case until all of the Trayvon Martins across America have their place in the halls of justice.”

Ah yes, those golden halls o’ justice and Benjamin laden pathways paved with c-notes to temper the tears.

TrayMom™ Fulton’s Sunday call to offering will be especially poignant for those who have lost their own loved ones to violence, and feel the need to temper their own tears with the release of doves and dollars.

“We’ve encouraged people within our congregation, if they know someone who has suffered a similar loss, to come on Sunday,” Bryant said.

Times are tough, folks are experiencing a recession, and the church needs a boost.

Bryant first aligned himself with the Scheme Team and TrayMom™ family shortly after the death of the dope smoking, hooded, and tattooed young man who called Sybrina mom Sybrina.   Bryant was called down to Sanford by local pastors there, he said.

Bryant had gotten to know those Orlando pastors between 1995 and 2000, when he served under Kweisi Mfume as the national youth director for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), where Natalie Jackson esq proudly displays her financial civil rights business cards.

The pastors asked for his help because they knew he had “the history and the organization” to handle an influx of media and a bright spotlight, Bryant said.

Once in Sanford, Bryant met the head of the Scheme Team, Benjamin Crump, who most certainly will also be at Empowerment Temple on Sunday.   The ‘Bag Man’ Benjamin Crump esq introduced Rev Bryant to the front team of TrayMom™ and TrayDad™.

Jamal Bryant began counseling, advising and ministering the grieving front team as they started traveling around the country asking for money justice for their son.  From small venue Sanford to bigger cash haul cities like Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Birmingham, Washington, D.C. and London.

“The more time we spent with each other the more we felt connected, and the more they said they had faith they could trust me,” Bryant said. “We developed a legitimate friendship.”

Bryant says he believes there is a new civil rights movement brewing — he’s part of a coalition of African-American clergy called the Empowerment Movement — to secure the safety, education and economic success of the nation’s African-American youth.

“We are moving the black church from the sidelines to the front lines to deal with relevant civil rights issues that affect the black community.”

Bryant wants to showcase the fundraising acumen of TrayMom™ in front of his own congregation because “her bravery in the face of her son’s death is a powerful example of how to stand up to injustice“, he said.

Plus the 20% indulgence fee will go a long way to increasing the credibility of anyone connected to the Scheme Team narrative.  I mean, really, why should TrayMom™ keep all those tear drying dollars to herself.  There is enough exploitative fuel to keep this one active for quite a while.

“Sybrina is going to serve as my generation’s Rosa Parks, to really stand as a lamplight for the next movement in civil rights among the hip-hop generation,” Bryant said.

Update:  Treeper Sibilj shares a link to some background info on Pastor Jamal Bryant.  Bryant is a high-profile, politically connected pastor with a congregation that counts more than 10,000 members and a business acumen that has resulted in book deals, inspirational text messages and plans for a clothing line.

Pastor Bryant has sired five children from three different women, one child came to light as the result of a lawsuit for failing to provide child support.  He acknowledged this one, a daughter, for the first time from the pulpit only after the court battle over child support payments surfaced.   His trophy wife, model, and mother to three of his children, Gizelle Bryant, divorced him in 2008.

In Gizelle Bryant’s filing last month, she accuses her husband of adultery, cruel treatment and “excessively vicious conduct” that caused “reasonable apprehension of bodily suffering so as to render cohabitation unsafe.”   Bryant’s conduct, her complaint says, “was his final and deliberate act and was calculated to, and did, seriously impair” her “health and permanently destroy her happiness.”

Pastor Bryant is well known for his flashy lifestyle, which includes a Bentley and a multimillion-dollar Canton waterfront property;  And his lifestyle has attracted criticism from those who say the church is more about his business enterprises and building wealth than religion.

In the 2008 divorce complaint Gizelle stated her husband earned more than $350,000 a year as pastor for the African Methodist Episcopal Church (AME) ”Empowerment Temple”.   (article)

One of the least appreciated, Communist–driven, post-colonial ideologues is the French born black activist, Frantz Fanon.

I recommend that you do not dismiss the concepts that he puts forth.  Perhaps, you are seeing them play out in real time in the present day.  Fanon makes some substantial points that need to be explored fully, digested, and understood.  The consequences of his hypothesis and advanced ideology are possibly in various stages of play all around you.

