For the purpose of this thread I want to focus on research of “Lead SPD Investigator” Detective Chris Serino.
This photograph was taken on the day of Friday March 16th during and exclusive interview with the Orlando Sentinel. This same date, later in the evening (6pm), is when the Scheme Team went to Mayor Triplett’s office to listen to the 911 Tapes and pressured Sanford Mayor Jeff Triplett into getting the tapes. The tapes that Bill Lee had stated SHOULD NOT be released during the ongoing investigation.
With that in mind, and looking at the pictures, what do you think that Police Chief Lee, and Chris Serino were doing at the moment this picture was taken while accompanied by reporters from the Orlando Sentinel.?

During an exclusive interview Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee Jr. ,left, and lead investigator Chris Serino talk Friday, March 16, 2012 about the Trayvon Martin shooting incident. (RedHuber/Orlando Sentinel)
On April 2nd the Sentinel reported:
Two weeks ago, during an exclusive interview with the Sentinel, Lee disclosed certain details of the investigation and during that session, attended by Serino and others, Serino said his investigation turned up no reliable evidence that cast doubt on Zimmerman’s account – that he had acted in self-defense.
“The best evidence we have is the testimony of George Zimmerman, and he says the decedent was the primary aggressor in the whole event,” Serino told the Sentinel March 16. “Everything I have is adding up to what he says.” (article)
Now it stands to reason that the reporter(s) (writer(s)) for the April 2nd printed Sentinel article quoted above, were the same reporters in the room on March 16th when this picture was taken. Why did they (the reporters) delay revealing the content of the interview for two weeks? ADD: Indeed, rather than focus on the content of the interview with Police Chief Lee and Detective Serino for the reporting the next morning (Sat April 17th) they reported on the Trayvon Family hearing the tapes. OS Article 3/17
Think !
Was that interview ”off the record” until it later became neccessary, because of Ben Crumps letter to the FEDERAL DOJ with the false charges about Wolfinger and Lee, to be “on the record”? Or did the Orlando Sentinel reporter choose to specifically avoid the construct of the known lack of evidence to contradict Zimmerman’s account. Occam’s Razor.
Obviously if Rene Stutzman had reported the actual interview, and the full content therein, to the public the day of the interview (Friday March 16th) much of the controversy of the false narrative itself would have been stopped. [They would have been out in front of the DeeDee narrative from the following week]. But they did not run with the story shaped to show a lack of evidence. Instead they chose to focus on the Martin family hearing the 911 phone calls? Why? Apparently, the two reporters (Stutzman and Pavuk) heard the tapes, and questioned Bill Lee and Chris Serino – along with others ‘not-named’ but inferred…
The Sentinel article ran an article with the emphasis of the exculpatory information on Monday April 2nd with information from the Friday March 16th interview.
The following day on Tuesday April 3rd the Reuters article mentioned below ran.
Now, [Deep Breath] regarding Serino, I am interested specifically in the aspect of the (homeless man) Sherman Ware police brutality case, and how Serino brought his bias against George Zimmerman (because of that case) into the Trayvon Martin shooting.
In one of the multiple discussion threads there was a Treeper conversation about Serino stating during the interrogation that Zimmerman was “king of the homeless”. I need links to the statement, or pdf, so I can capture screen grabs etc.
Also, any further information about the specific witnesses that Serino interviewed, who may have been compromised, or lead in their storyline by Serino’s obvious bias against Zimmerman.
It was Serino who told Tracy Martin (according to Tracy’s account) that he (Serino) felt Zimmerman was not being truthful about “intent” or “motivation” and he wanted to further pressure Zimmerman to push him on his statements. Martin recalls what Serino said as told to Reuters: -Published April 3rd-
“He told me Zimmerman’s story was that Zimmerman was of course following him and that Trayvon approached his vehicle, walked up to the car and asked Zimmerman, ‘Why are your following me?’ Zimmerman then rolls his car windows down, tells Trayvon ‘I’m not following you.’ He rolls his car windows up.
“Trayvon walks off. Zimmerman said he started running between the buildings. Zimmerman gets out of his car. He comes around the building. Trayvon is hiding behind the building, waiting on him. Trayvon approaches him and says, ‘What’s your problem, homes?’ Zimmerman says ‘I don’t have a problem.’
“Zimmerman starts to reach into his pocket to get his cellphone, and at that point Trayvon attacked him. He says Trayvon hits him. He falls on the ground. Trayvon jumps on top of him, takes his left hand and covers Zimmerman’s mouth and tells him to “shut the Fuck up” and continues to pound on him.
“At that point Zimmerman is able to unholster his weapon and fire a shot, striking Trayvon in the chest. Trayvon falls on his back and says, ‘You got me.’”

