Hello everyone. Hope your weekend is a good one. It’s going to rain here in San Francisco this weekend.

  2. Preston says:

Oh and i did the two Minute walk yesterday. I think everyone needs to do the two minute walk and see just how far you can walk in two minutes. and then lets talk about everyone’s walk..:)

    • jordan2222 says:

Can we use the walk as “Objectib ebidence”?

    • TandCrumpettes says:

      Excellent! Let’s do it!

I know already that I can walk 0.1 mile (528 feet) in 2 minutes. That would be a 20-minute mile, at 3 mph. That’s just your average, lah-dee-dah walk – not too fast or too slow. I think its a good baseline to consider, seeing that you’re neither jogging nor strolling.

How many feet are from “he ran” to “home” anyway? I’ve seen different numbers reported.

      • myopiafree says:

Hi Tand Crumpettes – I think from the edge of the building “T”, it is about 170 feet. George could NEVER have caught up with him – because in the dark HE LOST HIM. TM has to go BACK to “get” George. Even DeeDee (if you believe her, and can understand her “Ebonics” and grunts) said the same thing. No-limit-Nigga was out to prove he was a “tough guy” and could take on this ‘White Cracka” – even though it was never a fair fight.

        • TandCrumpettes says:

I just went to Google Maps Pedometer (take its accuracy for what you will). Unfortunately, I can’t “walk” in grassy areas. I have to take streets/sidewalks. So I measured from the T, going “backward” toward Twin Trees, down TT, and stopped at the intersection of Long Oak Way.

Its not the route TM took, but it is a mirror-image of it, so the distance should be the same. Actually, the distance is a teenie bit further – BGs townhome is not directly parallel to Long Oak, its closer, but stil very close to the intersection. It’s beneficial for the prosecution anyway that this distance is as far as possible. So let’s just give the intersection as the stopping point so we’re not squabbling over a few feet.

My result was .097 miles. Just shy of one-tenth. Oh heck, let’s just give the benefit of the doubt here and round up. A tenth of a mile, 528 feet.

In actuality, the distance is less, but we’re the charitable type here.

This 32 year old chick here with short, stubby legs can walk that in 2 minutes easy. TM should have been home and comfy on the recliner by the time GZ hung up the phone – and that’s just by walking naturally!

If you jogged, you would cut the time in half. If you were running, say a crazy racist with a gun is chasing you, you could do it in even less time.

But at the same time, if you were just taking your sweet time moving at a snail’s pace, hmmm…you might just make it just past the T by the time George hung up.

But Dee Dee doesn’t tell us TM took his sweet time. He was walking fast. Well, “walking fast” would likely indicate a speed faster than 3 mph. He should have been home and cooking up his lean by the time George hit “end call.”

          • dalec911 says:

Doesn’t Dee Dee say in her statement that TM was by his place? 500 feet is 1 1/2 football fields. If he was by his place, TM had to double back, There can be no other explanation. That’s if you can believe Dee Dee.

            • myopiafree says:

Hi Dale – I don’t wish to dispute Tand – but the distance was about 60 yards. I am certain the police have this information. Perhaps other Treepers can add their judgments. Remarks about DeeDee: In fact, she has positioned herself to “correct” her fibs. She will “say, 1) I “FORGET” 2) I THINK I “heard grass” 3) I BELIEVE that I heard GZ punch TM. 3) I believe that TM THOUGHT that GZ was “following him” – but I can’t be sure. 4) I THOUGHT I heard TM say that he was “scared” and he was “going back” to confront GZ.
All of these statements are “nuance” of DeeDee’s OPINION. Any serious “cross” of DeeDee by O’mara will bring them out. There is NO BASIS for 2nd degree murder in DeeDee’s “weak” statements – at all. Yes, she is the ONLY reason Bernie and Corey leveled a charge against George for “Depraved Indifference Murder”. There has yet to be any basis for that charge – even from DeeDee herself.

              • TandCrumpettes says:

Oh, heck! I don’t mind if I’m wrong about the distance! Google Pedometer isn’t gospel!

                • dalec911 says:

I thought it was about 70 yards myself. Either way…Grandma with a walker could have made it to BG place in the allotted time. And does anyone really believe that the prosecution will call Dee Dee as their witness? I don’t really think her testimony will help the prosecution. And any good lawyer will break up her story under cross examination. Just my 20,000 cents worth after Obama devaluing the dollar even more.

                  • jello333 says:

Nope, prosecution would just as soon Dee Dee disappear. It’s the DEFENSE who’s gonna be using Dee Dee…. to help take down the whole Scheme Team conspiracy.

                  • myopiafree says:

The “Trouble” with DeeDee’s statements – is that she can totally DENY everything. Her statements were taken by Corey as PROOF that GZ “followed” TM all the way, and that he attacked TM. This is how Corey-Bernie “dream up” depraved murder, in a very flawed “Probably Cause” document. No wonder Dershowitz called it total trash – because it is.