Fanon has a strong following in today’s US black activist movement.

The fount of his insurrectionary thought can be found in “The Wretched of the Earth”, written in 1961, where Fanon penned the following:

“to be absolutely free of the past, requires total revolution,
absolute violence”..

I submit to you this concept must be considered agains the backdrop of the current Regime and what that means for the average citizen.   Many people mistakenly believe the role of government is to protect them from harm.  However, this is not the case.  One only has to look up the concept of “affirmative duty” to understand what the Supreme Court has defined as the role of government.  In short it can be encapsulated as:

The burden to defend and or use deadly force, is a right that lies with you personally to act accordingly, and appropriately, should you fear for your life and/or limb.  The government does not have any affirmative duty to do this for you.  

In South v. Maryland, 59 U.S. (How.) 396, 15 L.Ed.433 (1856) – the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that local law-enforcement had no duty to protect individuals, but only a general duty to enforce the laws.  This is a distinction which needs to be clearly understood.

The affirmative duty to protect arises not from the State’s knowledge of the individual’s predicament, or from its expressions of intent to help him, but from the limitations which it has imposed on his freedom to act on his own behalf, through imprisonment, institutionalization, or other similar restraint of personal liberty.

If you are under the care or custody of the ‘state’ then, and only then, do they have a specific duty to protect you from harm.   Or, if the ‘state’ has diminished your capacity to protect yourself, then they “may” arguably be in a position of affirmative duty, but only to the extent the state has diminished your capacity to act on your own behalf.

In all other considerations the “state” only has the duty to enforce the law.

An increase in the levels of underreported violence in a number of urban centers all with a similar pattern may mean the methods advocated by Fanon are already occurring.  Yet they do not appear above the average citizen’s immediate radar of visibility.

In “Black Skin, White Masks“, Fanon states:

And because it is so important to protect the core belief, they will rationalize, ignore and even deny anything that doesn’t fit in with the core belief.”

Given the overheated rhetoric and public rush to judgment in the racially charged  “Trayvon Martin Case,”  these are sage words that transcend political differences and will become more apparent in the response of the Martin supporters to exculpatory evidence as their previously staked out position (the “Narrative”) undergoes the scrutiny of evidence-based judicial proceedings.

Which leads me to the core theme of Frantz Fanon, that “Violence is man re-creating  himself.”

To paraphrase his thoughts from “Wretched of the Earth,”  the oppressed are compelled to throw off the oppressors in a collective catharsis achieved through unmitigated violence.  Ergo, the rise of black youth violent ”Flash Mobs.”

It is an interesting question if a spiritually wounded people can heal themselves through infliction of massive violence and cataclysmic acts of barbarity.   Surely, the proposed victims of this race-based Revolution will have a differing opinion of what their fate and that of their families will be.

“They realize at last that change does not mean reform, that change does not mean improvement.”

Would only those who seek to further inflame perceived racial grievances heed the words of the man that they are emulating.   To close on a final note, Fanon stated:

“Each generation must, out of relative obscurity, discover its mission, fulfill it, or betray it”.

What is YOUR mission?

The two primary news feeds are The Associated Press (AP) and Reuters News Agency (Reuters).   Think of them as the information source at the top of the funnel.  They pour the information into the news cycle and then various media outlets take the information and carve it up to sell to their readers/viewers based on their chosen demographic.   So when you see either AP or Reuters directly attributed you should consider them a primary source of information.

Both AP and Reuters “shape” their stories with considerable bias under the guise of “hard news”.  However, few people actually understand how non-objective the feeds from both agencies are.   It really is just a guise.   Sometimes they flat-out lie, yeah lie, as in -tell totally false stories- and people just don’t know it, because they still trust or accept the media as possessing “integrity”.   It.Does.Not.  

Here is another example, using their shaping of the Trayvon Martin case, to show how they do it and what eventually results from it.  In this example they are lying.  Lying.  They are not only shaping the story, they are lying by omission.

(Reuters Headline)  Trayvon evidence fails to answer who screamed for help:

ORLANDO, Florida (Reuters) – An FBI expert found crucial evidence in the Trayvon Martin case was inconclusive, saying it was impossible to tell if the voice screaming for help belonged to the black Florida teenager or his shooter George Zimmerman just before the neighborhood watch captain pulled the trigger.

