About Patriot Dreamer

“When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion – when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing – when you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors – when you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you – when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice – you may know that your society is doomed.” ~Ayn Rand *************************************************** In the battle between good intentions vs. unintended consequences….UC always win. ~Sharon

I’d suggest ‘ The Bigger the Government, the Smaller the Subject’? I believe we ceased to be citizens some time ago.

Subject or serf? I guess it doesn’t make much difference, does it.

Difference to me is how deep in the pig manure you are – greater than chin-deep and you’re a serf. (Note: I’m reserving rights to the ‘surf’ and ‘Cerf’ puns)

    All’s Well!
    What’s a rainy day?
    Never mind that cloud,
behind that cloud you’ll find a golden ray.
    All’s Well!
    Laugh your fears away.
See the light ahead, right ahead.
    There’s a moonlit night ahead.
Everyone, c’mon, have fun. All’s Well!

    Behind the News
Why did they make me sing that song? The poet who wrote it was certainly wrong.
It’s bright ahead. Go right ahead. I rather go home and go right to bed.
I wake folks up, to tell them things are all right.