During a case anyone can be acting as an informal investigator. As long as authorized by the defense. Maybe the defense could offer us status to really go after them. A volunteer team of internet investigators. Pro Bono.
Here is a post I made in a previous thread.
Serino’s Revenge! PROOF?
Others have postulated that Serino remembered Zimmerman’s criticism of the sanford PD regarding the beating of a homelss guy and had an axe to grind. I was just listening to part one of Serino’s long interview and he seems to have made a freudian slip. @24:38 he sounds agitated and says what sounds like “you’re head of the HOMELESS… head of the whatever!”
http://www.gzlegalcase.com/documents/statements/audio_interview_0229_1.mp3
The letter sent to the NAACP by a concerned Zimmerman family member was dated March 28th but not reported in the press until April 2nd as far as I can tell. The Serino interview was Feb 29, 2012.
So he can’t blame his slip on just hearing about it in the news.
It is not freudian – he mean’t to say that out loud, Serino was ridiculing George…. and let his feelings from the Ware case peek through.
Believe it or not, this is just about enough evidence in bias to throw out Serino testimony from the case completely. Subsequently, ‘fruit of the poisoned tree’ could dispatch anything and everything he immersed himself in.
However, there is no need to take that direction. Ultimately, while Serino had an obvious , albeit palpable, distain for Zimmerman at first, through the investigation he came around to believe that Zimmerman was indeed telling the truth.
How about the Police Station surveilance tape? That should be thrown in too? How does that walk away from a Police Station? Crump was on TV almost immediately saying – this is it – this is the whole case, he has no injuries.
Person or persons have been working from the inside with Crump.
Even Angela Corey doesn’t seem to understand the ethical lines when it comes to Crump Civil action.
It’s all about the Civil Action – and with the Media – it’s all about preserving the Fairy Tale.
.
I think I have to go with unintelligible on that one. Serino has a problem with talking very fast, often doesn’t articulate or enunciate very well and speaks rather abruptly. Also, 41 seconds before that at 23:57 he states to George, “you’re part of the Homeowner’s Association”, so I think there’s a possibility that he simply mashed those two words together and quickly tried to correct himself then said “head of the whatever”, it almost sounds like “head of the homers or homus”. I just think it’s not clear enough to be sure. Sort of like “punks” vs. “coons”, lol, I still get comments on my videos on that.
That’s what I think too. A minute earlier he had asked George if he was a member of the homeowner’s association, and also if he was the head of the neighborhood watch. So I think what he said to George was, “you’re the head of the home…” with the intention of saying “homeowner’s association”, but then caught himself and realized that wasn’t right. So he finishes with “head of the whatever”… that “whatever” being the neighborhood watch. That’s what it seems like to me anyway. I WISH Serino was saying what we thought, but I don’t think he is. But that doesn’t mean he’s not VERY biased against George, I’m sure he is. And there might yet be more proof of that.
Serino was asking Zimmerman why he didn’t know the name of the 3 streets, and starts to say “you’re head of the homeowner’s …” Zimmerman may have started to correct him, and Serino frustrated that he had forgotten the name of the group that Zimmerman was the coordinator of and, goes “head of the whatever”
“With that in mind, and looking at the pictures, what do you think that Police Chief Lee, and Chris Serino were doing at the moment this picture was taken while accompanied by reporters from the Orlando Sentinel.?”
Doing their “Hooked on Ebonics” homework?
Interesting to hear Serino state Dee Dee’s exact words. Was this before or after her interview with Clump?
Crump – Dee Dee interview produced in discovery is, interestingly, undated.
The interview that didn’t happen until the end of March? That interview where they hang up and call her back? The one where Team Skittles leads her down the primrose path?
Serino is just another scumbag who instead of doing his job, is lookling at this as an oppurtunity to advance his career. I’ve encountered many of his type here in south Florida. He is disgusting. In his interogation on the 29th, he say’s to Zimmerman “I answer to this kids parents”. Really Serino? You answer to the kids parents? I would think as an investigator in the Sanford PD you would answer to the people of Seminole county. The only answer the kids parents deserved at the time was this:
“I’m sorry Mr. and Mrs Martin, but all the evidence available shows that your child was killed because he was commiting a felony assault and battery against an innocent citizen of Seminole county”.
These people really piss me off.
Here’s how the MSM wants you all to see this:
Thats it! The Predator did it. I am sold. But really there is no doubt whatsoever that this is a frame up job. I do not even need to see or hear anything more. There is so much evidence in this website. Now it is a matter of the upcoming hearing. I for one do not see why Mr. Z is in jail. Free Zimmerman!
I am with howie this entire story stinks from word go. And the so called American Media jumped on this story the second it broke with “their” “gun” agenda in full force. Regardless “WE” must stand FIRM with GZ, he can not be made a “poster boy” in this story for the WH gun grab.
Free Zimmerman!
Hi Aka – I agree. This is the result of the merger of two groups. These groups judge that, “… no one should own firearms … they are dangerous .. only the police should have firearms”, and the “blacks” (sorry for that term) who think all “whites” are out to hunt down and kill blacks. This is where “white guilt” kicks in – with full flower being the media. Ben Crump played this for all he was worth – and keeps playing it. It seems to work in that, “Thug Community” for some reason. But the blacks don’t need any “Thug permit” to commit crimes. That is their right because they are black.
And I am well within my right to place the cross hairs on the first one that comes thuggish my way!
Actually, the guy on the right looks more like Ben Crump – but I am biased that way!!
Please….dont give them any Ideas. LMAO….nice..
They were begging the Feds to come in – Crump and the City of Sanford.
Civil Rights Investigators and Colonels in the Justice Department PC Brigade were thought to be the Holy Grail. Bonaparte was working his liberal association and race channels and Crump had the Congressional Black Caucus lobbying Justice. The Congressional Black Caucus controls this Justice Dept.
I think that were swinging for the Fences and thought the Justice Dept. would be the Big Payout, the Jackpot. I think Crump somehow thought they would supercede and essentially take over the investigation from all parties.
We know every step of the way that Crump knew things before they happened. He was made aware and given advance notice.
The public was notified on March 19th that the Justice Dept was in town and they had officially opened up their Federal investigation of Trayvon Martin’s death.
Coincidentially, just hours before the official notice is on the wires, Trayvon’s Father discovers the existence of DeeDee and notifiies Crump late that night.
I believe a lot of things were being covered up and Crump was calculating how best to drop things he stated and how best to lead the Justice Dept to “clues” that he thought would benefit him dearly.
Bonaparte got word around that he was the man that would be running things – and Lee was on the way out – and City of Sanford employees knew what Bonaparte wanted to hear. Serino was making a calculating move by hooking his cart to the horse that would be able to elevate his career – and maybe more.
“Lee was on the way out – and City of Sanford employees knew what Bonaparte wanted to hear. Serino was making a calculating move by hooking his cart to the horse that would be able to elevate his career – and maybe more.”
Perhaps Lee was forced out because he refused to endorse Dee Dee, in spite of Crump’s threat of calling in the DOJ. Maybe the moment of decision is depicted in the photo at the top of the page. Lee is thinking, “NFW can I find probable cause based on this ebonics speaking hood rat” and Serino is thinking, “Bonaparte is my new best friend.”
Maybe Lee insisted on doing a real interview on Dee Dee.
The other thing in the Reuters article “What TrayDad said Serino said”. Having seen TrayDad’s other speeches, I’m not sure I’d believe it considering Serino is not in a position to publicly disagree
I think the look on Serino’s face says “don’t throw ME under the damned bus”
O/T but something needs to be said:
Be prepared for a fresh onslaught of negative Zimmerman turds to wash down the the left-wing media colon chute in the event of negative renderings by the Supreme Court.on Obama care you will see a tsunami of “fresh” revelations and explosive allegations regarding this contrived fable of racism, if Obamacare fails – that is about all Obama has going for him.
Why? you ask? Because George Zimmerman is nothing but a pawn in a high stakes-political game stretching all the way from Florida back to Washington D.C.
and that is a real shame.
You won’t see any positive .moves or news for George Zimmerman until after election day when his usefulness to the “Party Goal”. is over. Be forewarned, be ready.
Brown is witness Austin’s mother.
“Brown said that Serino told her that this incident was not self-defense and that he and the other officer had to prove it.
Brown also said that Serino told her to “read between the lines” because there was some “stereotyping” or “racial profiling.” She also said that Serino told her that Zimmerman shot Trayvon because he was black.”
http://www.latinorebels.com/2012/03/29/more-details-about-13-year-old-witness-to-trayvon-martin-case-emerge/
Austin’s mother is full of sh&t.. Serino did not say that to her.
Austin told a reporter Yes that he saw a man in red was on the bottom. This may or may not be true. If he didn’t tell the police this, I think Austin may have just misunderstood the reporter.
Regardless, ever since that day he told the reporter, Austin’s entire family has been completely in the scheme team camp with even Austin starring in a video that promotes black violence to attain the goals they desire.
Chalk it up to “keeping it real”. I wouldn’t believe a word that comes out of anyone in that families mouth right now. If the police had an initial interview with Austin recorded. Now that I would be very interested in hearing. But for now the Austin family has joined the perpetually outraged racialists.
I thinks Austin’s family fear for their son’s safety after they see all of the hate towards Zimmerman they can not have their 13 year old son be a key witness in the case in support of Zimmerman!
The fact that Serino’s police report contains a section talking about GZ only ever calling 911 on young black males was unnecessary and very telling. There was no reason to write that GZ’s call records were checked, obviously for the purpose of seeing if he had called young black males suspicious in the past, and the writing that “all” of his calls were about blacks serves only one purpose, to make him appear to be a racist. The 4 calls Serino lists in his report were calls where others called police and reported black males as suspicious also. The first two dates were when the young mother hid in her upstairs bathroom as she watched 2 young black males break in her sliding door. They were seen leaving the scene when police arrived. I see no purpose for adding that information in his investigation report of the GZ/TM incident. It was also very untrue. He also asked GZ in the interrogation if TM was white would he still have considered him suspicious.
Why ever would Serino add the racial elements right from the start, especially when he undoubtedly knew that GZ advocated for a black homeless man. In order for this case to move up to the DOJ, it had to be determined to be a hate crime. The DOJ cannot just walk in and take over a local case for no reason.
“It was also very untrue.”
and typical of how the grievance industry operates.
Serino is appeasing the headhunters.
“Austin’s mother is full of sh&t.. Serino did not say that to her.”
Maybe somebody else told him to say that and they are blaming it on Serino. Crump stonewalled on the phone pin then Jasmine Rand blamed it on the cops. “Blame it on the cops” might be SOP.
I’m confused. You are saying that maybe somebody else told “him” to say that, in response to a comment that Austins mother is full of sh1t, that Serino didn’t say that to her. Are you talking about Austin, or what his mother said? Most agree that Austin was coached, to change his statements from what he originally said.
The “for public consumption” statements that Ms. Brown made about what Serino told her, that he didn’t believe that GZ was acting in self defense, and that she should read between the lines, it was a racially motivated shooting, need to be investigated. If she is telling the truth, and Serino did in fact make similar statements to her, to retain any integrity in the case, she needs to be put under oath to say that what she previously said was in fact the truth. Serino can very easily fold as an impartial Investigator, whose job is to find the truth and the facts in the case, not to work as he said “he is working for the Martin parents” in this case. That is not seeking the truth, that is a pre-conceived biased investigation against GZ.
I read an earlier comment by SD where he has not gotten down and dirty that all of the SPD officers have acted in the best faith in this investigation. It serves no good purpose to just blanket support every SPD officer who is involved in this case. There are good cops and bad cops in likely every police department. Yes, the Crumpettes have been against the SPD from the beginning. It was a goal to replace Chief Lee from the get go because he didn’t order the arrest of GZ that night. Serino on the other hand has been their lifeline to their racist goals. NO?
Sure investigate. But the Scheme Team is known to say false things about cops. They blamed the phone records obstruction on the cops. They lied in the letter to DOJ about Wolfinger. They lied about TM laying around in morgue for days tagged as John Doe.
One thing seems clear: somebody coached Austin.
Wolfinger had an interview with Crump. Then Crump lied. Then Wolfuinger STATED EXPLICITLY THAT CRUMP *LIED*. The letter was totally ignored. This is terrible. Wolfinger was owed a hearing on what they said. But then he was “kicked aside” – because everyone was afraid of a “Thug Riot”.
That’s all very true JG. My point is in not getting hung up on every member from the SPD may not have had the best intentions. I am all in with the Crumpy’s wanting early on in wanting to blame the SPD as a whole. From some of the police reports, there were officers that seemed to add additions to their reports seemingly to exonarate themselves. There was one in particular that even said, and that is all I had to do with this investigation.
Yeah, the Crumpy’s have done everything in their power to demonize the entire SPD, including their role in getting Chief Lee fired. That in no way shape or form exonerates the entire SPD force, especially when so much of what Serino wrote and included in his interview is so much closer to the Crump narrative than to seeking justice and the truth where ever it lead. There were absolutely SPD officers that were seeking the truth and facts, I cannot include Serino in that effort.
Perhaps this OS story and corresponding NYT story were based out of the Mar 16 interview between OS and SPD?
http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/2012-03-26/news/os-trayvon-martin-zimmerman-account-20120326_1_miami-schools-punch-unarmed-black-teenager
Zimmerman’s account
This is what the Sentinel has learned about Zimmerman’s account to investigators:
He said he was on his way to the grocery store when he spotted Trayvon walking through his gated community.
Trayvon was visiting his father’s fiancée, who lived there. He had been suspended from school in Miami after being found with an empty marijuana baggie. Miami schools have a zero-tolerance policy for drug possession.
Police have been reluctant to provide details about their evidence.
But after the Sentinel story appeared online Monday morning, City Manager Norton Bonaparte Jr. issued a news release, saying there would be an internal-affairs investigation into the source of the leak and, if identified, the person or people involved would be disciplined.
He did not challenge the accuracy of the information.
http://www.nytimes.com/2012/03/27/us/shooter-of-florida-teen-describes-assault.html
The details were the most thorough yet to be revealed from Mr. Zimmerman’s point of view, and emerged on Monday as thousands were arriving in town to march and attend a meeting about the shooting and the investigation that followed. In the 911 calls that have been released, Mr. Zimmerman is heard deciding, against a dispatcher’s advice, to follow Trayvon, whom he deemed “up to no good.”
A context comment while considering the questions that are being asked to consider for this thread.
The SPD had delivered their report to Wolfinger’s office several days prior to Friday March 16th when they were interviewed by the OS.
The Miami Herald piece at the link gives an account of the timing of events and statements that we’re happening.
(Wolfinger and Lee had a remarkable degree of personal strength to keep due process on track as well as they did.)
http://www.miamiherald.com/2012/03/19/2703029/us-department-of-justice-fbi-and.html
A grand jury will look into the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, Seminole County State Attorney Norm Wolfinger said Tuesday.
“I share in the desire of the family and the community to accurately collect and evaluate all the facts surrounding the tragic death of Trayvon Martin,” said Wolfinger in a statement released Tuesday morning. “That is why I directed the expeditious review of the investigation which was delivered by the Sanford Police Department one week ago today….
I always thought Serino had a preordained beef with Zimmerman; was Serino looking for “poetic justice” in that after the Ware incident where Zimmerman had “brought” the awareness of the NAACP to the Sanford Police Department that same group would be Zimmerman’s undoing??

