  1. when is the next court hearing?

  2. selfdefenseadvocate says:

Anyone think the results of election  will have an effect on the court case?

  3. Ricky Jimenez says:

Let’s say that the Governor and Attorney General of Florida realize that the case against Zimmerman is going to be thrown out, maybe within a couple of months. As evidence for that, the prosecution still hasn’t given an inkling that they have more than they indicated in the notorious Affidavit of Probable Cause. Suppose Scott and Bondi now start secret negotiations with the Zimmerman camp (O’Mara?) for a settlement that would cause the least drain on the Florida treasury. What should they offer to get them off the hook ASAP? After he settles with Florida, Zimmerman still has at least one other target with deep pockets to go after.

    • John Galt says:

Secret settlement still leaves thug riot problems and BDLR / Corey / Bondi / Scott looking like corrupt imbeciles. I think they have no choice but to put whatever remains of their crappy case after Dee Dee / Crump discovery on display at an immunity hearing.

      • Ricky Jimenez says:

I think I understand your point. Unless an open display of just what the evidence is is given, those who think that there is a serious case against Zimmerman won’t be satisfied. Many judges write good reports detailing the evidence that went into making their decision. That is something you don’t get out of a jury. I expect O’Mara to go for an early challenging of the APC. He hints at that at around 3:45 of this clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yQdUTZvmj3E&feature=player_embedded If judge Nelson within the next couple of months vacates the indictment because she rules the charges were not legitimate, she better write a clear, convincing explanation.

      • allhail2 says:

The thug riot threat is always going to be there unless he is convicted. Trust me, we are not at all worried about thug riot problems. Local PD’s have been prepping and training for it for months, the informed citizenry is well prepared for it, and we will protect ourselves and each other.

        • selfdefenseadvocate says:

Obummer is bringing our soldiers home, so we will have trained military in addition to well trained Local PDs if the riots start. After all is said & done, Rick Scott is not going to let a bunch of rabble rousers take over the state. Wonder what job turncoat ex Republican Gov. Charlie Crist will be getting with OBummer’s administration? Charlie went to went to the victory celebration last night by personal invitation of the POTUS.

          • selfdefenseadvocate says:

Sure wish we had an edit button or spell check on here~ I can’t see my typos until after they are posted. sorry about my poor typing skills

          • Knuckledraggingwino says:

If Obama has his way, the troops and the cops will be protecting the rioters from the citizens. Pray for a foreign policy debacle that will turn the military against Obama. We need a repeat of the Nika rebellion complete with Bellisaurious’ massacre at the hippodrome.

    • myopiafree says:

Corey-Bernie can NEVER admit that they knew that GZ was visciously attacked by TM – even though the facts are totally clear on that point. Judge Nelson has to rule in GZ’s favor in a SYG hearing. By Spring, all the lies of sociopath Crump – will be in the public record. I hope that resolves this issue.

  4. nettles18 says:

John Wright is a private investigator hired by the Martins and he will be deposed on Friday by the defense team. According to this article, a private investigator named George found out about DD. Did the Martins hire more than one investigator? http://www.radaronline.com/exclusives/2012/03/trayvon-martin-girlfriend-hospitalized-following-death

    • myopiafree says:

Given the contradictory stories we hear about DeeDee (she was at the funeral – she was NOT at the funeral) we must ask WHICH DeeDee are we talking about. Which one told her “coached story” to Bernie??

    • diwataman says:

I think the author of the article just had George on the brain and merely put his name there instead of Crumps. As you can see by this later article the same paragraph appears but with Crumps first name instead. The PI is John Wright.

    • James F says:

We all know damn well that they knew of DeeDee right away. They hired a publicist immediately so there is no doubt they hired investigators immediately as well. Investigators are a priority and the publicist can’t even do there job without them. Every hour that passes, the trail grows colder.

These days investigations start with phone records, including ping information. They are quick and easy to obtain from the clients and provide vital information. Only a fool would believe that nobody thought to check phone records until Tracy happened to stumble upon them, almost as an afterthought.

They had to wait for more police records and the phone calls to be released before announcing DeeDee so they could fabricate their story.

