Seeing this bantered about via various sites is laughable. Glenn Beck announces he’s done with the GOP because they’ve lied about enforcing laws on illegal immigration and removing Obamacare constructs. Or something.

Beck is one of those financially dependent logic benders who is capable of flexing his spine into a 360 radius and shoving it completely up his own backside.

Beck’s previous support for Decepticon McConnell et al, in combination with his insufferable prior positions on illegal aliens, reflect something more than spinal geometry.  I would bet the more likely motive is his media finances are struggling.

Via Daily Caller – Conservative radio host Glenn Beck announced on his radio show Wednesday morning that he has officially left the Republican Party.

Beck, whose program appears on TheBlaze.com, said the GOP lost him when they said “they were going to stand against Obamacare and illegal immigration.” Beck added that the party “set us up” and “enough is enough.”

“I’ve made my decision — I’m out. I’m out of the Republican Party. I am not a Republican. I will not give a dime to the Republican Party. I’m out,” Beck said on his program. “I highly recommend — run from the Republican Party. They are not good. And you see it now.”

“All this stuff that they said and they ran and they said they were doing all of these great things and they were going to stand against Obamacare and illegal immigration. They set us up,” Beck said. “They set us up. Enough is enough. They’re torpedoing the Constitution, and they’re doing it knowingly. (read more)