O/T Is there a way to follow without commenting? TIA
I don’t even know of a way to follow if you do comment.
when you post a comment directly under where you enter your details, on the left had side is a lil box that says NOTIFY ME OF FOLLOW UP COMMENTS VIA EMAIL. Personally thats only way I know.It fills up your email fast, but easier to stay caught up than going line by line. Hope this helps a little bit
I have tried checking that box and nothing happens.
Dee Dee seems to have scrubbed: https://twitter.com/x_FashionObsess
About time and great catch. This was predicted a long time ago….
We still have all the screen shot.
Expose them to sunlight..and see how they scurry away.
I still have hope that Deedee has a conscience. After all, while her story was nonsensical jibberish. If she wanted too (and had the balls to risk federal jail time) the scheme team could have concocted her story in her entirety to make things appear much worse for Zimmerman.
As noted, as of now, Deedee story is just a bunch of nonsensical jibberish. Enough to use in the probable cause affadavit without a grand jury but very risky to put her on the stand. And also a little bit of redmeat for the perpetually outraged racialists.
I would bet money Trayvon told Deedee, EXACTLY what he was going to do, before he assaulted George. Deedee knows it, and that is EXACTLY why she did not want to talk to anyone about the conversation.
Here’s hoping Deedee has a conscience.
That was easy:

she doesnt even know what the word means
Actually they did not wait to publish the facts, it was actually very good reporting by them and they posted the story the following day on March 17th. Its a two page article so read both pages, the April 2nd article you are looking at was obviously a re-run of a prior story! Please update your article as it was the MSM who never picked up on this article, I even sent this link to Fox News multiple times after it ran and no one responded! http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/2012-03-17/news/os-trayvon-martin-shooting-911-call-20120316_1_deadly-shooting-shot-man-reports
The problem for me with the piece is they buried the interview with the police who had completed their investigation in all the Crump team/Triplett/Bonaparte event.
The OS reporting doesn’t appear to me to mention the SPD had give their investigation report to Wolfinger’s office earlier in the week. So there is no sense from the article that due process is moving forward. That to me is evidence of pretty significant bias. In my opinion this piece is one of the strongest examples to me of biased reporting.
Actually it was not buried here is the article ran March 16th by Wesh 2. http://www.wesh.com/Police-No-Grounds-For-Arrest-In-Trayvon-Martin-Death/-/11788876/13118776/-/9blqqiz/-/index.html
They also ran a news broadcast that outlined info gathered in the meeting the same day, look at this youtube video around the 2 minute mark they broadcast it to the public. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3RaknmTkjvU
Let me make a quick note, we are so quick to question everything else we read why should we not in turn question what we read on this site and question the facts?
As to the advice you have…I don’t question as a “we”, nor do I teach my kids to question as a “we”. It does not develop individual conscience. The principle I use in questioning is…never hand over power for your thinking to a power you do not know. So…no we.
I did think you chose an excellent piece of OS reporting bias though. It moved into my top spot.
NeverFollow, the story you cite from March 17th, again by Stutzman, is filled with more lies from the Scheme Team, and false narrative assistance from the Orlando Sentinel Slant, and is, in fact, divergent in substantial construct from the article of April 2nd.
The content of their 17th run (the link you provide) is the Sentinel advancement of the poor innocent Trayvon narrative against the backdrop of the 911 calls. Compare the two articles and you will note an emphasis on two different points.
While you are running shield for the Sentinel, perhaps you want to explain one specific lie directly from the Sentinel. I will offer them it quotes:
The police agency never decided to release the 911 calls, the mayor (Triplett) released them against the expressed instruction of Police Chief Lee NOT to do so.
The Orlando Sentinel knew this clearly, however, with specific and intentional disinformation they framed a false aspect to this story. They lied. The entire construct of the remainder of the article is slanted propaganda, spewing talking points without identifying the false claims for the reader, and can only been seen as intentionally meaning to carry water for the Scheme Team. Hence the “two shots fired” printed without challenging and directly confronting an easily known lie told by Natalie Jackson.
Nowhere within the article does it cite “who” all the players were in the room on this late night Friday the 16th Mayors office visit. We know Crump, Jackson, Martin, Fulton, Sharpton, Jackson, Brown, Williams, Bonaparte, were there along with Mayor Triplett. But who else, and didn’t it seem in the least bit odd to the author that all Pro-Trayvon contingents were present without any counter for the position, or representation, of the Sanford Police Dept.? No, of course not…. I mean, they were only actually responsible for “the investigation”….. can’t have any of those pesky facts getting in way of the scheme.
Most of the article is repeating false information being spread by Jackson, Crump, and parks, without framing the print work as only one side of an obviously biased presentation.
No need to attack and point out lies in the article, I do not represent the OS, I did not attack your misrepresentation claiming they waited 2 weeks to run their story as a LIE! People make mistakes, its those who are not man enough to admit they made a mistake and instead point the finger at the whistle blower that we should question!
Avoidance. Answer the question.
Two unrelated articles…… what mistake should I admit to? Your slip is showing.
Psst…..your requested video is ready.
No need for a pissing contest, just fix your mistake now that you stand corrected or do you want to be the one who is actually misleading people? Your whole train of thought thinking they were misleading by delaying the news story, however they did not delay revealing the content of the interview for two weeks therefore the rest of your speculation has been laid to rest.
You were quoted in your blog as saying the following:
“Now it stands to reason that the reporter(s) (writer(s)) for the April 2nd printed Sentinel article quoted above, were the same reporters in the room on March 16th when this picture was taken. Why did they (the reporters) delay revealing the content of the interview for two weeks?
Think !
Was that interview ”off the record” until it later became neccessary, because of Ben Crumps letter to the FEDERAL DOJ with the false charges about Wolfinger and Lee, to be “on the record”? Occam’s Razor.
Obviously if Rene Stutzman had reported the actual interview, and the content therein, to the public the day of the interview (Friday March 16th) much of the controversy of the false narrative itself would have been stopped. [They would have been out in front of the DeeDee narrative from the following week]. But they did not run with the story? Why not? Apparently, the two reporters (Stutzman and Pavuk) heard the tapes, and questioned Bill Lee and Chris Serino – along with others ‘not-named’ but inferred…
The Sentinel article ran on Monday April 2nd with information from the Friday March 16th interview. The following day on Tuesday April 3rd the Reuters article mentioned below ran.
In reply to what you have added after the fact to your blog entry, while the OS article I gave you that they ran on the 17th did have the info you were quick to take my word, perhaps the OS did run the story on March 16th I only supplied you the one from the 17th to see if you would fall for the bait! In which you did! You need to research all of the articles ran from the OS on the 16th, if you want I can provide you an alternative news source that ran a story based off of the March 16th findings that the OS was able to uncover, here is Wesh2 on March 16th directly addressing the findings of the meeting, its a 4 page report, while they may side with the victims family they do come right out and discuss the meat of the meeting. http://www.wesh.com/Police-No-Grounds-For-Arrest-In-Trayvon-Martin-Death/-/11788876/13118776/-/9blqqiz/-/index.html
This ain’t a game jackass. That’s the date on the article. If you wanna play bait go somewhere else, if you have something substantive to provide, then just provide it…. put it out there and let it stand.
It is progs who like to play “gotcha” so obviously you are a prog. And an annoying one too.
I appreciate all you do in exposing the mistruths that are put out by the media in regards to this case, perhaps you should also appreciate that someone would also point out your mistruths, I have to admit I did not intentionally bait you by posting the article from the 17th, I made that recent comment to be a jack ass, you are correct! Please accept my appology for that comment, and please just understand that I was only correcting you, I honestly feel a majority of your speculation in your blog post was due to you thinking they waited to release the info they gathered at the March 16th meeting, now that you know that they reported on it that day do you not feel that it is important to correct your blog entry? The rest of your points about the detective are great, but the speculation about an EVIL INTENT to mislead the public by delaying the release of the news story should really be removed!
Neverfollow, you present the WESH article as some wierd method of credibility or proof of your defensive claims of The Orlando Sentinel.
But why? The WESH article was written BEFORE Stutzman even sat down with Lee and Serino. Check your timelines: 7:52 AM EDT Mar 16, 2012 publication time for WESH article. Obviously, they could NOT be citing the Orlando Sentinel interview with Lee/Serino. The interview had not even happened yet.
Show me that the time stamp is even correct before you present it as a fact! And where did you get the information in regards who the time and date the interview went with the OS and the SPD?