      • nettles18 says:

I agree. I think the meeting in the Mayor’s office was an emotional performance to get the tapes released….and it worked. The Mayor released the tapes on March 16th and so the story goes, Tracy ‘discovered’ DeeDee on March 18th. Crump interviewed her on March 19th and held a press conference on March 20th. Yeah, right!

        • nettles18 says:

Thankfully, Mr. Crump had the timeline off by 2 minutes. He picked up the start of the call as the event log time not the connection time. So if indeed, DeeDee connected during the 7:12 minute, TM has already run south along the sidewalk that separates Twin Tree Lane and Retreat View Circle and GZ has already left his vehicle when they connected.

      • John Galt says:

“Only a fool would believe that nobody thought to check phone records until Tracy happened to stumble upon them, almost as an afterthought.”

The cops asked Tracy for the phone password on March 5th. Tracy replied that he needed to talk to Crump. So Crump and Tracy waited to look at the phone account until March 18th? Yeah, sure.

        • allhail2 says:

Tracy was already all in and being told what to do, what to say, when to fart, etc. Tracy quickly became nothing more than Crump’s little puppet.

      • James F says:

This statement mentions a P.I. taking a statement from the crazy school teacher witness. I wonder if it is Wright.

        Page 16 of 284:
“They had previously contacted the Martin family attorney, Ms. Jackson, and Ms. (Brett?) had provided them with the written statement taken by a private investigator. She did this with the understanding that it would not be revealed. Brett was upset, indicating that Jackson had broken her word by supplying it to law enforcement”

      • jello333 says:

Yep. About half of everything Dee Dee says is stuff George said in either the NEN call or his statements, AND stuff that Trayvon would NOT say on the phone to her (“mail thing”, “run from the back”, “putting his hoodie on”, etc). She has been fed “facts” beyond anything I’ve even seen in movies. Just unbelievable.

  5. jordan2222 says:

Nothing new in the case and most of us are still rocking and reeling after yesterday’s fiasco. Maybe it’s time for a break while we lick our wounds and plot our next INDIVIDUAL course.

I do not care WHY we lost. I am through with a party that eats its own. We were better off before the election. The great impostor was successful in fooling the most folks to vote for him and no longer has to be a pretender as witnessed by his truly “rousing” and frightening acceptance speech.

Patriots will now have to become real life wolverines to survive. I am ready for a fight. “Give me liberty or give me death.”

    • allhail2 says:

“Give me liberty or give me death.”

And if I’m to be given the latter, then they best be prepared for it as well.

  6. rumpole2 says:

Yesterday’s filings of notice of depositions are now posted as pdf files.
Numbered witnesses plus “John Wright” (P.I. hired by Martins)

  7. Lynn says:

Are you freakin’ kidding me? Trayvon’s parents honored by Ebony Magazine?? I’m still a little sick to my stomach from last night and this just made it worse. Sorry I didn’t get to post the link, but it’s on Orlando Sentinel.

  8. Ugh says:

Don’t the Feds(Obama/Holder) have an open investigation on GZ. Since Obama’s son was the victim, you can bet the Feds will charge GZ with a crime if the state of FL fails to convict.

Scroll almost 1/2 way down this article, until you get to “Notorious Vigilantes.” #1 is George.
One more nail in Huffpo’s coffin when the civil lawsuits are filed.

Jerry Rasmussen, California Man, Arrested After Shooting Home Intruders

    • myopiafree says:

Yes – they say, “Notorious Vigilante” – That is libel and slander. THERE IS NO PROOF AT ALL OF THAT STATEMENT. I hope Huff-Post is prepared to settle out of court – when George and O’mara come looking for them.

    • Terry in GA says:

His arrest was for “felon in possession of gun” and not for the shooting itself.

Remember the lying Nifong – and all the hurt he caused the Duke people. Is A. Corey doing the same thing??

Ed Bradley of “60 Minutes” speaks with Hannah Storm about his exclusive interview with Duke University lacrosse players accused of raping an exotic dancer. The interview airs Sunday, Oct. 15. Brought to you by CBS News
As I recall, Al Sharpton was deeply involved – insisting on having “Thug Riots” for the lying “exotic dancer” – who recently killed a man.
