The failure to accept the existence of truth does not protect you from it.

Both Ytz4Me and Myself, as well as just about all CTH Admins, have taken a considerable amount of flack for pointing to the truth behind the Mark O’Mara agenda (RE: Financials n more) in the George Zimmerman case.  A recent Daily Mail article points to some of the truth the O’Marapologists refuse to accept as “real”.
(Via Daily Mail)  George Zimmerman racked up $2.5million in  legal fees defending himself against a murder charge, his defense attorneys have  revealed.
The 30-year-old was acquitted of killing  Trayvon Martin earlier this year, but his freedom has come at a cost.  He received the legal bill from lead  attorneys Mark O’Mara and Don West two months ago.
O’Mara initially took the case on in April  2012 at no charge to Zimmerman.  But he later found out that the Zimmerman  family were raising funds to fight the charge via a website appeal.  {Oh well,  wait a minute, you have money? That changes the whole equation no?  I mean we were doing it pro-bono, but now that bono guy’s dead so we do it pro-me-no?}
More than $400,000 was donated to the fund by  his supporters.
The lawyer said during the trial that he and  Mr West had not been paid but hoped that they would be in the future.  They were paid a ‘minute amount’ following  Zimmerman’s acquittal, according to Mr O’Mara.
The attorneys are thought to have benefited  financially from the case even if they haven’t be paid.  {um, yeah, like a lucrative multi-year, multi-million,  CNN contract – Duh}
O’Mara spent more than $52,000 on ‘law firm  support and infrastructure’ – upgrading computer software, improved office  security and new phones – earlier this year.
The pair [West and O’Mara] also formed the Timber Run  Enterprises LLC partnership and bought the building next to O’Mara’s existing  Orlando office for $270,000.   {Whoopsie, that’s another one of those things the Omarapologists refused to believe.  Snap, how folks gonna deflect that now? }
O’Mara has denied that the building was paid  for using Zimmerman’s defense money and said that instead it was leased to  O’Mara’s firm and that the defense money was used to pay rent.  (link)

ROFLMAO –  Did ya see what happened here?     NO?   Well let me spell it out once again as we did back in July 2012 – 

Timber Run LLC bought the building, but GZ didn’t actually pay for it.  NO, instead The George Zimmerman Defense Fund merely paid the “rent” on a 99 year lease with Timber Run as the owner and O’Mara as the leasing agent !    

But, but, GZ didn’t “technically” pay for it.    OK, Gotcha.   D’oh, nuf said.

If the non-surrogated funds were actually used outright, without the LLC buffer, the use of the non-surrogated account funds would be?  Unethical?   Illegal?   Aww, who cares.
They were paid a “minute amount” dontcha know.   Well, except for that building next door thing, and that security thing, and those upgraded things, and that staff thing, and that support and infrastructure thing, and…..