It really is annoying having to spend time chasing down answers you can easily find on your own with a little effort.
The time stamp could be wrong and more then likely is wrong due to the fact that the meeting had not taken place yet, therefore unless they are physic they would not know the info from the meeting, so any logical conclusion would be that the time stamp is wrong, your screen print with your little note does not mean that it is correct, please dont believe everything you see on the internet, people do make mistakes you should know that!
I have allowed you to hijack this thread long enough. Your behavior is substantially that of a Troll trying to distract attention from the conversation. NOTE: I am placing you in moderation and if you wish to continue posting here you can write your case to the email address provided on the page.
Gnats are annoying.
Thank you SD. Now that the “facts” of the case are coming to light the media has been highly criticized for their misreporting of this case from the beginning. Chris Plant, radio host last week said that this case has been one of the most misreported in recent history. Rush has been spending some time in calling out the media for playing the doctored 911 tape. Those in the media are starting to sweat it because they know they have all opened themselves up to redicule and hopefully worse. It’s a good thing that some have been taking screen caps of all of the articles who have been guilty of journalistic malpractice, I suspect that many of those articles will disappear just as Ryan Julison’s facebook entries have.
Now according to Neverfollow the time stamp is “wrong”?
jeez, a reach is the answer every time one is cornered with the facts.
Thx SD & mods for all you do

Be Forewarned – This is a personal rant!
Natalie Jackson says what???!!! “Allowing others 2 defend GZ’s actions, is a threat 2 ALL young men of color (those most viewed as “suspicious” or “scary” on a dark night).”. What the h3ll does she mean ALLOW others to defend? Who does she think she is? I don’t need her or the NBPP’s or the NAACP’s or JJ’s or Zero’s permission to defend anyone. I’ll defend in my public statements whomever I feel is being wronged by the system. It’s called the First Amendment, sweetie. And she/”they” had better think well before trying to take that away from me.