          • jello333 says:

Cool, but I think this is wrong: “But at the same time, if you were just taking your sweet time moving at a snail’s pace, hmmm…you might just make it just past the T by the time George hung up.” Pretty sure Trayvon was already past the ‘T’ within seconds of George saying, “he’s running”. Definitely past it by the time George started heading that way, which was LONG before he hung up.

            • TandCrumpettes says:

              Hey Jello!

We’re in total agreement. I know Trayvon was past the T and long gone. Its just that the state is alleging that one of two things happened instead:

TM ducked around the corner and just…stopped? Hid? Sat down? Dee Dee doesn’t mention any of these things, but what else could explain how he had so much time and yet advanced so little?

Ok, so then TM did make it “right by” BGs. But after a 2-minute head start, GZ was able to figure out which way TM went, chase him down, catch up, take the lead so TM turned around and ran BACK the way he came?

I’m not sure exactly how the state is going to explain how either scenario is possible. The second is definitely physically impossible for GZ, the first is just ridiculously wide open to assume TM was looking for a fight.

              • jello333 says:

“TM ducked around the corner and just…stopped? Hid? Sat down?”

Yep, and you know why? Because the child was breathin’ har, he was TIRE! He was within mere feet of George during the whole last part of that call. And just listen to George at the end there. You can almost hear the excitement, the anticipation rising in his voice. When he tells the dispatcher to just have the cops call him later?… well, right then is when George saw Trayvon. He SAW the child hiding, cowering in fear. And so George, with a little smile on his face, calmly hung up with the dispatcher, and walked over to Trayvon’s hiding place. “Looky here, what’s this? I got me a little rabid dog now. Come on out, boy!”

(And LMpapa knows all about this too…. new video coming any time now!)

We’ll have to wait until theoretical physicist Dr. Serino expounds on his ‘theory of relatively nearness.’

                Zimmerman: I don’t see him.

Serino: Well the law of the physics says that he’s hiding from you at this point. He could not have made it home…and came back to attack you in that time, so…What’s your, what’s your, um, account is that you don’t see him at this point. You’re at the T now, right? Here’s the pavement, correct? You’re looking down that way? That passage?

                Zimmerman: No, sir.

    Hey, Treepers.

Quite by accident, I ran across this good little article posted way back on March 26, 2012. Yeah, sure…it acted as “confirmation bias” to my suspicions that this thing was always about politics. But, aside from that, it’s a good read, and not too long.

    A couple of excerpts:

The flames are being fanned by paid scribes and well-compensated activists who’ve been salivating for a good old-fashioned white-on-black hate crime, even though this isn’t technically one of those.

Florida boasts 27 electoral votes and is considered a crucial swing state in the upcoming presidential election. That could be a huge reason why Obama made loud noises about Trayvon Martin but apparently not a peep about Mississippi murder victim James Craig Anderson.

Hey, just noticed something. On that document, where it lists some of the witnesses, W44 through W51 are in alphabetical order, EXCEPT for W44. Also, W49 is missing from the sequence, but that’s where W44 would be if it was also in alphabetical order. So I’m wondering if this could have any significance in regards to the other witness lists. I’m especially thinking of the one with Dee Dee on it. One reason some people are questioning whether the Dee Dee we’ve been discussing here may not be the Dee Dee on the list, is that the alphabetical sequence isn’t right. But based on this new list, it looks like there are occasions when that rule isn’t always followed. So…

I have nothing but admiration for the legal geniuses who are supporting to trayvon camp because they have convince their supporters that it is zimmerman who must prove his innocense beyond reasonable doubt. Once they show me their intellectual knowledge of the legal system, I could no longer carry on the argument because their legal knowledge is beyond my elementry understanding of the legal system and I advised them to go work for the prosecution. In addition, I also give mr sawyer applauses for wasting hours on evidences which are considered to be useless by the prosecution (flickering lights as proof of accomplices). With those geniuses, corey should fire her whole staff and just recruit arm-chaired detectives such sawyer, lmlpapa and leatherman. Are you reading these, corey, because your staff is useless comparing to trent sawyer because he found proves of 4 accomplices based on evidences that are considered to be trash by the police, fbi, doj, cia, secret services. Corey, you need to hire sawyer because the man is the bomb. Maybe, he can see dna molecules with his naked eyes. Hire him, woman, because you seem to be very good at prosecution vulnerable 13 year olds and black woman who was trying to defend her self.

      • eastern2western says:

kind of ironic that natalie jackson claims that she never called zimmerman a racist, but keeping her around has basically declared the shooting as a racial crime. In addition, fbi, doj and every else got involved because crump and companies going around black churches with their sounds, dances and ballerians to sell their case to black people specifically. However, those guys deny ever turning this case into a racial case when they are confronted with tough questions.

