Why do all these boneheads always deliberately avoid the fact that Zimmerman had all the injuries? Trayvon had an injury on his knuckles from beating Zimmerman down. It’s cut and dry. Even if Zimmerman did confront Trayvon, it doesn’t give Trayvon the right to assault and battery. Even if the stand your ground self defense isn’t applicable, Zimmerman still has his basic self defense rights. And all this bullshit about the gun. Don’t these morons understand that people in Florida have the right to obtain a CCW permit that lets them legally carry a firearm?
That’s Geraldo and his brother. That was their version of trying to keep the story balanced.
What is important is that Crump keeps using the term “pursue”.
He knows that the word “follow” isn’t going to play as threatening. What is convieniently missing from the story is the fact that George told the dispatcher that TM ran, he’s gone. They can’t address the fact that TM magically re-appears at the north end of the sidewalk. TM came back. He was looking for a confrontation. Crump can’t explain that.

The timeline supports George saying “he ran” when he’s gotten to the T and doesn’t see TM. Minutes later he’s back to confront George.
Geraldo won’t invite any real guests. If he did, someone might ask him if he’s a White Hispanic.

Geraldo (it’s really Gerald, but his first employer thought Geraldo sounded sooooo much more “Hispanic” so Gerry Rivera changed his name) wants to give the impression that he is a “man of the Hispanics.” He once said that he didn’t want his son to be pulled over simply because of the color of his skin. Which stuck me as rather odd.
You see, Gerald Rivera is only 1/2 Hispanic. And not one of his multiple wives have been Hispanic, or women of color. At best, his son would be only 1/4 Hispanic, and the chances are that his son has skin as fair as any European white. So the “man of Hispanics” chooses to marry not one of his own ethnic group, but someone who is as white as the driven snow.
No one harbors any doubts that Fox hired Gerry Rivera because of his last name. There are no other “hispanics” on Fox, and they needed one.

I think he is referring to the fact that Crump seems to feel he can sue the city, PD and HOA.
Generally, government entities and their employees are immune from tort liability claims. It’s a confused mess in Florida, I believe, the general theory applies. So nothing to get from the city or police department.
The HOA does not owe TM or his family any duty other than ordinary care. So this is a non-starter, too.

The toxicology report has not been released, nor will it if the prosecution gets its way. There is only one logical conclusion to draw from that.
The short version of the pot screen was released with the original discovery dump. That was likely done by a local lab for quick results. The judge has ruled that the “full” autopsy results are to be released by 6/27, and that report includes the full tox results by the tox lab that was named in the orginal discovery. We will know the full results of the tox screening by this Thurs.

Acting suspiciously is reduced to “lingering”.
3. The new developments in the ever-evolving narrative appear to be:
(a) now we have the “common sense test”, which according to the Scheme Team, GZ fails.
According to the majority of common sense Americans, GZ passes with flying colors.
(b) Deedee has been reduced in status from “girlfriend on the edge of a complete mental breakdown over the loss of Trayvon” to merely an unnamed friend. I found that development in the Crumped Up Narrative telling, and confirmatory.
(c) A whole lot of projection is now part and parcel of the new and improved narrative. “Trayvon” continues to be humanized and elevated to sainthood, while GZ is pilloried. Now a great deal of projection is going on about “Trayvon going to his grave without even knowing this person who was pursuing him”
(d) and last, but not least, the newest, shiniest addition to the EEN (ever-evolving narrative), is that somehow GZ was under an obligation to inform the police dispatcher on a non-emergency call that he had a gun? WTF. It plays right into the gun rights restriction which has been one of the legs of this whole CrumpedUp stool from the beginning.

I mean he was justified in shooting after the scuffle began but his crime( according to corey) was getting into the situation to begin with. Kinda like criminally careless?
Corey’s theory pursuant to the probable cause affidavit is based on Crump’s profiled, pursued, confronted, killed mantra. According to that theory, everything that GZ did evidences overriding illegal activity by GZ: stalking Trayvon. So getting out of the car is just another step in GZ’s unlawful stalking. TM was justified in punching GZ in the nose because of GZ’s unlawful activity. That is Corey’s theory.

According to Crump, Dee Dee and the phone records “connect the dots” and “blow Zimmerman’s absurd self-defense claim out of the water.” Strangely, Crump never wants to go through a timeline focusing on TM’s phone records, GZ phone call to dispatch, and Dee Dee’s testimony. If they “connect the dots” why won’t Crump tell us how?
I think that is also why BDLR didn’t talk to Dee Dee about the details of the phone records in her interview. Because the details don’t match up.
This is just a thought, but I wonder if the journalist would change their tune about the GZ -TM shooting if their was a sudden surge of homicides in which young, black males were attacked by thirtyish year old white or white Hispanic males who beat them to death by pounding their heads against a sidewalk?

GZ could have given benefit of doubt and used common sense and go for departure to a neutral corner and waited for the Police. Response time by Police should have been faster is what common sense tells us.
The school using rules and regs dictated by common sense should have called the Police when the drugs were found at school. Then notified the parents.
TM’s Parents should have used common sense and understood Young tall and in trouble Treyvon, needed, desperately! some good, loving and wise parental guidance in a positive way (grounding, taking away cell phone, bed checks time out” or what ever else the people say use on children these enlightened ways because if Young virginal Treyvon was JUST A CHILD then TM’s parents are guilty of child neglect which is abuse by allowing him to roam the streets and hang with delinquents and do drugs and drank.
