Rudy reminded folks in the press conference… I believe in response to a question about the DOJ/FBI… that the Legal Team members are civilians. So definitely no clearance to know Jack Squat about the alleged server (other than the “story” is “true”)… though, certainly, Rudy and Sidney likely have reliable sources to at least know bits and pieces. For example, Sidney sounds pretty certain that such an operation actually took place (though not knowing by whom and for what purpose).
It’s unclear what THE HELL DOJ is doing, IF ANYTHING, either on their own accord, or as a side effect of the work that the Legal Team is doing. Why would the Legal Team need to collect evidence in order to pass it to the DOJ? Is the DOJ doing its own set of investigations on parallel, with or without an info feed from the Legal Team?
Cautiously Pessimistic that the DOJ will do anything whatsoever… even if Barr wants to. At best, Barr’s just perched atop a giant pile of Swamp Dung.

They were correct to explain that they are not prosecutors and that will have to be done by others later. I think the Trump legal team is messing up everything they touch. They are being pulled in too many directions and the list of quitters among his lawyers is appalling. I watched some of the press conference that Giuliani and Powell put on today and I couldn’t stomach it. Between Powell promising that she has enough proof to give Trump the win in up to 40 States and showing no evidence, and Giuliani bleeding hair dye as he tried to fend off the attack of a mainstream “journalist” was just too much to bear. I am afraid the voting books got cooked and the political and lawyerly types don’t understand and/or don’t care because most of them have been involved with this voting software group in the past and not in a good way.
I despair because every day lost with this cartoonish TV shuffle is one more nail in Freedom’s coffin. Trump better drop a bomb on the swamp soon, because he is losing the news cycle every day. Not being able to find enough loyal supporters in DC when he needs them has always been a big issue for Trump. Political rallies will not do it this time. He needs hard evidence of criminal activity to get this election into the Judicial system.

My main point was that Trump is not being well served by his legal team at this point, in my opinion. If concealing the legal evidence is preferable to giving our opponents a head start on their defense, I am in agreement. My question was and is then, why the dog and pony show? You follow?
Among other things, over 50 years ago, I studied some zoology in college and I am well aware of what how a nematode was described. I am also pretty sure that spineless bluster is not going to turn this election around. You are not clever, kimosaabe. But at least you have watched a few episodes of The Lone Ranger or at least watched a very old comedy routine by the once funny Bill Cosby.

The press conference with Rudy and Sydney was amazing. I know it wasn’t covered by network TV, but I watched it here in its entirety. How could it be made to go viral so 100 million Americans view it? Wouldn’t this go a long way to get people to understand what happened and make the lies of the MSM more apparent?

Maybe there are 5 honest justices on SCOTUS. Maybe. But there are almost no honest judges before that level. Buckle up because there is nothing the Establishment won’t do to stop this fraud from being exposed and the election reversed to Trump.
The lower court rulings don’t mean sh**t, and Trump’s team already said so! They always intended to bring these to the SCOTUS, because they KNOW the lower courts are corrupt!
Any way you look at it, SCOTUS will ultimately be asked to decide whether or not to effectively overturn a Presidential Election. So we’ll see how it goes, as they say.

The Legislatures, in the States with the disputed voting, and the US House of Representatives will decide the election…Just as the Constitution and election laws prescribe!

I’m gonna speculate that the good guys / bad guys thing from Sydney is intentional chaff. Notice how they’ve all indirectly confirmed the raid (except that one guy I never heard of who said the data is starting to roll out). Simultaneously, we’re starting to get the minute-by-minute details of exactly when the vote drops happened. Yes, some of that is private individuals doing the math, but I think it’s more than that.
When we say “servers” people think for the vote machines. But servers can contain lots of stuff…like emails…messages…documents…for example. If those servers hosted data as it was manipulated, they’ll be able to identify what logins were used at specific voting locations on what machines.
I think they’re struggling to process it all.
Where the lawyers are going wrong is by not providing the VISUALS. There are charts out now showing the data spikes. There are two out now showing Biden’s curve going straight up, passing Trump, at 4am (WI) and 6:30am (MI). Even an inexperienced person can see mechanical fraud in a smooth curve.

I think the georgia recount proved no vote switching occurred in georgia. Vote switching would show up in a manual recount. Seems unlikely that the ballots could have been created and destroyed to make the recount tally match the original flipped vote tally. Georgia used dominion counting systems.
Run your troll somewhere else. The dominion vote switching was run hand-in-hand with big late night dumps of Biden-only “mailed in” ballots that were never mailed and had computer-generated ink in the bubbles.

If vote switching occurred in georgia it would have been evidenced in the hand recount. It was not. Broke my heart because election fraud by an algorithm should be easily proved by hand recount. The data is in there was no vote switching in georgia.
Mark, the GA recount was not a ballot check but simply a re-tallying of the numbers already provided. What the ‘hand recount’ was supposed to be was a look at the ballots and recounting VALID ballots. The GA SoS made sure that did not happen.

You would be right if there had been a hand recount of the ballots in Georgia. I think there is still room to find the fraud, but I wouldn’t bet it will happen. I think the fix was in and, if it ever gets exposed, there will likely be a whole gallery of culprits from both political parties and the CIA.
Recounting unverifiable phony ballots again is not going to change the outcome. It is the same in any state that has mail-in ballots. There is no way to verify the vote once it is taken out of the envelope.
The votes they were recounting may not be the same ones that the voters sent in and/or they may have thousands of bogus votes intermingled with the real ones. When you want to steal an election this is exactly what you would want to do.
Only the sheer volume of votes would show a discrepancy Biden had no enthusiasm in deep blue areas and yet he won majorities in red areas. Not even believable,

After all if you are going to steal an election you’d want to disguise your fraud reasonably well. This is well tested fraud software the dems are using.
The statistical analysis is the big tell tale sign.That is the clearest pointer where to look. Follow that back to the ballot envelopes and you may find what you seek.

At one time in the not too distant past, I was a master certified open systems architect. I only bring it up to make the point that, I know my way around information technology. That said, I found the Dominion system’s manual online and read parts of it. (Hey no one in their right mind reads an entire computing- or camera-related manual; heck I didn’t even read the entirety of the three manuals my name is on as one of the co-authors. 🙂 ) A pre-pubescent teenager with rudimentary computer skills could make election results come out to be anything. I’d say it’s about as solid and secure as that spreadsheet your Uncle Max uses to do the P&L down at his muffler shop. It’s preposterous that anyone is using it. One could almost make the claim that its only identifiable function is to diddle the results.

either from memory cards or from the local file system, as well having the option
to automatically bring in results that are placed on a configurable location on the NAS. Election officials also have the option to manually enter results for any of the defined tabulators in the system.” This bit, “… to automatically bring in results…” essentially identifies the easiest way to get it to spit out the preferred results– you just import the numbers you want, and voila! President-elect Punxsutawney Joe.