      • eastern2western says:

The pro-trayvon groups are always fill with ironies. angela corey putted a black woman in jail for defending herself with a gun, but black groups expect her as some kind of saviour for their cause. Another thing is those guys are still buying into some kind of massive conspiracy that involves everyone from the emt workers to da’s office just to cover up the death of trayvon martin and zimmerman had plenty of time to plant evidences in the crime scene after he shot trayvon. God, those people are good.

No doubt. And JQ… Corey needs to put those people on the payroll NOW! I just got banned from there a few days ago because I was so distracting to them. Every time they started to get down to work, and the fruits of their tireless research began to see the light, I’d always stick my foot in my mouth. “Hey guys, how’s it going? Anything new on the Trayvon front today?” Stupid me. They were like, “Again with your interruptions! I know you’re just trying to help, and we truly appreciate that. But you’re starting to bug us.” And next thing you know… BANNED. Even though I was a Trayvon Warrior, and used just the right amount of laughing, dancing, and twirling animated emoticons, I guess that wasn’t enough. I’m sad, that’s about all I can say.

Aw, Jello…Don’t be sad. I think asking questions, even simple ones, gave you away. Asking questions requires some thought and shows you are seeking answers or information to form an opinion. The twitter kooks and justice queefers are all excited about the latest video from LAMEpapa and his new partner ‘Marinade Dave.’ Never mind the fact that the short and rotund ‘Marinade Dave’ is walking very slow on purpose, as if keeping his cheeks clenched to keep the marinade stains in his shorts to a minimum. Their whole premise is flawed.

They are under the mistaken belief that George could not have possibly looked to the right until he reached the exact T intersection. The fact is George could, and did look to the right as soon as he cleared the condos to his right. Sorry LAMEpapa, back to filching marinade for you!

    • jello333 says:

Oh my God. For one thing, that dude is walking WAY slow. And for another, when the dispatcher asked the question, there’s no reason George had to already be to the ‘T’. He didn’t say, “He ran” (I don’t see him) till several seconds later. IMO, it’s right around THEN that he reaches the ‘T’ (or at least to where he could see down between the buildings). So what’s the big deal? Is their whole point that George said he looked down between the houses just BEFORE the dispatcher asked if he was following? Is that what they’re making a big deal about? It couldn’t have been the other way around, now could it? Oh the humanity! George remembered looking BEFORE the dispatcher asked the question, when it reality he probably looked AFTER. What I lying liar George must be!

    • rumpole2 says:

    • diwataman says:

I can’t believe they’re still on this chase thing. Let’s be nice, like when dealing with children or the mentally retarded kind of nice. It took 23 seconds from the time George shut his door to when he stated “He ran”, as if indicating to the dispatcher that Trayvon was gone. Now George did not necessarily have to be exactly at the T section when he said that, nor will anyone, even George, ever know exactly where George started walking from so with that we have a distance problem and as such will undoubtedly have some play with the distance in relation to time.

Though the optimal thing to do is to actually measure the distance on site, using Google Earth has the distance at around 130 feet or 39.65 meters for the rest of the world. It could be less, perhaps 110 feet. The next optimal thing to do is actually have George himself walk that distance in the time given. Doing this myself it is fast walk. Not jogging. And certainly not running. And their biggest thing was that George chased Trayvon but just this alone is reasonable enough, to point out, to raise doubt to that claim. That’s the way reasonable doubt works. You make a claim, I show you how your claim could be doubted by pointing to something reasonable, you go away. But they never go away, no matter how much reasonable doubt you raise to their claims they will never go away.

Here are some other reasonable things to point to that raises doubt to the claim that George chased or as the video maker put it “ran as fast as George’s fat ass could go” after Trayvon. (This comes from #9 on The Many Manipulations, Myths and Lies of the Zimmerman/Martin Case list by the way http://diwataman.wordpress.com/2012/08/11/the-many-manipulations-myths-and-lies-of-the-zimmermanmartin-case/ )

      – They hear George say Trayvon is running and quickly get out of his SUV. I hear it take 8 to 10 seconds from the time George begins to say that to the time he closes his door to get going.

      – They hear wind noise and believe it’s because George is running, I simply hear wind blowing into a phone.

      – They hear George answer the call taker that George is following Trayvon, I hear George merely answering a question, it does not necessarily follow from that, that George has Trayvon in his sights and is in hot pursuit, could very well just be the opposite and that he has lost sight of Trayvon and moved to the spot where Trayvon had run from to see if he’s heading for the back gate as he expressed in the call.

      – I don’t hear running footsteps.

      – I don’t hear heavy labored breathing.

      – I don’t hear tense erratic speech.