Looks like the time stamp was correct, according to the twitter posts it looks like the March 16th meeting was being held at 5:23 AM – 16 Mar 12. The wesh story broke at was updated at 7:52 AM, that is why I asked Sundance to provide his source for what time the meeting took place, my speculation that the time stamp was incorrect is false and I stand corrected!
Zimmerman segment coming up on Whoraldo FoxNews.
Bill Lee could see what TEAM SKITTLES was doing from the beginning, he was quoted from above article saying “I would hope that they’d make a difference, to try to stop or slow down … the high state of emotions,” Police Chief Bill Lee Jr. told the Sentinel in an exclusive interview Friday.
Lee said he is frustrated that Trayvon’s family, its lawyers and others have ripped his department for its handling of the case. He is not a racist, he said, and his officers conducted a thorough and fair investigation and did nothing underhanded or untruthful.
“The hysteria, the media circus, it’s just crazy,” Lee said. “It’s the craziest damn thing I’ve ever seen, and it’s sad. It’s sad for the city of Sanford, the police department, because I know in my heart we did a good job.”
I think the police did a fine job. Going after Serino and the police doesn’t make an iota of sense. That is the same line of attack the racial grievance crowd is using.
We must remember that Serino, just like every other detective investigating a case have different tactics when interviewing a suspect, one only needs to watch A&E’s the First 48 to see the various tactics! I dont think Serino was totally out of line, I do think Zimmerman should be pounded on any and all of his statements and inconsistencies by the investigating detectives, Serino knew how big this case was getting so he made sure to go back at Zimmerman and question his story, if he didnt the SPD would have to answer for it, he was just covering their tails!
The detectives were getting statements. Not pounding him on previous statements. They were afraid he would lawyer up, the biggest fear of a Detective. They got written, video, lie detector, anything they could to trap him. They failed. Try pounding your head against the wall a few times. It may help.
I’m thinking NeverFollow works at the Slantinel and Serino is the main leaker.
Hi Never Follow – You are making my point!! This is why, as soon as Zimmerman was suspected of more that Justified Homicide, the police should have stated that you have a right to an lawyer. Had, with complete innocence (that he is) gotten that lawyer, Serino could NOT HAVE POUNDED GZ, TO SQUEEZE OUT “GUILTY -LIKE ” STATEMENTS FROM GZ. Further, he could not have “fed” those statements to Crump. Further, he could not have inferred that GZ “hated blacks” and other distortions. Yes I know Serino played these “word games” – but they cost GZ dearly. This future trial is going to cost $2,000,000 and will probably he a hung jury.
BS. If the police did a fine job, remember their job is to protect the innocent, then George Zimmerman would not be in jail.
If the police did a fine job, they would have openly and publically, condemned the State falsifying charges against Zimmerman that are fabricated from thin air. The SPD found no reason to indict. So I would’nt attach some measure of “fine job” to them at all.
Not one bit.
I think your missing the point that the police concluded their investigation by not making an arrest, it was not the SPD that found no reason to indict, that is not their job, that job is left to the Prosecutor and Grand Jury, police make arrests not indict!
wrong.
The investigation was on going it wasn’t closed. The prosecutors does indict using evidence provided by the police. Officers then detectives then the prosecutors office. Ever heard of a rush to judgement? I never read anything that the case was closed. I did read that they didn’t have enough evidence at that time to arrest.
This is why GZ needed legal protection. Serino wanted to play the ‘race card’ against GZ. If GZ had a lawyer – it would have stopped Serino from coaching witnesses against GZ. But far more important – a lawyer would have insisted on a hearing before a Judge, as required under, “Stand Your Ground”, to prevent ANY LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE INNOCENT GEORGE ZIMMERMAN. That would have stopped Serino/Crump from ever getting started. That in fact was the intent of SYG – to stop this type of harassment.
“remember their job is to protect the innocent”
Actually, the US Supreme Court has clearly stated that they have no duty to protect anyone.
That is total BS RPS. Law Enforcement officers are there to “enforce the laws” many of which are to protect the innocent from the criminal. If they had no duty to protect anyone, why would they even bother to bring in a swat team in hostage situations. Why bother arresting anyone who commits murder, rape, or burglary if it is not their duty to protect the innocent and/or victims?
We have to disagree on that on one. Some of things Serino says.
Trayvon was (reportedly) a well mannered child. Trayvon was a child with a bright future.
I wonder how many 17 accused of Felonies these same Cops have referred to as a “child” in the past. We don’t need Police making political calculations – there’s going to be a lot of controversy over this. Their job is to follow and enforce the law – not contemplate community controversy.
.
I’d love to know GZ’s opinion of Serino. Maybe when this is all over he can write a whole chapter about it
NeverFollow, again you are manipulating words to fit your agenda, I’m not sure what your agenda is here, but Treepers need to be aware of your illicit intent.
Example of the NeverFollow manipulation from this comment above: Quoting the article and citing Chief Lee, NeverFollow pastes the following copy:
However, within the quote from Bill Lee, Neverfollow reflects upon the false content of the word “they”. Police Chief Lee was not talking about the Scheme Team, Police Chief Lee was talking about the FEDS. Correct context below:
Actually Bill directly addressed TEAM SKITTLES! “Lee said he is frustrated that Trayvon’s family, its lawyers and others have ripped his department for its handling of the case. He is not a racist, he said, and his officers conducted a thorough and fair investigation and did nothing underhanded or untruthful.”
Yes he did. However, that was not the subject of the quotation you used above.
Also, semi-related, are you familiar with writers use of “…”, or [...], ? and what that use implies? Go look at the quote again.
You said “NeverFollow, again you are manipulating words to fit your agenda, I’m not sure what your agenda is here, but Treepers need to be aware of your illicit intent”. You assert I have an agenda, then contradict your claim in the following sentence by saying you are not even sure what my agenda is? Do I have an agenda or dont I, and if you think I have an agenda why dont you ask? Maybe you just feel like I was in no position to correct you on your blog entry and you are now going to single me out to try and discredit me, as if I am here for an EVIL PURPOSE! Just like they delayed releasing the info from the meeting for two weeks because they had an EVIL PURPOSE!!!!
Now you are really getting annoying. You have an agenda. What is it?
I read somewhere that Serino was the Point-man for the Feds initially.
Maybe some projection here with Serino and the wannbe-Cop stuff. Maybe Serino had fantasies of becoming a Federal agent or FBI.
Do you recall where someone reported another Sanford officer recommended that Zimmerman be charged? Well, someone was busy eating up the lines correcting the media that it was actually Serino. I’m betting those calls were coming from Serino himself, and he wanted credit
Mark my words, Dee Dee and Serino have been following this case in the media as close as the most die-hard enthusiast here.
.
Serino was at one time a Uniformed Federal Law Enforcement officer in Hawaii for about three years. He has spent the last 15ish years as a Homicide Detective in Sanford. That would appear to me to be a demotion, to go from working for the Feds to small town detective. I have to wonder why he left his position in Hawaii. I’m sure that will never be found. Serino seems to have a desire to make a name for himself somehow, somewhere, and in whatever way he can. He has used Zimmerman as his vehicle to bigger and better things. Who would have offered him those bigger and better things? Doing all he could to paint Zimmerman as a racist gives one a hint.
Um, not to rain on a parade, but…
From Saturday, March 17: http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/2012-03-17/news/os-trayvon-martin-shooting-911-call-20120316_1_deadly-shooting-shot-man-reports
“I would hope that they’d make a difference, to try to stop or slow down … the high state of emotions,” Police Chief Bill Lee Jr. told the Sentinel in an exclusive interview Friday.
…
Investigator Chris Serino of Sanford police said Friday the agency has worked closely with prosecutors, and have not arrested Zimmerman because prosecutors have consistently told them they do not have enough evidence to win a manslaughter conviction.
That’s because Zimmerman says he was defending himself, something he’s allowed to do under Florida law.
The best account of what happened came from Zimmerman, Serino said. Other witnesses who saw or heard parts of what happened corroborate his version of events, the investigator said.
And from March 26: http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/2012-03-26/news/os-trayvon-martin-zimmerman-account-20120326_1_miami-schools-punch-unarmed-black-teenager
With a single punch, Trayvon Martin decked the Neighborhood Watch volunteer who eventually shot and killed the unarmed 17-year-old, then Trayvon climbed on top of George Zimmerman and slammed his head into the sidewalk, leaving him bloody and battered, law-enforcement authorities told the Orlando Sentinel.
That is the account Zimmerman gave police, and much of it has been corroborated by witnesses, authorities say. There have been no reports that a witness saw the initial punch Zimmerman told police about.
Again, copy and paste job to take stuff out of context. You must be related to Never Follow. The substance, the goal, the intent, of the article posted by the Sentinel on 3/17 was not to write about how the evidence supported Zimmerman. The intent was to show how the 911 calls supported the Scheme Team.
What about this is difficult for you guys to see.?
The rebuttal to the false narrative being sold was not evident until 4/2. The question remains. why did they wait?
Since you like our copy and paste so much here is goes again one more time for you, maybe you will be able to comprehend this time if I break it down for you.
Think ! ~~~OK IM THINKING, THE ANSWER TO YOU QUESTION IS THAT THEY DID NOT DELAY REVEALING THE CONTENT OF THE INTERVIEW, YOU WERE MISTAKEN, IT WAS REPORTED ON THE SAME DAY MARCH 16th.
Was that interview ”off the record” until it later became neccessary, because of Ben Crumps letter to the FEDERAL DOJ with the false charges about Wolfinger and Lee, to be “on the record”? Occam’s Razor. ~~~~~~~~~~~~I DONT THINK THERE IS ANY RELATION, IF THERE IS ANY RELATION YOU ARE NOT PRESENTING ANY FACTS TO BACK UP YOUR CLAIM~~~~~~~~~~~
Obviously if Rene Stutzman had reported the actual interview, and the content therein, to the public the day of the interview(Friday March 16th) much of the controversy of the false narrative itself would have been stopped. [They would have been out in front of the DeeDee narrative from the following week]. But they did not run with the story? Why not? Apparently, the two reporters (Stutzman and Pavuk) heard the tapes, and questioned Bill Lee and Chris Serino – along with others ‘not-named’ but inferred…~~~~~~THEY DID REPORT IT ON THE 16th, THIS HAS BEEN POINTED OUT TO YOU NOW, THEREFORE YOUR SPECULATION ON THIS SHOULD BE LAID TO REST, SINCE IT WAS ACTUALLY REPORTED AND IT DID NOTHING TO STOP TEAM SKITTLES FALSE NARRATIVE~~~~~~~
The Sentinel article ran on Monday April 2nd with information from the Friday March 16th interview. The following day on Tuesday April 3rd the Reuters article mentioned below ran. ~~~~~~THE ARTICLE YOU ARE QUOTING FROM WAS A RE-RUN FROM A PREVIOUS ARTICLE, BUT YOU FAILED TO DO DUE DILIGENCE IN RESEARCHING IT MORE BEFOREHAND, THUS YOU SHOULD JUST ADMIT YOUR MISTAKE, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU CANT JUST ADMIT YOU WERE WRONG!~~~~~~~
Now I am certain your intent is to hijack the discussion. You are a Troll.
GET IT THROUGH YOUR FLIPPIN HEAD. My post was about the “intent” of the Orlando Sentinel. They could have presented the exact same substance of 4/2 on the date of 3/17. They did not.
If you want to know an authors intent, as in what the goal of their writing is, all you have to do is look at the article TITLE.
Trayvon Martin shooting: Screams, shots heard on 911 call
By Rene Stutzman and Bianca Prieto, Orlando Sentinel
3:15 p.m. EST, March 17, 2012
Lawyer for Trayvon’s family: Wolfinger and police chief met the night teen was killed
By Rene Stutzman and Amy Pavuk, Orlando Sentinel
5:56 p.m. EST, April 2, 2012
They used the 3/16 interview in both articles. However, the “intent” was not to show the absence of credible evidence against Zimmerman until they were discussing the rebuke of Chief Lee against the false claims of Benjamin Crump in the 4/2 article. Does that clarify for you yet?
It matters not if they wrote about anything between 3/16 and 4/2 unrelated to the absence of credible evidence against Zimmerman. The interview which provided them the police standpoint of NO EVIDENCE was not highlighted, WITH INTENT, between the time of the interview and 4/2.
Looking back at your update #13 concerning Ryan Julison’s FB postings is helpful at this juncture. March 13th (which is my best estimate on when the SPD investigative report was received by Wolfinger’s office). You can see what the theme of the stories was Julison was working on so to speak.
So the theme of the week, in my opinion, was related to the Event of Wolfinger’s office getting the report…and the awareness that a announcement of convening a grand jury would probably be soon in coming.
Someone mentionted this earlier, get a load of this:
“Cheryl Brown was at a Walmart that night when her daughter called, crying. She hurried home to find police blocking the gates to her subdivision. She parked her car across the street and ran to her kids.
Her son, Austin, was hysterical. He had been right there, walking the dog, when he heard the cry for help. But then Sake had pulled off the leash. As her son chased the boxer, he had heard the gunshot.
“What if the dog hadn’t gotten loose? What if he had tried to help? My son is 13,” Brown said. “He looks a lot like Trayvon.”
For her son’s whole life, Brown said, she has told him: If someone’s chasing you, run. “What if it’s a kidnapper? Or someone trying to beat or rob you?” she asked.
She stopped walking the dog and shook her head. “But if he runs, does that make him even more suspicious?” Brown wiped her eyes. “What makes someone suspicious? That’s what worries me the most.”
• • •
Okay, Ms. Sharpton.
.
“Her son, Austin, was hysterical.”
LOL, the kid was cool on the 911 call.
Austin Brown was as coached as DeeDee was. He first told the police that it was the guy on the bottom screaming, until his thinking was adjusted by his mother who is no doubt looking to get a pay day out of the incident.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/03/17/trayvon-martin-killing-yo_n_1355795.html
Austin is 13 and Chad is 14, Bet they go to the same school and I wonder if the two single Mom’s know each other.
Does anyone know when Austin made the remarks that the guy in red was on the bottom, and that it was the guy on the bottom who was screaming? Did he talk to the police that night?
I think there is a video of the kid telling a reporter that he saw a guy on the ground with a red shirt. Then his dog got away and he pursued the dog.
Where did the dog go? why did it run. If it was my dog and it would have got off leash it would have ran towards what was going on. Do we know if the dog even ran away.

