will have an effect on the court case?
It will probably have some effect. But if we have a truly independent Judge and Judicial system, the SYG should be effective. This is why I think that “waiting” till Spring – is a good idea. The more people who are exposed to the racist-extortion work of Crump and Juilson – the better.
I don’t think it will have an effect on the State v. GZ, but it may have some effect on the investigation into this malicious prosecution.

GZ entered my thoughts last night. I said a prayer for him and his family.
Let’s say that the Governor and Attorney General of Florida realize that the case against Zimmerman is going to be thrown out, maybe within a couple of months. As evidence for that, the prosecution still hasn’t given an inkling that they have more than they indicated in the notorious Affidavit of Probable Cause. Suppose Scott and Bondi now start secret negotiations with the Zimmerman camp (O’Mara?) for a settlement that would cause the least drain on the Florida treasury. What should they offer to get them off the hook ASAP? After he settles with Florida, Zimmerman still has at least one other target with deep pockets to go after.
Secret settlement still leaves thug riot problems and BDLR / Corey / Bondi / Scott looking like corrupt imbeciles. I think they have no choice but to put whatever remains of their crappy case after Dee Dee / Crump discovery on display at an immunity hearing.
I think I understand your point. Unless an open display of just what the evidence is is given, those who think that there is a serious case against Zimmerman won’t be satisfied. Many judges write good reports detailing the evidence that went into making their decision. That is something you don’t get out of a jury. I expect O’Mara to go for an early challenging of the APC. The thug riot threat is always going to be there unless he is convicted. Trust me, we are not at all worried about thug riot problems. Local PD’s have been prepping and training for it for months, the informed citizenry is well prepared for it, and we will protect ourselves and each other.
Obummer is bringing our soldiers home, so we will have trained military in addition to well trained Local PDs if the riots start. After all is said & done, Rick Scott is not going to let a bunch of rabble rousers take over the state. Wonder what job turncoat ex Republican Gov. John Wright is a private investigator hired by the Martins and he will be deposed on Friday by the defense team. According to this article, a private investigator named George found out about DD. Given the contradictory stories we hear about DeeDee (she was at the funeral – she was NOT at the funeral) we must ask WHICH DeeDee are we talking about. Which one told her “coached story” to Bernie??
I think the author of the article just had George on the brain and merely put his name there instead of Crumps. As you can see by this later article the same paragraph appears but with Crumps first name instead. The PI is John Wright.

Jen Heger appeared to have a source very close to one of the DeeDees. She posted that article that DeeDee had talked to prosecution on April 3rd at 12:30pm. Sorry, the 284 page pdf was released on July 12th not May 17th. So Jen Heger knew DeeDee had talked to prosecutors and she posted the fact 17 hours after it happened. The rest of us learned of it for a fact when discovery was released on July 12th.
Can anyone explan how this double dee dee came about. Why would there be two dee dees ?

Hi Mike – You must remember that there is a lot of self-serving “fibbing” going on. One person says one thing – the next person contradicts the first. This is WHY O’mara is demanding that the address of DeeDee be identified. Further, DeeDee phone records (presumably for six hours) have never been released either. So O’mara is trying to get to the bottom of this skein of lies.
I wonder who it is. Seems odd that she would be connected to anyone in Florida. There was also this from her;

We all know damn well that they knew of DeeDee right away. They hired a publicist immediately so there is no doubt they hired investigators immediately as well. Investigators are a priority and the publicist can’t even do there job without them. Every hour that passes, the trail grows colder.
These days investigations start with phone records, including ping information. They are quick and easy to obtain from the clients and provide vital information. Only a fool would believe that nobody thought to check phone records until Tracy happened to stumble upon them, almost as an afterthought.
They had to wait for more police records and the phone calls to be released before announcing DeeDee so they could fabricate their story.
I agree. I think the meeting in the Mayor’s office was an emotional performance to get the tapes released….and it worked. The Mayor released the tapes on March 16th and so the story goes, Tracy ‘discovered’ DeeDee on March 18th. Crump interviewed her on March 19th and held a press conference on March 20th. Yeah, right!
Thankfully, Mr. Crump had the timeline off by 2 minutes. He picked up the start of the call as the event log time not the connection time. So if indeed, DeeDee connected during the 7:12 minute, TM has already run south along the sidewalk that separates Twin Tree Lane and Retreat View Circle and GZ has already left his vehicle when they connected.

The cops asked Tracy for the phone password on March 5th. Tracy replied that he needed to talk to Crump. So Crump and Tracy waited to look at the phone account until March 18th? Yeah, sure.
Tracy was already all in and being told what to do, what to say, when to fart, etc. Tracy quickly became nothing more than Crump’s little puppet.

About half of everything Dee Dee says is stuff George said in either the NEN call or his statements, AND stuff that Trayvon would NOT say on the phone to her (“mail thing”, “run from the back”, “putting his hoodie on”, etc).