      – And for the next 1 and 1/2 minutes George is completely calm.

      – Oh yeah, DeeDee never mentions anything about a chase. Just that Trayvon ran while George was sitting in his SUV and sometime later Trayvon saw George.

A huge part of my job is to synthesize information from multiple sources and figure out what probably happened — sometimes I have a really long time to do that; sometimes I have a few days; and sometimes I have about an hour. My point is that I’m really good at separating the wheat from the chaff in when it comes to a legal claim. I have been following this case from day one and have been subconsciously ignoring the videos, timelines, etc. from llmpapa and his various incarnations since then. On the rare occasion I’ve clicked on something of his, I last about 30 seconds (if the soundtrack is good lol). He is straight up, 100% chaff. Poor guy doesn’t even realize it. To the contrary, he thinks he’s got it nailed. He’s sure of it.

I was trying to console myself that they are a very tiny group of people, but Tuesday proved me wrong. To think that 51% of the country or more is llmpapa dumb (and I mean beyond dumb, like actively stupid — the kind of ignorant you have to work at) is incredibly frightening. I’ve been so bummed out the past few days coming to grips with the fact that llmpapa and people just like him are in the majority :::sigh:::

No worse than some of the others… except he seems to have no shame… he posts this nonsense on YT where people can see it :D
At most sites there is some sort of balance… at least a smattering of rational posters posting the obvious rebuttals to the nonsense, but at JQ dissent was specifically shut down at JQ by the owner…. a prime example of an ignorant person herself. Some valiant posters battled on for a while, but they have mostly been banned or simply moved away from the Trayvon Zone madness.
To decree who is the victim and who is guilty in advance of the facts being known is hardly a Quest for Justice… it is clearly the mindset of a Lynch Mob

And yes… the election result is only to be expected when you see at place like Justice Queef that the mental capacity of the “average” person is NOT a very high level at all.
Such people are not equipped to take part in ANY decision making that effects any other person’s life.
I also despair about the Jury System. Are the people at JQ representative of the wider Jury pool

2.The site is one of the sites hosted on WordPress.com that has not purchased the No Ads upgrade, and we are running ads to cover the costs of operating the site for the user. We run these types of ads sparingly in an attempt to interfere as little as possible with the experience of reading a site and for logged in users we don’t show ads at all. There’s more info about our approach to ad serving in this blog post.

In both of the above cases, the ad you saw could be coming from a number of ad partners including Sharethrough, Federated Media, or AdSense. The ads change depending on factors like your location and the type of site you are visiting.

If you are a WordPress.com user and you would like to permanently remove all ads from your site, please take a look at our No Ads upgrade.

If you saw an inappropriate ad, please report it to support@wordpress.com.

I just now logged on and had 2 ad-blocks, 1 on the home page and 1 on the CIA update. Weird is right.

Did someone put a muzzle on the Chumpster and Cupcake? It’s been really quiet lately.

Hi Scuba – When Crump gets deposed by O’Mara – he will have to remember (and deny) all the lies and fibs he has told. He will be asked about DeeDee. He will be in a “big hurt” when that happens. By then his lies against Norm Wolfinger will come out – that Norm described. I am certain that by now, Chutzpah-Crump thought George would have pleaded guilty to manslaughter, and Extortion-Crump would be rolling in MILLIONS.

I think this case is pretty much over. I mean the criminal risk to George. THAT part, I think, MOM/West are supremely confident they’ve got in the bag. I bet almost everything else we’re seeing now is for a different reason. Or I guess two-fold. Yeah, there’s still some loose ends to George’s criminal liability they need to work on. But I think it’s mostly something else: It’s mostly now trying to prove that there was/is a CONSPIRACY against George. I really believe that if right now Corey came to MOM/West and said, “Let’s just drop the whole thing, let bygones be bygones,” that they would laugh in the witch’s face.

A must read – see the comment by Bigboi LMAO Seriously, you can’t buy drugs to trip the light this fantastic http://marinadedave.com/journal/2012/11/10/llmpapas-video-depiction-could-cook-up-a-zimmerman-convictio.html#comments
“Four of the greatest minds have come together to cook Zimmerman’s goose. To see the support that has been provided to Trayvon and the quest for justice for “OUR SON” is second to none. It goes without saying that Papa has done a magnificent job with his videos. Dave, you have provided sensational writing and by being nearby and able to lend us your eyes and ears has been phenomenal. Professor Leatherman’s legal knowledge is unparalleled. Trent’s amazing sense of humor and his ferocious determination to get to the truth is unmatched. Trayvon is lucky to have such an amazing group in his corner and I so look forward to the day when the words GUILTY AS CHARGED are read aloud and Zimmerman is made to pay for what he has done to Trayvon and his wonderful family. Justice will not be denied.” (bigboi)