“New Taped Interview Prove That Sanford PD Didn’t Believe Zimmerman’s Story”
by Kirsten West Savali – Friday, 11:59 *** Below Article Is 8 Interviews – Audio – mp3****
Excerpt from article
“Zimmerman replied, ‘I wasn’t following him; I was just going in the same direction he was.’
Serino responded, ‘That’s following.’
Serino referred to Zimmerman as probably being a ‘good guy,’ but found it suspicious that his minor injuries didn’t match his account of being viciously beaten by a ‘child carrying candy and an iced tea. He also noted that Zimmerman had no defensive wounds on his hands, as one would expect from such a violent struggle.
According to the Herald:
Zimmerman repeatedly told police that Trayvon Martin sucker-punched him, tried to suffocate him and bashed his head into the concrete to the point it felt his “head was going to explode.” He said Trayvon tried to take his gun from him before saying: ‘You’re going to die tonight, motherf—–.’
But Serino wondered why Zimmerman’s skull wasn’t fractured, why he didn’t know the street names of a tiny neighborhood where he’d lived for three years… Serino got him to acknowledge what Trayvon’s parents and lawyers have said all along: that Zimmerman got out of his car that night not so much to check for an address to give police, but to find out where the teen went.
‘That was a kid with a future, a kid with folks that care. Not a goon,’ he said. ‘In his mind’s eye, he perceived you as a threat. He has every right to defend himself.’ ” – Kirsten West Savali
feed://newsone.com/feed/
I had the chance to listen to audio #1
“OK the date is February 22, 2012. Investigator Singleton”
oops! February 22? She was nice and was empathetic. Investigator referred to the unknown person as a guy. Later in the interview Investigator Singleton asked Mr. Zimmerman, how old he thought the person was. George said early twenties – late teens.
Excerpt posted above, Serino found it suspicious that George’s injuries didn’t match his account of being viciously beaten by a ‘child” carrying candy and iced tea.
Child, Candy, and Iced Tea – Talking points? Did Serino even know the age of this 6 ft.”child,” when he made those statements? Serino wonder why Zimmerman’s skull wasn’t fractured?
You would be surprised. The skull can take a pounding without having a fracture. Isn’t George’s Mother Peruvian? Well that explains it. Peruvians are known for their thick skulls. I just wished that George went to the hospital and had a CAT Scan to rule out any subdural/epidural hematoma. George is not a street fighter and has a low pain threshold. Mixed that with unanswered calls for help, plus fear and you get blood curdling screams. Serino also noted that Zimmerman had no defensive wounds on his hands, as one would expect from such a violent struggle. As one would expect? I wouldn’t necessarily expect it. Did Serino ever work the streets? Serino is assuming too much. Zimmerman was not fighting back. Trayvon was using his fists, not a knife or sharp object. From the sound of his screams I think Zimmerman was basically frozen in fear. I am surprised Zimmerman was able to answer the questions. If George had some inconsistencies, (leaving out a word here and there), that would be consistent for a person who just went through a traumatic event. He was able to recall quite a bit, since it happened in a flash. Sometimes people just block out the entire event. That was traumatic for him. How do I know that? Because he is the guy that goes out of his way to help people. He is the Do No Harm Guy. The Guy who looks out for his neighbors. But George is a little naive, a little too trusting. He had nothing to hide, that is why he didn’t request legal council. But that was a mistake. He doesn’t realize who & what he is dealing with.
Daniel Greenfield knows. His article posted below.
Serino wondered why Zimmerman didn’t know the street names of a tiny,(love the adjectives) neighborhood where he lived for three years. I can relate to that. I know the main streets, but I have a mental block when it comes to remembering street names. That’s after 15+ years living in a tiny neighborhood. I better make it a point to start remembering street names.
You never know.
So Serino doesn’t believe Zimmerman. Ha. What part? The part where he called the
non-emergency line to report an unknown entity? That part. Or the part where he was checking the street sign, to be sure of the right location? If You have plans to do harm to someone, You don’t call the police first. Period.
Bottom Line. Trayvon was suspended from school for who knows what. The adults are MIA, leaving Trayvon,(who also leaves), in charge of 14 year old Chad? So it seems everyone involved wants to lay their guilt onto George and nail him to a cross. Well it’s not going to happen.
That Neighborhood Watch needs to add 2 new rules.
1. All Residents are required to have guest passes for all visitors.
2. Residents who want to invite visitors with a criminal background, must also get permission and give advance warning to all residents, so they can clear out of dodge.
Love this one – Serino talking to George “… in his mind’s eye, he,(Trayvon), perceived you as a threat. He has every right to defend himself.” – Serino “He” perceived you as a threat.? When was that? When Zimmerman quickly rolled up his windows while “he” Trayvon circled the car? Or when he jumped out of the bushes? If Trayvon was so afraid, why didn’t he just go home and lock the door? “He has every right to defend himself.” – Serino
Did I miss something? Did Trayvon have a need to defend himself? Serino keeps planting little seeds to control and change the narrative.
“We Are All George Zimmerman” – Daniel Greenfield – April 15, 2012
http://sultanknish.blogspot.com/2012/04/we-are-all-george-zimmerman.html
Hi Tula,.
Let me bring out a crucial point. FOR SELF-DEFENSE TO BE CLAIMED – YOU DON’T HAVE TO SHOW ANY INJURY. You just have to convince a jury that you were in fear of grave bodily harm. Getting sucker-punched in the face – and knocked down – IS ALL IT TAKES. The “head pounding” is not “necessary proof”. Thus this is enough for SYG, and “Self-defense”.
“Zimmerman repeatedly told police that Trayvon Martin sucker-punched him, tried to suffocate him and bashed his head into the concrete to the point it felt his “head was going to explode.” He said Trayvon tried to take his gun from him before saying: ‘You’re going to die tonight, motherf—–”
There is no evidence against this statement by George. His nose was broken, and his back was wet and stained with grass.
Thanks for your post!
Hi myopiafree,
Yes, In a court of law, you don’t have to show any injury for a self-defense claim.
but the “Court of Public Opinion,” is in session 24/7 via the MSM.