That detail came from a mass of evidence made public on Thursday in the case that sparked civil rights protests across the United States and debates over guns, self-defense laws and race relations in America.

The documents confirm numerous compelling facts and minutiae that have been debated at kitchen tables and on television sets across the country following the February 26 homicide when Zimmerman, 28, shot and killed the 17-year-old Martin.

Police initially declined to arrest Zimmerman, citing Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” self-defense law, but a special prosecutor who was subsequently appointed charged Zimmerman with second-degree murder. Zimmerman has pleaded not guilty.

The nearly 200 pages of documents plus photographs, videos and audio recordings provide evidence that will be seized upon by both Zimmerman’s supporters and his detractors, including the revelation that Martin had traces of marijuana in his system and a witness who described the teen as beating on Zimmerman in the style of mixed martial arts.

But what may be the central point of contention – who screamed for help? – goes tantalizingly unanswered.

If it was Zimmerman, it would confirm his story that he pleaded for assistance against the teenager who was brutally beating him. If it was Martin, it could establish Zimmerman was the aggressor who shot an unarmed teenager and would be a major component of a case for second-degree murder.

Relatives of both Zimmerman and Martin swear it was their kin who was pleading for his life.

The cries for help were silenced by a single shot from Zimmerman’s Kel Tec 9mm handgun but not before they were recorded on phone calls that neighbors made to police to report a struggle between two men in their gated community in the central Florida city of Sanford.

“Critical listening and digital signal analysis further revealed that the screaming voice of the 911 call is of insufficient voice quality and duration to conduct a meaningful voice comparison with any other voice samples,” concluded Kenneth Marr, a specialist with the FBI’s digital evidence laboratory in Quantico, Virginia.

Of 18.82 seconds of screaming in the distance, only 2.53 seconds went uninterrupted by the conversation between the woman who called 911 and the dispatcher, Marr said in his report.

Moreover, the audio sample was “produced under an extreme emotional state,” the report said, making it difficult to analyze.

Zimmerman supporters can point to a separate Sanford police report within the documents that says Martin’s father, Tracy Martin, told investigators the screams did not belong to his son when he heard the recordings two days after the shooting.

Martin has since told reporters he was uncertain at that time, but that when he heard an enhanced recording on March 16 he was convinced it was his son calling for help. The boy’s mother, Sybrina Fulton, also insists the cries come from Trayvon.

Zimmerman’s father and brother have been equally adamant it was George’s voice they heard.

“That is absolutely, positively George Zimmerman,” father Robert Zimmerman said in an interview with prosecutors on March 19. “Myself, my wife, family members and friends know that is George Zimmerman. There is no doubt who is yelling for help. It is absolutely my son.”  (there is more but not needed)

So if you read that, and you did not know better,  you would think ‘ok, the investigators don’t know who screamed for help’, right?      Wrong.  

What Reuters is doing here is ignoring the most important aspect of the entire set of evidence surrounding who cried out for help,  THE WITNESSES.  Yeah, two witnesses who specifically stated it was George Zimmerman calling out for help.

Briefly in the Reuters report there is a mention of the witness interviewed 90 minutes after the shooting who testified that he saw Martin straddling George Zimmerman on the ground and violently battering him “MMA” style.   However, they selectively omit the part where the witness also said Zimmerman was the one screaming for help. 

In addition a second witness also described a person on the ground with another straddling him and throwing punches.  The man on the bottom was yelling for help, the witness told police.

For some reason the two eye-witness accounts which specifically state Zimmerman was crying out for help did not make the Reuters report on the incident.   Again look at their headline ”evidence fails to answer who screamed for help“. 

No, actually the evidence completely answers the question.  It is only the absence of reporting the totality of the evidence which fails to answer ‘who screamed for help’.  

It is the intentional omission of evidence that “fails to answer who screamed for help”.

For everyone who looks at “all the evidence” the answer is obvious.   

Reuters frames their story as if, well, they are intentionally hiding this evidence from the public, to make people think this question is unanswered.   Huh, now why would they do that?…..

When you follow Reuters method of manipulation you end up with this analogous example:  If a stranger said she saw you at McDonald’s eating a cheeseburger; and your neighbor said he also saw you eating a cheeseburger at McDonald’s;  well……. 

….. as long as the CCTV system at McDonald’s is broken then you can say “evidence fails to show that I ate at McDonald’s”.