Interesting article… the funny thing is it talks about the “media strategy” and Ryan Julison. Still plenty of lies and misinformation.
Tula – that is an excellent paper. I recommend we all read it. Excerpt:
“In the past, a media organ that reported a blatant lie might have at least paused on getting caught, but we live in a post-fact society now. The only thing that happens is that the media shrugs and doubles down on the narrative. George Zimmerman isn’t white? Just call him a white-hispanic. Insist that Latinos are really white even though your entire practice has been to loudly scream the opposite. Accuse anyone who points out that Zimmerman doesn’t look much like Larry the Cable Guy of being a racist. Problem solved.
++++++
Let me add that the habit of the Media of describing “un-armed kid, versus MURDER GEORGE ZIMMERMAN”, must eventually require that libel and/or slander charges be brought against those int he Media who are doing it. Otherwise this practice will continue. This is not much better than the “Stalinist’ trials, where to be accused in the news paper – meant that you were automatically guilty. i know GZ can’t do it now – but when he gets “Free” there need to be a response to go after all who don’t know that publication does not give you the right to convict the innocent in the press.
Thanks!
Hoods are appropriate attire for Tcong supporters.
Like George, I have Inattentive ADD. I take 30 mgs of Adderall twice a day. I constantly struggle to find the right words to describe/explain things (especially under pressure). My memory is horrible. Especially when it involves time, prices, numbers. I have no concept of time or distance. I lose track of my thoughts and sentences so easily. I can’t tell you what i did yesterday in detail unless i wrote it down. I remember things at the most random times, sometimes days or weeks after someone asks me. My brain changes gears but i dont always communicate that to the people i’m talking to. Its not on purpose. So when i say something most people have no idea where that came from. Its hard to explain. As i watch George’s interviews etc, i can tell he is struggling to explain himself. It’s not easy. Especially when his life depends on it and team Crump is waiting to twist your words.
Thanks for that. Makes sense. I think George did VERY well under the circumstances. He got most of the details right, but didn’t always put them in the right order, repeated a few things, etc. The one obvious one was him talking about calling police NEN while parked at the Clubhouse, and then driving around and parking again. And then Trayvon going behind the buildings and then coming back, etc. There’s just not enough time for parts of that to have happened exactly the way he says, so I think it’s clear that he’s just getting some things jumbled in his mind. But what is just as clear: He is NOT lying. He knows everything was recorded, and yet he says some things that were not said on the tape. So there is NO reason for him to intentionally lie… he’s just a bit confused at times. Considering everything he’d just been through, and considering the ADD, it’s perfectly understandable. And if I’m not mistaken, in the one interview with Serino, the cop seemed kinda surprised when George told him he had ADD. Serino even sounded a bit more sympathetic to the memory loss and confusion at that point.
People are making a big deal about whether George got out of the truck to “follow” Trayvon, as opposed to getting out so he could “find an address”. And George himself has admitted at least twice that I know of that he WAS to some extent “following” at one point. So there’s no reason for him to deny that. What I think is going on is, again, he’s getting things jumbled. Before Trayvon “ran”, George was already thinking to himself, “I’m gonna have to find a better address to give the cops”. And so when he got out of the truck, for the first few seconds he was trying to keep Trayvon in sight, but once that failed, he went ahead with his “finding an address” plan.
I wanna ask you something. Does ADD cause you to get stuck on a certain relatively unimportant detail, that just keeps bugging you? For George, that seems to be his inability to get the dispatcher to understand where he’s trying to guide the cops to. On the NEN call, he tries several times… “Nooo…. you come straight in, don’t turn. Then you go to the left and…” He sounded real frustrated. But what struck me is that even a day later, while doing the walkthrough, George was STILL talking about that. Brought it up 3 or 4 times, with a similar frustrated sound in his voice. Seems that’s REALLY bugging him. Made me feel even more bad for the guy than I already did.
Yes! All the time!! Because in an ADD brain it makes sense and you don’t understand why no one else see’s the significance. Also, Adderall is known to cause an ADD brain to hyperfocus on things. Little things that you just can’t let go. I get so frustrated trying to communicate my thoughts that i usually just say “never mind, just forget it” it drives my husband and son crazy. I tend to notice small details that most people wouldn’t but at the same time, i don’t notice when my own mother walks by me in the store. I really feel for George. I don’t think he’s lying either. I just think he processes information differently and they are using that against him.
I don’t think George’s ADD had anything to do with his frustration towards the NEN dispatcher. The dispatcher is in an office away from the scene. George is on the street. He wants the police to get there quick and correct directions are key. George was right to be stuck on that detail. If the police arrived sooner, they would have grabbed Trayvon Martin off of George. So yes, I can see why he was stuck on that detail.

There is just too much congruence between Serino’s portrayal of TM and Ben Crump’s for me to believe that these two weren’t communicating. All of the leaked evidence and videos make it obvious that someone inside the investigation was passing info to Crump early on and perhaps even tailoring the investigation to support Crump’s agenda.
Keep in mind that the circumstances of the GZ-TM shooting are remarkably similar to the circumstances of a Sanford PD cop being shot two years ago. Serino should be prejudiced to agree with GZ’s suspicions but he doesn’t.
While checking GZ’s bank records, perhaps they need to check Serino’s to see if he has taken a bribe?
Somebody was leaking a lot of information. Dee Dee and Serino both have TM speaking the same line.
Compare the scenario that Serino used in interrogations of GZ to the scenario in the Coroner’s report. A coroner has no idea what the circumstances. I have read coroner reports before and never seen such speculation included. Is this normal for seminal county? Did Serino suggest that the coroner do so?
Serino is listed in the discovery as being the contact for the Medical Examiner’s office. It’s listed on their report.
Agreed,
But it was grossly inappropriate for Serino to describe the scenario that he had formulated without any evidence to substantiate it. All he knew for certain wax that there was a fight between GZ and TM and GZ shot TM. Serino had no certain knowledge of any other details.
I believe Austin Brown is listed as a state witness. O’Mara has the ability to depose him, and surely his mother will be present as he is a juvenile. Austin had to be present when Serino made the remarks about the case being racially motivated etc.that Ms. Brown repeated to the media. O’Mara needs to ask him if Serino in fact did make those statements. His statement will be a sworn statement. If he agrees that Serino did in fact make those statements, he went a long way to make this a racially motivated case, in support of the Crumpy’s. It would seem that then Serino can be charged with witness tampering, as at some point someone coached Austin into changing his story. He went from saying the guy on the bottom was screaming to now saying that he just can’t be sure who was screaming. Serino needs to be thoroughly investigated.
Bonaparte said that he was going to do an investigation to see who was doing the leaks from the SPD. I believe that as much as I believe that OJ is still looking for the real murderers.
To correct my comment- Austin has now switched to saying that he is now sure it was TM screaming.
Compare and contrast:
Blacks are racist. They got to the kid.
Note description of the 2nd video on youtube:
“The Orlando Sentinal interviews a teenager who saw what happened in part to Trayvon Martin.”
I wonder who conducted the interview?
Omara motion for Z Bond is up on GZlegal. He cites state v paul.
“We got him prepped, come on over with the camera.”
Is that Dog the one Z got his Gun for?
No. Big Boi is a pit bull. Austin’s dog is a Boxer.
Z will get out. If Lester denies Omara will file an emergency appeal to district. Lester is in a box. He delayed it as long as he could.
Still looking.

Why is the video so heavily edited?
Where is the uncut video which includes the interviewer’s questions?
Was OS Videographer Joshua Cruey contracted by the Scheme Team?
“Where is the uncut video which includes the interviewer’s questions?”
Yes, they are intentionally concealing the identify of the person asking the questions.
Perhaps someone would like to contact Joshua Cruey.

http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/2012-03-16/news/os-trayvon-martin-shooting-parents-20120316_1_witness-intimidation-police-job-press-conference
…Benjamin Crump, an attorney for Travon’s family, said this morning that he may file a complaint against Sanford police for witness intimidation, tampering and obstruction of justice.
“If the Sanford Police Department continues to engage in this unsavory fashion, we will assist with filing an official complaint with the Department of Justice for witness tampering, witness intimidation and obstruction of justice,” Crump said.
Crump is not “supposed to” have any role in the state’s case against GZ, yet I read that he hired a PI to go out and interview some of the witnesses. The witnesses were interviewed by the police, by the FDLE, the FBI, and possibly Crump’s PI. Crump complained about Serino telling one of the witnesses, Crutcher I believe, that the one that was shot was not the one that was screaming. If Austin Brown’s mother was telling the truth about comments Serino made to her, which she claimed in a public interview, that he didn’t believe it was self defense, and that the shooting was racially motivated, isn’t it interesting that Crump isn’t complaining about witness tampering, and obstruction of justice, on Serino’s part when it fits his agenda.
Again, isn’t it interesting that after 15 years on the SPD, that there is so very little information about Serino available. Apparently no one can even find any prior cases he was involved in, any records of his police reports, interviews, and the disposition of the cases where he was involved. Isn’t the information from prior closed cases considered public record.? Someone did a good cleaning job of removing any information about him from the internet. Serino is not CIA or covert ops, and he is not in a position that I am aware of that gives him a status close to having his identity or role in any case a near classified standing.
My guess is they held the call after this….

Meanwhile, a hearing in Sanford will be held at 10 a.m. Monday for the family’s request to release 911 calls linked to the shooting. Police have not released those records, saying they are part of the ongoing investigation.
A student protest is also scheduled Monday outside of the courthouse from 8 a.m. to noon.
I said “call” because the pic looks to me like a conference call…obviously the photojournalist was in the same room Chief Lee and Det. Serino were in. Of course, I’m not sure where the other journalists and/or staff or if any other police officers or staff were present. (Of course, if some people were connected by phone….who knows who was actually listening on the other end.)
Notice how his eyes keep shifting to the left?
Mine shift to the right…. This is a huge cf.
Oops, I guess that would be my left:)
It’s all so confusing Dizzy. Is it their right and your left? Or Their left and your right? I’ll just roll my eyes from now on so no one will know.
Generally speaking, if a right-handed person shifts their eyes to the right (their left), they are recalling information (remembering). If that same person shifts their eyes to the left (their right), they are constructing information (imagining). This is opposite for left-handed individuals and is, again, a generality that must be treated as such.
Compare the before/after to Chad and his myspace pics. Amazing what a little coaching a polo shirt can do.
Yeah, must be the standard prep package. Chad had the profiling angle down, too.
If you listen closely to the Crump – Dee interview starting at 10:00 they had her prepped for racial hoodie profiling also. So obvious, yet they are getting away with it.

Smoke and Mirrors and covered with lots of Lies.
Something stinks because every little facet has been lied about 3 times. This is a production, all around. We are watching a production.
Secrets and Lies.
Never go on a trip with any of these people or the MSM. Even when they discover they are going down the wrong road they will never turn back.
What I am wondering is if Austin gave his first interview before he knew who the victim was and who the shooter was. I don’t know when TM’s name was released to the media, and the fact that he was staying at Brandi Green’s. Tracy ID’d the picture of the body the morning after the incident, and I believe he spent time with Serino that day. He went home and started lawyering up. If Austin gave the interview the next day, chances are he didn’t yet know who was shot. Once he found out that it was the black guy who was shot, he was forced, most likely by his mother, to change his tune. From various articles, it is obvious that Ms. Brown was not a fan of GZ’s.
O’Mara should be able to do a number on his desposition under oath.
“O’Mara should be able to do a number on his desposition under oath.”
Somebody prepped Austin and then arranged that interview with the Orlando Sentinel. Maybe O’Mara can find out who did the interview.
A witness tamperer did it. Arrest them.
A gang of serial witness tamperers.
Hi MinPin – I think Serino was the person “feeding” all the (invented) racist information to Crump. I can’t prove it, of course, but the choice of words indicates this possibility. This again points to the need for a lawyer – if you are caught up in an affair like this – even if YOU ARE COMPLETELY INNOCENT. Had George stated, “…I am completely innocent, and i trust you guys, but still, I would like a lawyer to “moderate” what I say for fear someone might twist my words and feet them to some outside party – that will not be honest about what I state. So – ask away – and i will do a “walk through – tomorrow – and explain everything. That way my rights are truly protected. I was NOT the police who were at fault, but rather it was Crump being fed all this raciest information that went to the media. That is why you must have a lawyer.
“I think Serino was the person “feeding” all the (invented) racist information to Crump.”
Motive? Revenge on GZ?

That horse already left the barn through the open door. GZ didn’t ask for a lawyer, and that fact cannot be changed. I agree with the poster who said that by luck or whatever, the fact that GZ did do as well as he did with the interviews is in his favor. Don’t forget he also had his father, who was a magistrate, advising him. I believe his father advised to talk to the police, but if at any time he felt uncomfortable, he could have gotten up and walked out. He was not under arrest at any time during the interviews. GZ was also one course away from being awarded a Criminal Justice Degree. There is no doubt that he learned about police interviews and interrogations. From my research, Serino was classic in many of his questions and techniques, such as when he told GZ that someone had a video of the whole incident, and that he had evidence against him. That is probably Detective Interogations 101. I give GZ credit for knowing that Serino was trying to run his train right over him, but remained calm, and stayed with his truthful answers.
I also agree with others here that have said that some of the Serino questions, and what he wrote in his police report, are just a little to similar to the Crump narrative to have been coincedence. I’m convinced he has been the leaker from the SPD.
Very familiar names in Sherman Ware case – Stutzman, Weiner, Nat Jackson.
The Ware case looks like it started similarly to Z’s – public outrage when no initial arrest after police investigation. Could the OS have held the info SD has pointed out, waiting to see if this was anothere example of racial injustice? Someone trying to now cover THEIR ***?
Doesn’t look like the Martins/Obama have the support of every black person:

http://www.hlntv.com/video/2012/03/29/breaking-down-trayvon-martin-police-report
The police report from the night Trayvon Martin was killed categorizes the shooting as a homicide — negligent manslaughter — unnecessary killing to prevent an unlawful act.
READ MORE: The Sanford, Florida Police report
Yesterday, the Sanford police department released a statement saying that categorization in the report had nothing to do with potential charges against Zimmerman. The press release also said that labeling the shooting was for internal administrative purposes. A lot of In Session’s social media followers have asked us what this means.
Watch the video to see In Session’s law enforcement analyst Mike Brooks break down the police report.
Police say Martin went to the store for some candy and a drink and was shot while returning to his father’s fiancée’s house in Sanford, Florida, on February 26.
Neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman says he shot Martin in self defense. Police have not arrested Zimmerman because, they say, there’s no evidence disputing his self-defense claim.

I don’t care about any of this other bs, all I know is George Zimmerman killed Trayvon Martin.
Period… the end.
“all I know is George Zimmerman killed Trayvon Martin.”
Right, we all know that. Zimmerman killed Martin in self-defense.
Too bad Traydemark the thug was beating his his head in.
Your point is?
Are you suggesting that it is never appropriated for citizens to use deadly force in self defense?
Or are you just suggesting that it is inappropriate for a white man to shoot a black man even if the black man is beatingnthe white man to death?
So remember that the next time you’re in a similar situation. Remember you’re not allowed to fight back. Next time someone smashes your nose, jumps on top of you and starts punching you and pushing your head into the ground and sidewalk, holds his hand over your mouth so you can’t breath (remember, your nose is now broken and full of blood), and is threatening to kill you…. remember how UNFAIR and RACIST it would be for you to fight back.
Do we know if Officer Serino has ever been involved in a shooting? Where he actually shot someone? Under what circumstances did he decide deadly force was justified?
The information that Serino shared with Tracy Martin, and when he shared that information probably holds some keys to some of the questioning and interviews.
In the “Case Synopsis” by Serino completely glosses over the details of the meeting with Tracy Martin on 2/28 at when they met at the SPD.
http://www.scribd.com/doc/98332017/Pages-From-Police-Reports-Without-Statements-Redacted
If you link back to the original discovery released, you see that Serino provided a supplemental report to the investigation (report prepared 3/19 signed 3/22) that disclosed he played the tapes for Tracy Martin.
(There was also another supplemental report he prepared dated 3/18 signed 3/22

From the Reuters article….
(In the Reuters article “On Wednesday” should be “On Tuesday”, I think)
The Reuters article goes on after the part I have included to quote (include in quotes) Tracy’s account of what he remembered Serino told him.
A few questions that arise from this are
1. Per this reporting, when Chris Serino took Tracy Martin into another room and told George Zimmerman’s account….is there a recording or video of this? Has it been entered into evidence
2. Was the redacted name on Serino’s case synopsis present with Tracy Martin at the 2/28 meeting at the SPD present for both the listening to 911 tapes and then hearing GZ’s account provided by Serino (per this report)?
3. What questions or comments did Tracy Martin and/or redacted name make when he (or they???) heard GZ’s account provided by Serino (per this report)?
4. Was the reported claim that Serino talked to Tracy Martin in another room from where he and redacted name heard about George Zimmerman’s version of events included in any police report?

“YOU GOT ME”
The night his son was killed, Martin, 45, was out to dinner with his fiancée, Brandy Green. Martin, who was divorced from Trayvon’s mother, Sybrina Fulton, in 1999, is a truck driver from Miami who has a long-distance relationship with Green, a resident of the Retreat at Twin Lakes subdivision in Sanford where Zimmerman also lived.
Martin would visit Green on weekends, making the four-hour drive to the Orlando suburb of Sanford. In late February he was able to bring his son because Trayvon, a junior, was serving a 10-day suspension from Miami’s Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School. He’d been caught with a plastic baggie that contained traces of marijuana.
On Wednesday, the day after receiving the news, Martin went to the Sanford Police Department looking for answers – and his son’s body. Police took him to a room and played some of the 911 recordings of neighbors who called to report a disturbance followed by a gunshot.
They did not play an earlier call to a police non-emergency line, during which Zimmerman reported a “suspicious guy” and ignored the operator’s suggestion to quit following him. Investigator Chris Serino then took Martin to another room and told him Zimmerman’s version of events.
